This is a HUGE thank you to both Randy and Rosemarie for their outstanding customer service from start to end. Their expertise in matting & framing had made each of my wall hangings come to life again in my home which is so heartwarming each time I pass through my beautifully framed hangings. Their professionalism, knowledge, punctuality, pricing and kindness throughout my visits were a fun & smooth experience for me. Thank you for your great work, Randy & Rosemarie. read more

Referred by the photographer I walked into Fast Frame. Husband and wife team that were down to earth people. Worked with me for probably an hour or more to find just the right frame, matting, size, reveal, color. I didn't expect such service. They have this really amazing camera system that shoots your piece of art and then they put it up on their screen to show you an idea of what the finished product would look like. This enabled us to change several different things right up front and the result was total perfection. I got watery eyes when I went to pick it up yesterday as it came out beyond my expectations! Great experience, great results. :o) read more

Fastframe Valencia - Custom framed by the best! - Framing Near Me - Valencia, California

Unfortunately, we recently had a death in the family. I needed to get a portrait framed ASAP for the service. Thankfully, I was able to find FastFrame and spoke to Randy over the phone briefly to explain to him my urgent situation. Later that day, I dropped off the portrait and Randy had it beautifully framed within 24 hours. Both Randy and Rose-Marie were incredibly kind, comforting, friendly, and understanding. They provided a professional service with a personal touch. I could not recommend them highly enough. Their helpfulness during a time of grief and loss for my family meant the world. I plan to visit them again for all my framing needs. Thank you so much! read more

I visited a few other framing places first, to see how FastFrame compares in the pricing department. I had a 50% off coupon from Michael's and found that FastFrame's regular price was only a few dollars more than the 50% off price. After spending some time with Randy, I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted the final product to look like. He helped me pick out the frame and color scheme and the final result is amazing! Not only was the product quality higher than expected, the quality of customer service was unbeatable. This item was a gift and I had intricate requests to ensure this is perfect...I will only go here moving forward for framing as the quality and comfort of knowing what product I receive will outnumber that of a lesser qualified company. read more

Rose Marie was very nice and accommodating. She sat with us for almost an hour trying to figure out the prefect frame to go on our paintings. We settled on something that would fit beautifully. The are very reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend them! They will not disappoint! read more

I brought two prints in for framing. Rosemarie talked me through the best way to frame my prints and showed me my prints. She went through what seemed like an endless supply of mattes for the frame to make sure that she got just the right color to go with the print. They have a huge selection of frames and it is somewhat overwhelming, but Rosemarie already had in mind a few options that she thought would go well with the prints and showed me why she would get a certain color frame than another. They gave me an estimate of 2 weeks to get the frames ready and I was very pleased that they were right on time with their estimate. Randy helped me with the checkout of the frames and showed me each print before I paid - they were even better than I imagined they would be. Randy and Rosemarie are so nice and do such great work, if you have anything that needs to be framed, I highly recommend going to Fastframe. read more

I'm talking about a photograph that I needed preserved for a long time. The presentation needs to be something that will be talked about, simple yet elegant. You can tell how much someone cared by the quality of the framing. Randy and Rose Burzynski were on the receiving end of my request. As I walked in the door, they were both behind the counter and you know what? They were really nice. Absolutely nice... Strangely Nice. (that was from my lapd background)... But, their being nice was not made up. That is who I deduced they were by the end of our time together. They asked all the right questions. They talked about their process with regard to the mounting. The spoke with me about options and they were able to show me how the "framed" photo would look after the mounting had been completed. Ok - I'm sold. I know, you know, you can put your photos on an iphone - You can view them on an iPad - but there is nothing like holding a framed photograph in your hand. Remember when that was the only choice? Call them - they are absolutely wonderful.... read more

Randy at FastFrame is an absolute hero! Not only is he well versed in any/all things related to framing but his customer service is absolutely phenomenal. As a first time customer, I called him and explained my framing needs and he re-assured me that it could be done and invited me to bring the artwork into the shop so he could take a look. We went in on a Friday afternoon, and were in a time crunch (needing it framed by the weekend). Randy prioritized our time restraint - and had it done by the next day! The combination of his knowledge, customer service and pristine work is unbeatable. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a quality experience. AMAZING! read more

