On this particular day, this location was the closest, so I decided to pay them a visit with a return of an unused 5 gallon stocked Swiss Coffee bucket. One of the first off putting experiences is I walked in and asked for assistance with the heavy 5 gallon bucket and they said they could do that. I asked for a dolly and she said they couldn't offer me one. She then asked me to drive to the side of the building and walk the bucket inside my self as that would make it easy for them. Not one employee helped me. At this point I was ready to lose it but kept my composure in order to facilitate the return. During the return, this process was a nightmare on its own. After all that, they didn't want to do the return on a stocked unused paint. Needless to say, they finally agreed but notated my account. Do yourself a favor and shop someplace else. This location doesn't reserve anyone's business. I hope they close and every single one of these people gets fired.

Three coats of their top emerald line couldn't cover a light color on my walls my 12 year-old even noticed that the original color is showing through even after three coats. Nasty people in poor service no need to shop here. Went to a paint store nearby that was owned by a wonderful man who's been in the business for 30 years. He has a new customer for life.
