I brought a very cherished and expensive Kenton Nelson print in for framing and the girl there was patient and professional and really helped me in picking the right products. Because I value this particular print so much I opted to buy the glare-free glass; more expensive but worth it for me. When I went to pick it up I was amazed how good it looked. So good in fact that I literally could not see the glass. I thought they had forgotten it! But it turns out that since the glare-free glass was on backorder and would have taken weeks longer to obtain, they went ahead and installed the much more expensive Museum Glass instead at no extra charge! I mean, who does that?! I haven't received such phenominal service in a long time. And here it is in a tiny little shop in the heart of North Hollywood. These people are amazing and I will come here forever. I never expected to be so well taken care of. The quality of the materials is great, the corners are smooth and tight and the whole thing looks like it should have in a museum. I'm having friends over for brunch just to view it because it has to be shared. Thank you Gonzalez Framing!

The guy practically pushed me out the door said it's gonna be at least 100 bucks. I said that was fine then he responded to me saying it's gonna take 3 to 4 weeks. I said that was fine. I asked if I could see what a custom frame would look like he stated come back. There were two employees in the store and only one customer and I would've absolutely waited. I was like I just wanna see what kind of custom frames you have the gentleman said go to Michael's I responded but you guys do custom frames. The gentleman responded. Michael's does customer frames too. This place is a joke and I never ever give reviews. I would've spent $500 on a frame. Maybe I just had a bad experience. Maybe the place isn't what it used to be.