Fastframe Valencia - 30x40inch art print, matted and framed with FastFrame - Framing Near Me - Valencia, California

I dealt with Rosemarie directly and she is incredible. I brought two sets of prints that needed new mats and an old, old, old frame (possibly my great or great-great grandparents) that needed some serious TLC. She took her time listening to what I was looking for. She didn't try to upsell any additional modifications for the frames that needed new mats and took her time helping me select colors for the new mats. I thought all hope was lost with the frame belonging to my great grandparents but Rosemarie and her team managed to work a miracle. They managed to secure the frame, re-mat the print, and placed acrylic over it to preserve the image. They took great care of the delicate frame and preserved it in a way I didn't think possible. I appreciated all of Rosemarie's help tremendously and will definitely be back!!! :) read more

I bought my husband a 3 silhouette print of our children, (something he had wanted since they were born) and took it to the one place I trusted to frame it - FASTFRAME. They were incredibly knowledgable and helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect frame for something so precious and valuable. They were also extremely patient with me, even though I couldn't make up my mind! Thank you to Randy and Rose-Marie for being so wonderful and for helping me to give my husband the best Christmas present ever. read more

What a wonderful experience! From design to delivery, it was first class. As silly as it sounds, framing places intimidate me. I know nothing about matting, frame size, color or choices in material. Last time I ventured into a frame shop I was happy with the result but I had no input and the whole process was an up-sell pitch. Randy and Rose-Marie helped me with 8 pieces last month and I'll be bringing more in soon. Ever tell the 'sales rep' what you want and wonder if even half of what you discussed was heard? Anxious to see if your project looks anything like you envisioned? Lol. Not here. Oh, while you're there you may run into or make a new friend. The friendly environment had customers talking with each other every time I was there. Love the small town integrity and professionalism. read more

There is a reason obviously that they have all 5 star ratings. First, I received a lot of attention deciding the kind of frame I wanted, which turned out to be more what Randy wanted because he clearly had a better eye at what would look good. They completed the frame in the time specified and delivered my picture to me wrapped in brown paper and included little things like a couple picture hangers for the wall and plastic dimples on the corners behind the picture to prevent scratches on the wall. They followed up later with a note to sent to my home thanking me for my business along with a coupon for my next visit, which I will definitely use. Now, I wasn't really hoping to spend $230.00 framing my $80.00 print, but it was well worth it. You get what you pay for and I couldn't be happier. Well done! read more

We had an engagement picture we wanted to get framed. I used to go to a framer I really like in Granada Hills, but he's not convenient and close. I saw one of my friends Yelp about them and knew I wanted to give them a try. They were great. They helped me choose the perfect frame, they were courteous and they knew their stuff! In a few days, I picked up a beautifully framed picture. I will definitely come back when I need framing done. read more

