He was honest, straightforward, and was helpful throughout the whole process. They aren't the cheapest nor the most expensive but the value for what you get is definitely there. Pros - Things very important to me. 1. They show up on time and on schedule every single day. 7:59am every single work day. It was amazing. 2. Trustworthy - I felt comfortable leaving them at my home knowing they clean up after themselves and take care of your things. 3. They finish the job and really want you to be happy & earn your future business. 4. Mr Dale/Mike/Isa and the rest of the crew are just overall awesome to deal with. You can tell they are great people who has pride at what they do and will go above and beyond. Cons - I honestly couldn't come up with one and I thought about it hard. I highly recommend 1 Stop Kitchen and Bath. Our ADU is the second project that this company did for us. The first project was our water damaged house which turned to be a beautiful house. 4 month ago, 1 Stop Kitchen and Bath started to work on our 507 sqf garage and now we have a beautiful shiny ADU. They built an extra restroom in our ADU which it's door opens to our backyard. As a result, whenever we have party in our backyard, our guests can use it. They installed a lot of lights indoor and outdoor, so our front yard is nice and bright. Our ADU kitchen cabinets are custom made because the ceiling is low and there was not any standard cabinets for our kitchen. The same thing for the shower door in the bathroom. They do custom made things. Our closet is big and has a lot of shelves which's very useful. Over all, when I compare our ADU with my neighbors' and friends' ADU, it's much more useful because there's not any wasted space. Dale made every inches useful and you know it's important for a small place. We truly like the work Dale and his crew did for us. Their fee also was so reasonable. We already remodeled one of our bathrooms and painted the house, so it was like a disaster for us. It's our first house and we didn't have experience. We hired a restoration company which we had to fire them because they didn't do a good job. Then, we started a claim and hired a recommended lawyer by our friend which turned out stupid and lier. We had to fire him. The second restoration company charged us a lot and damaged our floors. They were so unprofessional. Never trust restoration companies. My husband and I was so disappointed and sad. We afraid of hiring a contractor because of our bad experience with the restoration companies and our lawyer. We met almost 15 contractors and non of them seemed to be right people to us and their fees were too high. Finally, I found 1 Stop Kitchen and Bath on Yelp. It was an amazing day for me to finally found such an amazing company who treated us like their family. Dale helped us to get enough money from our insurance and repaired our house. They found more problems in our house which the most important one was the posts in our house. Our house didn't have strong posts, so they recommended us to have an engineer to draw a plan and get permit to be able to add posts. We decided to do a whole remodeling since Dale found a lot of termite damaged wall in our house. He introduced a professional architect who draw our plan in a week and I was able to get a permit over the counter in one day. It was pretty amazing. After that, our construction got faster speed and after 4 months we've had a completely remodeled lovely house. Our house looks bigger and brighter. It was an awesome experience with this company. Great experience and great price! Mike and his team are amazing. Esau and "Chino" were the main workers and were polite and extremely helpful. Anything we asked of them they did. Our job wasn't a straightforward one either. We relocated a sliding glass door, which requires taking down a wall, we added additional electrical outlets, we opened up another wall into the family room, and they had to match old travertine flooring because of our reconfiguration of the kitchen. Of course, nothing is perfect, but they did an incredible job on all aspects. The recommendations by Mike were spot on and he allows for changes and upgrades as the job progressed. Mike and his crew remodeled our 1949 bathroom; they removed the old tub and built a beautiful tiled shower, retiled the floor, and basically redid everything. They were very easy to work with. Mike has a nice design sense and gave good guidance. He is the most organized and easiest contractor we have ever dealt with. When he ran into a few inevitable complications with our old house, he charged a very fair price for the extra work, and the original contract price was good as well. As this is our only bathroom, we were very worried about how things would work out, because we didn't want to move out during the project. They kindly left the toilet hooked up for all but 2 days, and worked around it, and we made other arrangements to shower. They worked as fast as could be hoped for, arriving on time and reliably. Our home has had a number of updates completed by 1 Stop Kitchen and Bath throughout the years. Had two bathrooms, one including the Master bathroom, done by this company. The most current job was our stairway and banister remodeled by them, which isn't an easy job. They had to knock down the walls surrounding the stairs which can be very messy and be precise in measuring for the posts and bars. They handled both very well.
