We've been coming to Fast Frame for years now. They always do a professional job. We swap out our family portrait every 5 years and they are very reasonably priced. They also framed quite a few of our pictures and even a painting my grandfather painted. Great work. Definitely recommend. read more

I had a print framed at another store and was so disappointed that I drove directly to Fast Frame in tears and asked them to correct all the mistakes on a piece of art with great sentimental value to me. The wrinkles on the print were smoothed out, the mat perfectly cut to size with a lovely beveled edge, and sturdy framing restored In a short amount of time. I appreciated their assessment of the problems, their recommendations to protect the print, and their professional attention to details. The final product looks more valuable than it truly is worth and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Fast Frames in Valencia. My thanks to the owners and technicians. Their workmanship and service were outstanding... and all for a reasonable price! E.A. read more

I came here to finally get an odd sized foam board poster I've had for 16 years framed. Randy was there to greet me and a very nice guy to talk to. I wasn't sure what I wanted, I just told him that I wanted the frame to be black and simple and he was able to quickly show me a mock up image of it framed and it was exactly what I wanted. When I picked it up, it looked even better than I expected. I'll definitely be taking more pictures there in the future! read more

100% You guys need to come here! Rebecca was helping me out to fit a custom sport jersey. The style I was looking for matched what she had in mind to finish the jersey and I fell in love with. She helped me with every little detail that needed to be done even choosing the right color which took a while to pick out which was my fault being picky about and she even helped me out too and said don't worry about. She texted me photos while the work is being in progress to make sure the details were spot on by me she went above and beyond! Do not hesitate of the price from here, which the quality is 100% from them. Rebecca went over her way to help me out all means! Im telling you all come here if you need anything to be framed!! I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. I just retired after a long 32 year career. I brought in a bunch of small items to be placed into a shadow box. I was stunned when I picked up the final product. Turned out we needed to make 2 boxes for it to work. Both came out incredible. I proudly displayed them at a retirement party, and received huge compliments. The quality of the work is outstanding. The attention to detail is amazing. Thank you Rebecca and all the folks at your shop. They will be proudly displayed forever. read more

I was so extremely pleased with our experience at FastFrame. Randy and Rosemarie were so kind, patient and helpful with their expert suggestions. Rosemarie helped us select the right frame and matting to match our print. We were then able to view on a monitor, a representation of how the finished product would appear altogether. The finished framed artwork exceeded our expectations and we were delighted with how beautiful it came out. The quality of work and attention to detail were wonderful. We cannot recommend them highly enough and will certainly return with future framing projects! read more

I initially chose this place because the woman on the phone was so nice. I went in today, bringing with me one of the only things I have in my possession that once belonged to my beloved father, who passed away in 2013. I brought in a hand-drawn document that my dad received when he crossed the equator in 1954 as a young merchant marine. It had been in its original hand made frame for a very long time. The glass had shattered long ago during one of my moves, and the frame was flimsy, barely holding together. The owner, Rosemarie, gave me some good options, and I chose to go with acrylic since it was less likely to stick to the document and ruin it. Plus, it protects it from the sun, which is very important when it comes to historic, one-of-a-kind piece like this. I told them I wanted to save the original frame if possible, and they carefully replaced the old glass, secured the frame back together, and sealed the back with paper. When she handed it back to me, it looked better than it ever had. The folks who run this store are patient and kind, don't try to up-sell you, and truly care about their customers. While I was waiting in the store, I witnessed several happy customers picking up beautifully framed pieces of all sizes. I have quite a few old family photos that I have always wanted to have professionally framed, and I will definitely be going back to this place! I highly recommend fastframe (in the shopping center next to Kohl's off Valencia blvd). read more

VERY expensive. Great quality work, nice people, but $125 (with a $50 coupon!) to frame a 12 x 24 poster was by far the highest quote I was given. I asked for the least expensive choice and this was the option. You're not walking out if there without spending $100. Eventually had it done beautifully for $40... and it's 15 minutes away! The quality may be great, but who needs a $125 frame for a $75 poster? read more