I have had a few paintings and photos of mine, or some that I have purchased framed by a few different companies in my lifetime. Being an artist, you learn early, that if you make you art out of low quality materials, your work will only become less than mediocre. So the question I have is, if you have spent a lot of money on a piece of art that you love, or even creating your own, why not spend a little more on a good frame? Yeah, you can go to a mega-mart and buy some cheap frame that may or not fit properly. You might find something that is almost the right color, or even the correct thickness. Did you know that certain frame materials can ruin your art? Will a mega-mart minimum wage employee know what is best for a piece of art that is worth more than their weeks paycheck? I was lucky to have met Randy Burzynski, one of the owners of my local "FastFrame" store, at a chamber of commerce meeting that I attended over a year ago. He was a very warm and welcoming individual, that seemed very interested in me and my line of work. After chatting a while with him, I wanted to check out his store once I had something I needed framed. Just recently, my wife and I took a plunge while we at Walt Disney's California Adventure's Off the Page art Gallery. We got ourselves a Giclee of Buzz and Woody from Toy Story called, "Strange Things Are Happening." It was a limited edition print, and it was designed so that you did not need to frame it. The problem is, the rest of our art was framed. So I took my print to Randy the day after I brought the print home. Randy took his time with me. We discussed what my vision was, and I asked him for his professional opinion. He had informed me that I might want a border surrounding the print for a few reasons. One, the wood frames have acid in them, and they could over time, react with the paintings, and prints. By having that white canvas wrapped border would not only help make the picture pop more, it helped draw your eye in cause it made the frame a little deeper. We picked out a shadow box sized wood frame to flush the print's back to the wall with the extra thickness of the added border. Randy set up the sample frame, border and my print on his front counter, and took a digital picture. After a few moments, on large screen monitor, there was an image of what my final product would look like with a full frame and border. Most people have a hard time visualizing what the final product will look like, and this will cure any doubt you might have about how the picture will look after it is done. I was now even more excited to have my print framed! We filled out the paperwork and exchanged some moneys. Randy handed my a pamphlet with all my paperwork and receipts and told me the estimated time to complete the project could take up to two weeks depending on the supplies from the distributor. I assured me that the type of items I ordered, it should not take that long at all. After one work week of chomping on my nails in anticipation, Randy calls me to let me know Buzz and Woody were ready to come home! I raced over to store to pick them up. Randy pulls them out from the back, and it is gorgeous. It was so stunning. On the back they affixed a heavy duty plastic coated wire to the frame. Not only was it strong, it would not scratch my walls or even me when hanging it. The letter of authenticity was mounted on the back with a see-through sleeve enclosed with the painting. Below that was a sticker telling me that I had it framed at their place of business, and who framed it. I was very proud of the work that Rose-Marie, (Randy's wife and business partner) did and I know she was too with her handwritten name on the back label. When I got home and mounted it to my wall directly behind my large sofa, I took a picture of it in it's current location and emailed it to Randy and his wife showing them how happy I was with their work. If you need a frame done for anything, please consider Randy and Rose-Marie at FastFrame. Not only are they reasonable, but they work with many local artists. They have a wall in their store, where they rotate local artist's work to show off their work. If I need anything framed, there is only one place I will go now. Thank you Randy and Rose-Marie! read more

Amazing customer service! FastFrame was the third place I went to drymount my nursery baby prints (after Aaron Brothers and Michaels) and they were by far the best. Not only were they the best (and most reasonably) priced but they also blew the competition away with their customer service. They answered my questions over the phone (which Aaron Brothers and Michaels would not do) and remembered my name when I came in. The atmosphere on the inside looks far fancier than other places so it is easy to think that they are more expensive, do not be fooled however, they really do have the best prices! I hardly ever give five stars but this place deserves it! read more

