What makes this even worse is that I've been a loyal customer for years, even appearing in videos on their page. I've supported the store, recommended it, and spent plenty of money there. So being treated like I'm causing problems instead of being helped properly is extremely disappointing. I appreciate Bobby's effort, but I still don't feel satisfied as a customer.
