I told her I would be coming in to check them out and she said it was fine. When I arrived, I see them hanging on the wall and I see one that I liked. When I asked if I can try it on, she said I can only try it on if I am going to commit to paying for it. I was confused as I told her I cannot pay for something if I don't know what it will look like on me and she still refused to let me try it on and just held it on her hand. I told her that I was very interested in one of them but I needed to see it on me, she kept saying I needed to pay for it if I wanted to try it on. I told her I was not interested anymore and she said okay. I'm sorry, but I have NEVER been to a bridal store where they don't let you try on stuff. That was RIDICULOUS. Why would I pay for something if I don't know how it looks on me? I also told her that I had tried veils already and I've seen some where the clip shows and the draping of the front isn't the style I want which is why I wanted to try it on but she still didn't understand that. You only wear a veil once so I want to make sure it's the ONE so it was very disappointing.

When I called to ask if they could assist us, Carolina was so warm and friendly over the phone--she just told me to come by anytime. The moment I walked into the store, I was immediately impressed with all the beautiful gowns and accessories on display. Even though Carolina was still helping another customer, she acknowledged me right away and kindly asked me to take a seat for a moment. I could see how happy her customer was with the service she gave them. After she finished, Carolina greeted me again with a big smile and even gave me a friendly beso. And to top it off they needed more paint and there was a chip on there .