Randy and Rosemary and Staff were truly amazing during a very sad time in our lives. Our eldest son (35 years old) passed away. I wanted to put together a tribute to him with photos displayed at the Chapel during the funeral service. Unfortunately, I had so many tasks and arrangements to handle prior to the funeral service which took place only 4 days after my son had passed. I brought in several pictures to Randy and Rosemary in the late afternoon on the day before the funeral. Randy said that he would have it by 10 am the next day, as the funeral was set for 12:30 pm in Simi Valley. He called me by 9 am and it was finished. Several photos framed, A Collage that they put together was included too and framed. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! The effort, the empathy, the commitment goes truly beyond their business roles. We are forever grateful to Fastframe for making this Tribute truly inspirational. We now have all photos displayed on one wall at our home to cherish our son's memory every day of our lives. First of all, the owners Randy and Rosemarie are absolutely lovely individuals, the best of humans you will ever have the pleasure to meet. They welcomed me warmly and I was charmed from entering their beautiful gallery: Impeccable work, attention to detail, and wonderful technology in place allowing you to see the finished matted/framed project (rather than try to guess about an L-shaped set of samples). They were able to make an almost-wrecked sentimental poster look new, with special mounting, and delighted me with a personalized piece (genius marketing) at pickup. I gasped at their thoughtfulness and excellence, truly! FastFrame is in my networking group in Valencia. I have know them for about a year. Randy and Rose Marie the Owners are genuinely kind and they truly love what they do. I have been needing to get my College Graduation Diploma and Honor Tassels and Cap framed in a shadow box. I am the first in family to Graduate College so it is quite an accomplishment to cherish in a nice frame. I took my pieces to Fastframe and they set it up for me on their tv screen so I could see what they outcome will look like. It was a fairly large piece since i had a few pieces. They frame i picked out was a traditional style frame that was washed out brown with a golden trim. It was beautiful and unfortunately out of my budget in regards to price. I was so in love with the frame but i had to pick a standard black frame for the price to match my budget of what i was willing to pay for the piece to get framed. I was not in any rush to get the piece framed but Randy and Rose Marie finished it in a reasonable amount of time for the amount detail the shadowbox required. I was so excited to pick it up and when I did i almost burst into tears it was so beautiful. I couldnt help but be taken back the dark blue suede and the gold trimmings that matched my cap, diploma and honor tassels that I Almost missed that Randy had surprised me with the frame I really wanted. The traditional one that matched so well and was brown instead of black. My heart was truly warms and i was on the verge of tears i was so happy. Not happy that they frame was absolutely beautiful because it was, but because Randy and Rose knew how much i loved that frame and took the extra step to make it happen for me. They made the piece mean that much more to me, knowing that it was made with care and love. I couldn't thank Fastframe Randy and Rose Marie enough. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family if they need anything custom framed or shadow boxed. They are great. Thank you Randy and Rose Marie read more

UPDATE: After coming home and sitting with the artwork for a while, I realized I hadn't clearly communicated how much white space I wanted between the artwork and the mat. I knew leaving more space would increase ALL of Randy's materials costs - frame, mat, and glass - and I offered to pay the difference. Randy would hear none of it. He just wanted to make it right and make me happy. He redid the entire frame job for free. I cannot say enough about the SUPREME level of customer service at this FastFrame. It is second to none! ***************************** I had simply the BEST experience with Randy and FastFrame. He was more than patient with me as I made my decision. He helped guide me with mat selection and frame options but also gave me the freedom and room to mull things over myself. I was looking to frame two separate pieces by two different artists and with differing color palettes in the same frame. No easy feat! But together we selected a winning combination. I picked up the finished pieces today and couldn't be more thrilled with how they turned out. Randy's work is exceptional and in addition to that, he is warm, easy-going, and makes you feel as if he's known you for years. I think that's what makes this FastFrame so memorable... Randy will remember your name and treat you with kindness. It's evident how much he cares. I didn't get the opportunity to meet his wife, but I have no doubt she is the same. I will be a loyal customer from now on. read more

I had an unusual request when I called Fast Frame and spoke with Randy over the phone. Last year I had purchased some expensive fairy wings from a boutique for Halloween as part of my costume. The wings have very earthy tones/colors in them (blue, green, off white) and go along with colors I use in my room so didn't want them just sitting in a closet but wanted to somehow incorporate them into room as art. I had a friend make a shadow box for them but was unhappy with the background board which was plain white. Asked Randy if he could replace the background with a different color, basically taking the shadow box a part. At first I was looking at special paper but Randy and Rose-Marie suggested a matte instead. After looking at several, we came across one that was perfect. In less than two weeks I had my new shadow box with a cool matte background and they even secured the back and gave me bolts to hang it. Great service and great people! read more

My experience at FastFrame was stellar. I found that Randy and Rosemarie are the kind of owners who take great pride in their craft, working diligently to locate just the right frame and "look" to fit each client's needs. They actually were able to let me try out a few looks with their amazing digital equipment. That way, I would get a good idea of what my final product would look like ahead of time. In addition, the owners go the distance to make sure each client is completely satisfied with his or her purchase. The FastFrame owners even offered to change out the matte in my framing project if it wasn't acceptable to me within a certain amount of time. Of course, the final product exceeded my expectations! Yet, it was nice to know that this option was available. I believe this is the best framing store in Santa Clarita, and it's definitely worthwhile to give this store a try.
