The service is quick & easy! We are a healthcare facility, so when a copy machine breaks down or isn't working as it should, it can feel as if the entire building can't functions. There's hardly a wait to get in contact with someone and when they send a technician over, it's usually a next day service (rare occasions the same day). We are returning our plotter. Was told to contact you to get it ready for shipment. Your guys came out to do whatever it is and left. Week later the shipping company comes to pick it up, guess what, they can't, as your guys did not uninstall the feeder, so the shipping company has to come back again. The next day, we still had a couple of docs that jammed, so I reached out again, and within an hour, someone was out, and serviced the machine, again. Not only was she knowledgeable and able to quickly resolve my issue with expertise, but her personality and demeanor was so friendly and comforting. No idea how they got my email but can't get them to stop spamming me sleazy sales tactics. Not a chance I'd do business with them.

Spent over $900 to replace the maintenance kit on the main copier in the office and the same problem came back 8 months and 50K copies later (it's supposed to last well over 200K copies) and was told that parts are only warrantied for 30 days. The maintenance kit itself was over $600. Feel so ripped off. Had another tech company come out to take a look at the problem and was told that the machine was never calibrated after the maintenance kit was replaced. Extremely disappointed after reading all the positive reviews. What a let down. read more

I would not recommend leasing a machine from this company. The multi-use machine we lease always breaks down. There are always different issues with the machine that causes it to be out of service. Getting a technician to show up and repair the machine takes longer than it should. read more

I went in to look at a few printers & samples for my non-profit, and instead spent two hours standing in the showroom listening to Fred Sheffron, senile salesman, babble about how the company pays for his vacations and list off all the Church's in the area that they supply. We sent over the information they needed to proceed with the sale of the Riso we wanted that night and didn't hear back for a week, so we followed up. Radio Silence. We ended up having to drag the Riso technician into the conversation since Fred is so inept at answering emails / providing updates. When he finally did get back to us, it was with a hectic and sharp email peppered with grammatical errors and misspellings requesting we call him ASAP. It's been over a month now and no progress has been made on the sale, which would be understandable if we were given coherent updates, but apparently Fred has "been busy." I wrote to them saying we're going in another direction ~ lo and behold Fred has called me every day since. Whatever deal is being struck price-wise is not worth these insufferable folks. read more

This is absolutely the worst company ever! All of their equipment breaks down constantly. When you call them to repair a printer, if the tech shows up all the the service tech will do is leave a note on the printer saying it needs parts. That note will stay on your printer for months. Image 2000 will actually drop off equipment in your office that doesn't work. We have 8 of these printers and only 2 are functioning. 2 of them never has worked and the rest hasn't worked in months. Stay away! You can purchase the junk printers they issue on ebay for under $1000 dollars. read more

All I can say is wow! They are awful. First of all, I will say that most of their staff are very nice and will do whatever they can to help. However, their product is absolute garbage. Our copiers break down and jam all the time! In addition, we have been having billing issues (so our finance department has told me) for over a year and we still have not been able to work things out. Because of this, they don't send us toner and waste toner bottles when they are notified that our machine is running low, but we have a dozen of one particular color. We had great intentions to centralize our billing for our entire organization, we just chose the wrong company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are however certain individuals that we have dealt with that have been great to work with and go above and beyond in the area of customer service and are very knowledgeable and capable when it comes to their trade. For that reason, I would do business with these individuals if they were apart of another copier company. Image2000 needs a major over haul or they will go out of business eventually. If they stop by your business, I would turn them away. There is too much competition in the copier market to deal with them. read more

