I placed an online print order around 5:00 PM on February 6, 2026 at Office Depot store #2263 in Valencia. It was a very large job, well over 1,000 pages with hole punching, so I fully expected it to take until the end of the next day as the estimate showed. To my surprise, I got a text around 7:30 PM that same evening saying everything was already finished. I headed over right away and arrived about 10 minutes before closing. I honestly felt a little bad showing up that close to closing, especially with such a big order, but the two employees working that evening could not have been more professional or welcoming. They treated me like it was no inconvenience at all. The documents were printed perfectly, neatly boxed, and ready to go. On top of that, they took extra time to help me choose the right binders for everything and made sure I was completely set before I left. They were patient, friendly, and clearly cared about doing the job right. I didn't catch their names, but they were two older gentlemen who appeared to be the only staff there at the time. I really hope management can identify them because they absolutely deserve recognition. This was genuinely excellent service, and I appreciate the extra effort they put in, especially so close to closing time. read more

I needed invoices printed for I used to go to one of your competitors. Since it always took me two weeks to get my orders sometimes longer I decided to give you a try I took one of my invoices in to show you what I needed and I knew I cut it close to when I needed them, but I can honestly say you went far beyond what I expected. The invoices were perfect. I didn't need to take them back to you to get them cut and I receive them within a week. The workers here were very nice and helpful. The parking lot is very spacious and so is the store. I do not have my own printer yet so I came here to print a document. All I had to do was email my document to an email address they provided and then enter the code I was given in my email into the printer/copying machine. The process was simple and the document was printed on high quality thick paper. The machine was very intuitive and easy to use with clear instructions. I usually use Office Depot for services more than I do to buy their products, but it's a great one-stop shop for all of your home or work office needs. read more

Usually going to the office supply store is just a chore I want to get over with. You know, you run out of staples, paper or the perfect timing of ink running out of you are printing an urgent document. Ugh! Well yes the ink was out so off to Office Depot I go. Having to deal with paying almost the cost of a printer for just the ink is mind numbing, however on this latest trip I actually had a great experience at this Office Depot. I am greeted by Melanie who offered to help look for my ink. I already knew the kind I needed but the service was appreciated. As I was checking out to pay the cashier offered a subscription program for ink. Of course I declined, and figured it was just a money grab promotion. She continued to explain that I would get 20% off all ink and get it mailed for free. Plus there is the option to move the frequency at any time, or just cancel. Hmm I asked what's the catch? I was told none. We shall see how this goes. I mean hey who doesn't want some bucks on printer ink! Thank you to Sabrina for her assistance with this. Pro Tip: Bring in your old ink cartridges and get a $2 credit with up to 10 cartridges a month. That's $20 people! Parking is always super easy. Never a full lot. The print shop at this Office Depot location is the best I've been to. I plan my printing schedule to coincide when I'm in town because they are that good. They are quick. They know how to work their machines. They are never out of card stock. And everyone that has helped me has had great customer service. If you need to print this is where you want to go. After assembling my desk on Saturday, Office Depot's assembler with Apollo notified me that one of the desk drawer fronts was defective, when he took it out of the box. It was Saturday, so no one was available to rectify the problem. I just wanted to say thanks to Curtis, the manager, and Kehzang, the parts replacement department representative, for replacing the defective drawer front on my new desk! I appreciate your helpfulness and finding a workaround for the manufacturers ludicrous policy that I disassemble the desk and return the assembled desk to simply get a replacement for the defective drawer front. I don't like to leave these terrible reviews, but it must be done just in case, by some miracle, management decides to do its job and read these so they can improve their business. Walked in at 1030/11 to place an order for some posters to be made and the guy behind the counter was super nice and helpful and said they'd be ready in a couple hours. I wanted to get some flyers done too but that was going to take till Monday to get finished which was totally fine because I could have just gone to FedEx. So, I waited till 1, no call, went in anyways, not ready because the printer creased one of the posters. No biggie. Hung around at Office Depot till 2, guy finally looked at me and said it won't be ready for a couple more hours because apparently some one walked in before me this morning with a big order and had to get her printing done before mine. That's totally fine, but if my posters aren't printed on the same printer, is it possible for you to multitask? And if you've already printed two posters, can't you put the other one through the printer while you're working on the other printing project? And if you can't, maybe management should hire an extra hand to help out. Wait, I got an idea, maybe management could do some extra work. I sat there for an extra hour and watched as people went up to the counter to get things printed and what do you know, they had their stuff printed. If you're going to use the excuse that you have to get some one else's print job finished first, then let's keep the order and run the business like the DMV. Just have everyone take a number I dont blame the guy for being super busy, but if you've got a huge order, maybe management could try to have a couple people work at one time. #baffled read more

This was the worst experience ever, I took my wife's sewing machine to be shipped to chicago overnight, I had the store manager Noelle Boutros pack the sewing machine to make sure it was packed properly. I paid over $ 159 dollars to have it there the next day. Not only was it over a day late . The packaging came a part and the machine was severely damaged. The manager said it was not their problem even though they packaged the machine and took my money for the overnight shipping . GOT RIPPED OFF AND LEFT WITH A DAMAGED SEWING MACHINE. Went in for a pretty large scale print (25x20.5) of 9-month calendars that were collated on the PDF file to make it easier for the print. To my surprise the next day I only received 7/9 prints and had to find a 24-hour Kinkos at 4a for to get those two calendars. Yes, I was naive to assume the print center was amazing as stated in the previous posts and lost $7 worth of product that I didn't receive. Everything else was great, just that one gross feeling of failure. read more

