I absolutely love my shopping visits to Rustica. Diosy always knows what outfits look best on me. I am proud to say that my closet is full of Rustica fashion. I often admire that my most cutest professional outfits are from Rustica. rustica has dressed me for many proud occasions from my college graduation, house warming party to sweaters for my winter trip to Japan as well as providing many gifts for my loved ones. Hands down the best shopping experience ever and I wasn't actually doing the shopping. My partner saw some beautiful dresses on instagram and decided to make the trip from the SGV to SFV to check out the store. We were immediately greeted by Ray, one of the owners of Rustica. He was very attentive and took all the dresses my partner picked out to the dressing rooms so we didn't have to hold them. He even brought out drinks and offered them to us. Overall, my partner left with several dresses and he even offered us a gift of some of the incense he was burning inside the store. What a great experience and hopefully we will come back soon when we're in the area. If not, they also sell through their instagram account! All of the dresses and clothing accessories are hand picked so some of them are one of a kind. This means that you might want to go in the store to try on the sizes since the clothing may differ from you idea of S/M/L, etc. read more

The owner is such a sweetheart and very helpful! This store has a unique style in all aspects. Most definitely will be coming back

I was in complete aww when I finally had the chance to check this place out! The owners, to the merchandise are all top notch! I think what made the experience all that much memorable were the owners, they were completely warm and welcoming! The clothes is definitely handpicked and has a different flare from other retail or boutique shops. I was informed we could buy via Instagram and they can ship or pick up options are available! My wish list keeps getting longer and longer! Cannot wait to bring more friends! read more

I absolutely love this shop. Customer service is beyond amazing, clothes are high quality at an outstanding price. You can't get all of that in one store, it's uncommon but here at Rustica it is!! I have been here twice and both times I have had the same experience. Not to mention every time I wear the clothes I purchased I get a tremendous amount of compliments :) This is now my go to place for clothes!! Try it out and see for yourselves, and no they didn't pay me to say this... lol read more

Excellent customer service and very lovely pieces for a great price! I was even gifted an extra pair of earrings as a first time customer. Definitely recommend! read more

This is a tiny curated little clothing shop. It doesn't have a lot of the same items so if you get something it means you probably won't see anyone else with it. It's on this fun section of Maclay that has a lot of newer stores and I hope more shops pop up. It had a lot of cute bohemian style clothes, and accessories. I was able to get a small cropped jacket that looked very chic and cute for work. I was excited because I had been looking for something just like that I had seen on my favorite televisions show. I tried on a ton of clothes in their dressing rooms and it's all very low pressure. No creepy watchful salespeople. This is the kind of store that we don't have a lot of in San Fernando, and I'm so glad this opened up. I love it when cute new stores open up on Maclay. read more

This boutique has everything! Customer service is beyond the roof. I have never met such chill employees. The vibes in this store are welcoming and comfortable. Clothing is inspired by culture and boho wear but I find my bruja edge here too. Jewelry is one of a kind and affordable. They offer many sizes and styles. Versatile and did I mention, unique? Whatever it is you are looking for, you will find it here and it will set you apart, if not, at least help you make a statement. This place is one of a kind. Must visit! Must check out! read more

Loved the Frida chocker I purchased at this store. Owner was very attentive and helpful as well.

Great customer service! Quality was amazing and my items were delivered the next day!

Rustica's owner, Diosy, and her sister Maria were utmost welcoming and amicable. Came to the store surprised to find about their 20% off their entire store and $5 sale racks. Diosy and Maria were extremely helpful and assisted me throughout my shopping experience. The shop itself is quite eclectic and with a rustic feel, hence, its name. Love the ambiance of the boutique, and the music is certainly popping. You will leave with at least two outfits and want to come back soon! read more

My favorite boutique in the SF Valley! They always have unique beautiful pieces that could go with any type of event. From everyday casual, to an outfit you can wear to a wedding. They also always have great music playing, so it makes it fun to shop! And I can't not mention how great the service is, the owners are really helpful and always having great deals! It's hard not to spend all my money here lol read more

Fantastic!!! I love the clothing here, it comes from all over the world!! Very good quality fabrics and designs or unique. They arrange their clothing for the most part by color, which is very nice if you are looking for an article of clothing of a specific color. They constantly get new products in, which means they have a great variety. This week they had a bogo sale. I got 2 dresses for under $50. They have really nice leather purses and even some succulents that would make great gifts for yourself or another. I'm going back to shop here soon for sure. Staff was very helpful and courteous. read more

This is one of the best boutiques that I have been to in a while. The clothes and accessories are neatly organized and Ray is such a sweetheart. Super excited to wear my dress tonight. The clothes vary when it comes to style and color but for the most part it's very colorful, indie and modern. Love it and definitely returning. read more

Cute little boutique with some truly unique finds! They have limited sizes on most of their clothing items, which I personally think is great because that means you won't see many around with the same piece. I've gotten a lot of compliments on many of the dresses I have bought from here. The store owners are wonderful; they always greet you with a smile and assist you when needed without being too pushy. Every time I have gone, there is some sort of deal whether it be 10% or a free pair of earrings with my purchase. Definitely recommend checking this place out! read more

An amazing boutique. The first I went inside the store it had a great vibe and the customer service was on point. I purchased a beautiful dress that I will forever cherish. But not only walking in the store did I have a great experience but I follow them on Instagram and I saw another dress and I had message them thru Instagram about it and not only did they respond to me quickly but I was able to purchase the dress with PayPal. They were even sweet enough to hold my purchase till I payed for it during the weekend. Great online experience with them. I will continue to show at this store as much as I can. Thank you for the great customer service. read more

I recently learned about this store on a cruise from a beautiful woman who I admired numerous articles of clothing she showcased on the 2 week cruise. She wore several articles of clothing from this store. To my surprise the wonderful lady was from my neighboring city and to my surprise this little boutique is in San Fernando. I couldn't wait to get home to go and see this little charming store. I've been back less than 1 week and made a special trip to this little chic boutique today. It's absolutely charming, has very reasonable prices and the friendly personable customer service, 2nd to none. I had the pleasure of meeting Diosy and her husband and they are both friendly and incredible professional as well as personable. I highly recommend this cute store and definitely a 5-star. I'm super excited to highly recommend this great quaint shop. read more