I'd give this company ZERO stars if possible. Carlos called today and said that I had "asked" him to call me, which is a lie. I asked what his company does, and after a lot of propaganda, he finally admitted that they sell office equipment. I explained to him that we do not have any office equipment needs at this time, but he wouldn't stop the hard sell. I told him that he could email me his contact information, and I would contact him in the future if our needs change. He said he would call me in two weeks, and I told him that was not necessary. Carlos then told me "You must get a lot of calls." I replied, yes, I do, especially from companies trying to sell me office equipment. Apparently that irritated Carlos, because then he called me "hon." I said "Did you just call me 'hon'?, he said yes, he did, then he hung up the phone. I would avoid any dealings with this company in the future. Their sales pitch is a relentless barrage, and their cold call sales team is unprofessional. Aaron Sellars has been my rep for over 4 years (at two different companies). Aaron and his team worked very hard to keep my business and keep us happy. They fixed machines and responded on site averaging 4 business hours. Sometimes it took days to resolution. Sometimes they had to get us a loaner. We have high demands on color accuracy and performance, and they had to pull all their resources to help us get the color right. I have to say they struggled more than I would like to see to manage the color accuracy but not so much on the calibration and hardware side as on the profiling and configuration side of how to manage the workflow of the artist. I'm talking about all the settings in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and getting Pantone colors to match on the first try. Yes, I know that is not possible, and you can spot color substitute, and the toner gamut is much smaller than RGB or ink, but I'm just talking about getting it to utilize the calibration used including spot color substitution. We did it but it took months. Finally now we're moving on based on limitations of the hardware offered. read more

When I logged into Yelp to provide a review after a nearly perfect installation, I was surprised to read these other not-so-favorable reviews. Perhaps it was the team that I worked with at the Orange Branch. Josh Muench was my sales rep who was very professional. When he first reached out to me based on my comment of having an old copier and paying high maintenance fees to keep it limping along, I told him I was too busy to address it. He was polite and respectful in asking a better time to check back. A month later, he followed up with me as I had asked. With very little information, he was able to provide me with a very competitive quote with various options. The other two bidders did not compare. This is our second copier lease and service agreement through Image 2000. We have three types of copiers (a Sharp (own), 2 Kyoceras (leases), and Xerox (lease)) in the office with two different companies, Image 2000 being one of them. The larger of the two Kyoceras by far prints/scans the most volume with the heaviest usage and we have just as many service calls on our Xerox that is used less than 20% of the Kyocera volume. That said, the office has come to love the service guy Vincent. I think he teaches the office something new every time he comes...he's quiet but puts up with my heckling. Back to my nearly perfect installation experience - once the contracts were signed, which was a quick and easy process (pretty boiler plate, yet they were open to my slight changes that accommodated our type of operations), their "scheduler" call to coordinate a delivery date that coincided perfectly with the final malfunction of our old Sharp copier. Delivery was scheduled at 11 AM - the guys were here on time, used the freight elevator as instructed and even helped move the old copier for us. Then as scheduled, Andrew, the IT guy, showed up at 1 PM to complete the installation of the copier and on everyone's computers in the office. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and service oriented Andrew was with the entire team/office. I remember his response to all my requests were "Sure, That's no problem!" Great attitude and friendly!!! That all said, we also order printer toner from Andy at Image 2000 at an unbelievable discount compared to Office Depot/Staples, etc. Andy is not only professional and a pleasure to work with, he's quick and efficient. I know my company is small compared to Image 2000's other customers/clients, but they sure treated us like we were just as important. Why 4 stars and not 5? I never give a 5...it's the critic in me, but that should say a lot about the service I received from the team members mentioned above. read more

Just wanted to let Yelpers know that I have dealt with many customer representatives over the years ordering supplies for my department (in a high school that has 3600+ students). we have leased probably over 10 copiers from this vendor over the last 8 years or so... read the fine prints on the contracts. we got screwed by our rep Josh Muench last year and had to pay over $7K cause he didn't communicate to us on how to properly terminate our contract with Wells Fargo. well this year, i wasn't going to let this happen with another copier we are coming to an end of lease.... well guess what, he did it again. fortunately, it is only a three month auto-renew, but i had given at least three notices to Josh, going back to 4 months prior to the end of the lease, but Josh didn't notify the leasing company in-time... but since it is no fault of ours, i'm trying to fight it, albeit it is only $670. this guys, Josh Muench should be fired for being so incompetent or maybe this is the way his company works. i'll not do business with this company ever again. if you want me to give more details feel free to e-mail me ssiddiq at talleycom.com thank you. read more