I couldn't be happier with the outstanding service Randy provided my son and I. He was very kind and understood our dilema. I got my Red Sox jersey signed and wanted to display it properly and do it justice. I did a bunch of research and called around to have it properly framed. Once I called Randy at FastFrame, I knew I had the right person to help me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in describing options on the phone at first. Once I came in with my jersey, he was able to show me multiple options. He even brought it up on a TV screen to show the style of bordering and positioning we could use. We brain stormed about adding photo and some World Series patches I was interested in displaying. In the end, I got an even better framed jersey than I had originally envisioned. I knew it was going to be a pricey project but like a tattoo artist, you are paying for the skill and art. I probably could have tried to do it myself for cheaper, or buy a frame online. BUT it would have never looked as good as it does. TRUELY professionally done. Great people, great service and I even got a Thank you card in the mail yesterday ( hand written ). Along with a discount card for my next purchase. Do not second guess it! If you need anything framed go see Randy and Rose Marie at FASTFRAME. THANK YOU! read more

When my wife and daughters are waiting to meet some cast member from Teen Wolf at Comic-Con, it gives me lots of idle time to shop the floor. I'm usually pretty well behaved until I came across this amazing Empire Strikes Back print by Lawrence Noble. Signed. With a Boba Fett remarque. Numbered 17/50. She was less than thrilled..... Fast forward 10 months and it's still sitting perfectly wrapped, away from sunlight and any human contact. So what does she do? Takes it to FASTFRAME as a Fathers Day gift. Randy helped her and seemed just as thrilled about the print as I was. That was a direct quote from my 12 year old daughter who is the least excited member of the family about things like this. He walked them through options, finding the perfect combinations that really brings out the colors of this work of art. How good was it? My wife thought we should turn the office into a Star Wars themed room with this as the focal point. What shows their true professionalism was the thank you card we received a week later. I'm now shopping for a TFA print but only on the condition we're bringing it back here to get framed! read more

These guys were really helpful and took care of my framing problem in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend them!

We had a large map (40x60) that needed framing. After researching several options, we decided to check out FASTFRAME based on the amazing Yelp reviews. Needless to say, Rosemarie and Randy did not disappoint. They make you feel like you are the most important customer that walked through their doors. After going over the work, we explained that my brother's truck is out of commission at the moment so we were not sure when we can bring our piece in. Without hesitation Rosemarie offered to help. Later that day we got a call from Randy and he came to our house. And this was all without any payment or official agreement to do the work -- amazing right? We returned to the store to finalize the details AND they again offered to deliver the finished piece if the truck was not ready (wow). We left with no doubts that we were in excellent hands. We returned a couple weeks later to see the finished framed map and it exceeded our expectations. We were eager to get it home, but my brother's truck was still in the shop. Once again, Randy and Rosemarie went out of their way to ensure delivery to our home. Did I mention that we were not charged for pick-up and delivery? Seriously, who does that anymore?! Then a few days later we received a lovely handwritten thank you card. It's so rare nowadays to experience such customer service, unless you're making a major purchase like a car, house or spending ridiculous amounts of money on frivolous things. Randy and Rosemarie truly set the standard for business owners. We won't go elsewhere for our framing needs! read more

I recently had custom beauty & the beast artwork done & wanted a way to both preserve & 'treasure' it. Having no knowledge in framing or idea of how to display and at the same preserve my artwork. While there are several different framing options in my area I felt it was very important to find a place that specializes specifically in all different types & ways to frame. My custom artwork is very special & important to me and I wanted to find a place that realized this & as such put a similar level of importance & value in not only helping me achieve my wishes but also in treating me as an individual rather than just another customer. After visiting the local Fast Frame website I soon realized it was the perfect fit & a place I wanted and felt eager to do business with. On Sunday I e-mailed Randy & that very same night he e-mailed back giving me his thoughts & ideas on how my wishes could be met & assured me that my project is something he could successfully do & do well. I went into Fast Frame where I was greeted & welcomed by Randy. After looking at my custom artwork he talked about how the custom artwork could not only be positioned in a shadow box but also gave me color ideas that would make my artwork pop. After agreeing on a price he gave me an estimated date when my frame would be completed. I just picked it up today & wow! It turned out to be everything I wanted & hoped for & then some. Never thought I would love my shadow box/frame in a similar way as I do with my artwork but wow! Thanks! read more
