Was super excited to go check this store out... drove over an hours and was so disappointed in the customer service. They have great merchandise and price was decent. Walked in with my sister and not one person greeted us. Then I finally asked a guy there if he worked there and if he can check on a size for me he said he would go check and never came back. Two other ladies where by the register and not once acknowledged us until we checked out. When my sister checked out they made her wait about 5 minutes without even saying anything to her they just keep doing whatever was more important then a paying customer. Went to two other stores in the shopping center and was immediately greeted by the associates. I am sad that we had such a bad experience in this store as we like supporting small businesses and don't mind driving far. But unfortunately I will not be coming back here. If I could give 0 stars I would. They have such cute clothing but their customer service is embarrassing, I don't know how they're still in business. I've shopped from them 2 times because it is an expensive store. The first time shipping took longer than 10 days but I wasn't worried because I wasn't in a rush. This second time I placed my order November 23, 2021 and it is now December 15,2021. This time I needed my item by a certain date so I waited the 10 days it says it may take for shipping and when I still received no emails about my order I decided to email them. Well turns out their email doesn't exist anymore it would tell me it was an error. Then I tried calling and nobody would pick up. I Finally got a hold of someone by phone on December 8 and he told me supposedly the item I ordered was back ordered and that it had just arrived in store that morning. It is very unprofessional that they did not notify the customer (me) about my order being back ordered and to expect a delay. He assured me that I would receive my order by Friday because it was shipping out that day. The shipping label was created and a received an email with a tracking number. Well it is now 7 days later and the tracking number still shows the item has not shipped out! I've been calling everyday and sending them text messages as well as Instagram DM's and have not gotten a call back or message back. This is so frustrating because I am doing everything I can to contact them and they don't even have the common courtesy to answer. The owner of this place should be ashamed. They have time to post every 2 seconds on Instagram but don't have time to assist their customers whose money they have already pocketed! The 2 times I've gone I've been disappointed in their customer service. No one greets you upon walking in. Owner was on the phone the entire time I was there and completely unprofessional with her loud conversation on FaceTime. Another employee comes from the back and still no acknowledgement from him either. My sisters and I were the only ones in the store and not once were we acknowledged. You're basically on your own trying to find what you need. At check out the employee seems to have an attitude and came off rude. Update on trying to get my order. After a week1/2 of no answers and just ignoring my emails and text never got an update on my order. I finally just gave up and asked for a refund. Well low and behold I get an answer someone finally answered and said it would take 1-3 "business days" to get my refund. HA that was on 10-21-21 and guess was it is now 11-2-21 and still no refund.
