We can't say enough positives about Elements Room, the general manager Flavio, and his team. The first thing you'll notice when you visit the location is the remarkable selection of stone. We visited numerous options and none came close to the quality and uniqueness found in Elements Room. They just have options that did not exist anywhere else, and you'll see that in our pictures with stone we selected for our fireplace called "Galaxy Blue," which is a one of a kind stone with a sandblasting process that gives it an unreal texture and dimension. Flavio, the GM is a 30+ year veteran in the industry and he visits quarries overseas multiple times a year to source the best materials. His knowledge is unmatched and you can instantly tell that he is wise and experienced. Even if you don't go with natural stone, Elements room has a broad selection of the latest man made materials like Dekton (which I love and would totally use in my next kitchen). His team is also wonderful, with strong communication and patience with us as we selected the perfect slabs for our fireplace. Another review complained about price, and we did not experience that at all, Elements Room came in similarly to or below other locations we visited. We would not hesitate to recommend Elements Room to anyone looking for natural or manufactured stone. They are open 6 days a week which was important for us. Good luck on your project! read more

We were looking for a really special piece of stone for the island top in our about to be renovated kitchen. In trying to find just the right piece we visited more than eight stone yards and visited the websites of many more. Elements, by far, had the most impressive and interesting stone slabs. This is the ULT!!! This is THE place you want to go for special items when it comes to granite, counters, semi-precious stone slab, etc. I have no words to describe how fabulous this place is!!! We walked in and were immediately greeted by Flavio Silva, a Brazilian who really knows his product as he has traveled the world and every year visits the mecca of Italy. They have the most beautiful, unusual, rare, and amazing slabs. As he demonstrated the amazing affects with the semi-precious slab walls by putting LED lights behind the stone, the lightbulb went off in my husband's head. Despite my falling in love with a different slab--and I took a photo of that to show you because it was fabulous--Mr. Picky was mesmerized and went into a trance standing in front of an amethyst slab which when the light shone from behind it was incredible!!! Neither he or I cared that purple is the fashionable color of the year. As I tried to walk away to look at other options, he just stood his ground in front of the amethyst crystal slab, refused to move and kept pointing at it and saying, "I like that one." For months I had been searching for a slab for my master bathroom. I had studied the colors carefully and couldn't believe it when Flavio responded to my search immediately with a rare Tiffany Blue Amazonite that will grace my wall. This showroom is the BEST! The staff: Linda at the front desk is so incredibly helpful. She made a very stressful decision for us fun, easy and enjoyable. She made sure to go over and above answer all of our millions of questions and was very patient. She is incredibly knowledgeable and offers great advice and design tips. We were also greeted by several other staff members asking if we needed help and were offered something to drink several times - which was nice! The showroom: beautiful! Lots of options in all price ranges. Easy to shop and being able to take home samples was really helpful. They also offer some unique natural stone options if you are looking for something special. This will be our "go to" place when we need any natural or synthetic material for our home. My wife and I were looking for a product (not sure what) to replace the concrete surface of our backyard's outdoor kitchen. We found Elements Room on a Google search and visited. We were met upon arrival (no appointment -- just a drop in) by Noah who was engaging but also low-key. We explained our situation and provided a rough sketch of our needs (with dimensions) and he immediately had two suggestions -- one natural (quartzite) and one synthetic (dekton) -- and, in a no pressure manner, explained the benefits of each. He also was clear in comparing cost. At no time did we feel pressured to choose one over the other. When we had tentatively decided on the quartzite, he arranged to have one of the slabs that we would be purchasing moved outside into the sunlight so we would have the opportunity to see how it would look in the outdoor environment that we would have it. This attention to customer service is absolutely outstanding. Once we made the decision, Noah worked to ensure that we had the best possibly pricing. The final "obstacle" we faced is that we are not working with a contractor and Elements Room does not do installation. Noah, however, recommended a fabricator with whom he has worked, if we were interested. Since we were, he reached out to this individual, explained our situation, and was able to get a cost estimate so we would have an understanding of what the total job would cost. Additionally, Noah gave us the contact information so we could arrange an appointment time for final measurements and scheduling. Our entire experience, from greeting to leaving was as close to perfect as such an experience can be. My wife and I felt valued, our questions were answered, and it was apparent that ensuring our satisfaction was Noah (and the company's) primary concern. Elements Room is by far the best slab yard I have ever seen and I've seen a lot of them. Natural and man made, when it comes to slabs they have it all. Set up like an arts gallery with the slabs fully displayed - most of them indoors, air conditioned and well lit. The staff are super friendly: Linda is one of the sales associates and Flavio Silva is the Brazilian manager who knows all the mines. He is able to get material that NOBODY else carries. They are both amazingly kind, patient and helpful. Slabs range from reasonable to exquisite. Some are exquisite and yet reasonable. If you look for something especially beautiful, this is the place. We love, love, love going there and wouldn't buy slabs anywhere else. read more
