I saw a post from you in Instagram a few weeks after I had my accident and had to move my wedding date and everything! But I am so grateful that I saw that post , the first invitation samples you had were so perfect for my theme wedding since I love butterflies and the flowers. You were so nice and vary understanding of my situation and you are so sweet and just know exactly how to make someone happy with the designs they need and want . When planning for my daughter's quinceañera, I knew that one of the most important details for the event was going to be getting the perfect invitations. It sets the tone for the event and goves the guest their first impression of what the event will be like. I found Arcy online and couldn't be happier. She is amazing! She asked me what I was looking for and met with me that same day to take me a sample of something that she made especially for us to see. She made a sample with the colors and details I wanted. Right when she showed us the invite, both my daughter and I fell in love with them. She went out of her way to accommodate the time frame that I was looking to receive them. I had looked around before talking to her and her prices were the best. The presentation of the invitations the day she turned them in was beautiful. I even plan to keep it to place my daughter's quince keepsakes. I found Arcy on instagram when I was searching for wedding invitations and I am so glad I did!! They usually say you get what you pay for, not with Arcy tho!! Her prices were the most reasonable and the quality of the invite and customer service sure did not live to that saying because everything was top quality. Since the first email I sent her inquiring the level of customer service has been amazing. I emailed her an idea of what I was looking for and right away she assured me she could make it happen. Something that was different from her than other invitation services I had emailed was that she offered to send me a sample without charge, YES not even a shipping charge. She wanted me to see what I was going to get before I even put down a deposit or made anything formal. This to me showed she cares more about her customers than just getting business. The sample I got was a full size invitation, rsvp + Padrinos insert. There was a mixture of mock text and our info in order for us to get a real feel about what the final product would look like. She also included 2 styles of bands to go around the invitation that matched our style. She was so patient with us(as we kept changing our order size lol), she also didnt give us any push-back to make a small portion of the invitations in english as the majority were spanish based. I will include a picture of the invites soon since I forgot to take a picture but honestly you will not regret going with Invitations by Arcy. She makes sure you're happy about the product before anything, and honestly that is something to be appreciated because during my wedding planning process I've seen how people try to mark up or even give attitude when you question their work. At the end of the day, if your looking for beautiful invites, awesome customer service and good quality invites at a great price this is the shop for you.
