I was hoping to try on a few dresses to see what style of dress I liked and felt good in. I showed the owner what I liked from Pinterest and she was excited and complimented my style. But said she can custom make and it's staring at 5k. I cannot afford that. So I thanked her for her time, clearly if I can't afford it I don't want to waste anyone's time. But she asked me to sit down and talked to me about a contract and payments. Everything is custom and said the brides basically design their own dresses and she brings it to life. That's great but again, out of my budget. I didn't like that she was pushy on the deposit (2k deposit) and the contract. I didn't try any dresses on because she said they were samples. She didn't have anything for me to try. She showed me the fabrics and I felt pressured into signing a contract I didn't want to be part of. I didn't put down a deposit nor did I sign a contract. I will be going elsewhere to continue my search. If you are looking for someone to custom make your dress and you have a budget of $5000 and above, this is the place. But for me, my budget is very humbling and will continue my search. Thankfully I have time, otherwise I can see how this would be a money trap.

And to top it off they needed more paint and there was a chip on there . We had our granddaughter's quincianera this past Saturday and renting tuxedos there was a mess. We were supposed to get discount if the whole group rented from them which did not happen. They gave us wrong color dress shirts and when we went back to exchange we were treated with attitude. We were told their policy was no exchange no refund or discount for a new dress. We asked to speak to the owner and were given different excuses from the one we being hospitalized to he was out of the country for emergency matters.