Let me start with this statement: I do not like going to Office Depot stores. They usually are out of what I need, more expensive than their competition and their staff is generally awful. My most recent visit was not at all what I expected. I had to return a printer that was beyond their 14 day return policy. I called the store and they told me to call back and talk to the manager, Cynthia. I gathered my stuff and went down there when said manager was working and she accepted my return. While I think that a 14 day return policy is not cool to begin with, she did allow me to return my products without a hassle and was able to maintain my business as a customer. I have to admit that although they don't have everything i need here, they have one of the most helpful staff. On my most recent visit, they pointed out everything I need. I also recommend you go here for your back to school supplies. This year, I took my list (You know the long list of needed school supplies) and just handed it to them. When you first walk in you get this sterile feeling. They gave a lot of printers, paper, pens and pencils, binders, ink, copy service, etc. but looking at some of the prices, they seemed a little high. Not as big of a selection as I remembered their stores having from before. Maybe it's the size of the store or maybe corporate is limiting what they carry in the stores and having people buy things on line instead. No one helped me if asked if I wanted help as I walked the whole store. read more

I think they deserve a good review for being so helpful to me. I was having an interview near this Office Depot, and I FORGOT MY INTERVIEW FOLDER! There wasn't enough time to go home and pick up my interview folder that contained printed resumes and other documents. I couldn't show up to an interview empty handed. I had less than 20 minutes to solve this problem. Brian and Joe are my heroes. Brian patiently assisted me to locate a digital copy of my resume from a combination of flash drives and my phone, and Joe found me exactly what I needed to replace my interview folder. When I arrived at the check-out without barcode attached to the folder, Brian and Joe quickly found the SKU number and paged it over the intercom so I can get on the way fast. Great team work and Very quick-witted boys!! I went back to thank them later, but they were off-duty by them. I'll make sure that I'll thank them when I get the job. read more

Do not use the cell phone repair service !!!!!!!!! My phone was shipped off to Texas to a different company to be fixed !!! My phone was gone for 6 DAYS!!! When I spoke to Mike the general manager he told me I had to consider Presidents' Day being a holiday, however when I gave them the phone I did not know it was a different company that was fixing it and was closed on Presidents' Day !!! Office Depot is OPEN on Presidents' Day ... I do not recommend this service!! Do yourself a favor and use a local company. read more

I came here to stock up on some school supplies and got most of my stuff on sale. I was pretty stoked to find some really cool Tul mechanical pencils that were on sale and some Tul branded custom notebook "disc" spiral binders. I was overcharged on a couple of things when I checked my receipt at home but I'll just have to go back and address that with them later. I got everything on my list including some geometric stencils. The only thing I didn't find was colored mechanical lead refills. Boo. read more

Just had some resumes and cover letters printed at their competitors, Staples, and got sorely screwed, as Staples charged me $1.19 per sheet for laser color printing on linen stock resume paper. When I needed a revision done for a portion of the "packet", I decided instead to go to Office Depot. They matched perfectly the exact grade of resume stock paper and performed the laser color printing for only $15/sheet. That is nearly 7 times less expensive. And to boot, the printing job was better, i.e., the dark black sections of my resume and cover letter was crisp and dark, unlike the Staples copies that had white blotches throughout what should have been solid black areas. And the personnel at Office Depot were just as nice and in a way a bit more accessible and friendly due to the apparent dynamic differences of the respective corporate cultures. The name of the "dude" helping me was Brian--a friendly young chap who was genuinely tolerant of my somewhat eccentric behavior. And Staples seems to want to suck every last cent out of you and I get the feeling that they train their folks to sell you at all costs. But Office Depot does not give me that feeling. Much more relaxed. I am glad that Staples lost their bid to purchase Office Depot. I can now see why Staples wanted to do this: for the same reason Blockbuster scooped up all of THEIR respective competition back in the 1990s: to eliminate them and be able to charge exorbitantly high prices for mediocre product. read more

This was another frustrating experience in poor customer service tonight. A young blond lady (860067?) "helped" me with the one item I came in for, an ink cartridge for my printer. She was busy on her headset, distracted, and didn't seem able to give me the time of day. I gave her my spent ink cartridge and she brought me an accordion file folder...what?!!! I never asked for one! She wandered around the store and then showed up with an ink cartridge explaining that I was the only "OLDER LADY" in the store. Are you serious? I'm in my mid-50's and look like I'm in my 40's. After the rest of the poor customer service, this was the icing on the cake and the first time I have been called an "older lady". Sheesh! Fortunately the ink cartridge was correct since she was half paying attention. I hope this young lady gets a clue about customer service and respect. I will be going elsewhere. read more

If there is a good price in their weekly ad, it's certainly worth the visit. It's also worth a visit if you dread Wal-Mart and need to pick up a few office supplies or check off that back to school list. Otherwise, you can't beat Wal-Mart prices on pretty much everything they have here. read more

I took some items to be laminated. I asked to round the corners and he did with a pair of scissors. Looked like a work of a kindergartner. Then he trimmed it too close and the top portions came undone. I asked to redo it so he did. I told them to not to bother with rounding the corner but they still did and looked even worse then the first one. I once again asked to do it again as it did not look professional at all. The store associate was getting pissy with me but I insisted that they do it right as a part of the service. They laminated it again but this time handed me the whole uncut version. What was I suppose to do with that? He told me that if he had to redo the job again he'll charge me for the service? Charge me for work incomplete? What kind of business are they running. They were going to charge me for uncut laminate? I told him to just cut it but don't round off the corner.
