I live 2 hours away & originally ordered online. Coincidentally, the store front happened to be near a friend's house so I dropped by to do a return. The girl working the front didn't know what to do & had to make a call? In the end they said they don't do returns. They texted me "we can def do store credit" but when asked how to proceed. No reply. & 0 replies in emails. Rip off prices and a scam business. read more

I was so excited about the watch I ordered from ALE. It came not working. I was told to return it, which I did at my own expence. After at least 10 calls, I finally got a hold of someone who said my watch was defective and could not be repaired. Fast forward 3 months - no one answers my calls and I never received a refund. THIS COMPANY SOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS. read more

I recently visited ale boutique which I found on Instagram and been ordering online from them and had a fantastic experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by 2 girls who were very helpful . Can't wait to go again . read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I recently purchased an item from them that they charged me for. A few days later, they text me saying that the item I bought was out of stock, so I asked for them to cancel the order and they refuse to refund my money! No business should be charging customers for products they don't have available. The customer service is horrible and I would not recommend Ale Boutique to anyone. read more

Not sure why reviews are not higher. This boutique has such cute unique items you won't see anywhere else. A lot of romantic with a mix of boho and western. I love it and the customer service is great. The only reason I couldn't give it five starts was because the sizes they carry are limited. Most small and medium so it's not very inclusive of curvy women read more

They are impossible to get a refund from and no one to actually talk to, it's all by text. I'm glad it wasn't expensive because I consider that item lost money read more

Scammers! Place order month ago! Reached out to customer service a million times no response back. Buyers beware stay away from this one!

Their customer service was the best! I was shopping last mi the for my birthday outfits and they made sure I got them in time.

I had missing items due to them running out of stock , and they also sent a wrong necklace. a year later and a bunch of messages I never got my money back for the necklace I received or the correct necklace for the one I actually ordered ! Their customer service is a joke . They just stop replying , they're nice but they just stop replying . read more

Was super excited to go check this store out... drove over an hours and was so disappointed in the customer service. They have great merchandise and price was decent. Walked in with my sister and not one person greeted us. Then I finally asked a guy there if he worked there and if he can check on a size for me he said he would go check and never came back. Two other ladies where by the register and not once acknowledged us until we checked out. When my sister checked out they made her wait about 5 minutes without even saying anything to her they just keep doing whatever was more important then a paying customer. Went to two other stores in the shopping center and was immediately greeted by the associates. I am sad that we had such a bad experience in this store as we like supporting small businesses and don't mind driving far. But unfortunately I will not be coming back here. I hope they train the association better. I went on Friday 12/22/23 at 5pm and the store wasn't busy at all. read more

Very cute clothing but HORRIBLE customer service when it comes to shipping and returns! I returned an item and I have waited 5 WEEKS to even get a store credit code because they do not do any returns, on top of that I had to pay for return shipping. I have been trying to get a hold of the "person in charge of shipping" who ever that is... And who ever picks up the phone just keeps saying to text the number with my order # and they Will get back to me and THEY NEVER DO. Very frustrating and upsetting! INSTEAD OF FOCUSING ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND POSTING ATTEND TO YOUR CURRENT CLIENTS! read more

This place is way over priced staff is super unprofessional & I regret buying from them I will NOT be returning ever again. I went in the store to find a cute shirt I saw a rack full of cute tops so I went ahead like any normal paying customer would & grabbed a top I liked & started untying the strap in the middle of the top to see how it would look tied & untied when some rude ass lady working there said to me "Don't do that to that shirt our model will be trying it on it's new & I just ironed it" LIKE GIRLLL IF THE MODEL WAS GOING TO TRY IT ON FOR A PICTURE & ITS IRONED WHY THE FUCK IS IT ON A RACK FULL OF SHIRTS IN THE STORE LIKE KEEP IT SOMEWHERE NO ONE WILL TOUCH??? She wasn't even like excuse me can I have it back or anything just flat out fucking rude. I'm so sad this place wasn't living up to its expectations like on "Instagram" they make it seem like they're friendly & they're not!!! Plus when I was at the register the person charging me had to FaceTime the owner & ask her how much is this top like dude your working there you should know bunch of little kids running the place they're loosing business furshure. When the owner was asked the question about the price of the shirt she was like "mmmmmmm 40.99" like if she had made the price up in the spot. Furshure never going back super rude & didn't live up to what I thought I was going to see like on Instagram ZERO STARS 100% read more

Okay, their clothes are super cute! However, customer service is not. As a business owner myself, I don't ever seem annoyed at my clients. Customer service seemed rude via text about an exchange but maybe they were just having a bad day. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have such cute clothing but their customer service is embarrassing, I don't know how they're still in business. I've shopped from them 2 times because it is an expensive store. The first time shipping took longer than 10 days but I wasn't worried because I wasn't in a rush. This second time I placed my order November 23, 2021 and it is now December 15,2021. This time I needed my item by a certain date so I waited the 10 days it says it may take for shipping and when I still received no emails about my order I decided to email them. Well turns out their email doesn't exist anymore it would tell me it was an error. Then I tried calling and nobody would pick up. I Finally got a hold of someone by phone on December 8 and he told me supposedly the item I ordered was back ordered and that it had just arrived in store that morning. It is very unprofessional that they did not notify the customer (me) about my order being back ordered and to expect a delay. He assured me that I would receive my order by Friday because it was shipping out that day. The shipping label was created and a received an email with a tracking number. Well it is now 7 days later and the tracking number still shows the item has not shipped out! I've been calling everyday and sending them text messages as well as Instagram DM's and have not gotten a call back or message back. This is so frustrating because I am doing everything I can to contact them and they don't even have the common courtesy to answer. The owner of this place should be ashamed. They have time to post every 2 seconds on Instagram but don't have time to assist their customers whose money they have already pocketed! I don't know what else to do anymore, at this point they stole my money. read more

I usually don't give reviews but I will say it's worth my two hour drive they are supper friendly and helpful I'm definitely coming back to buy more clothes read more

The 2 times I've gone I've been disappointed in their customer service. No one greets you upon walking in. Owner was on the phone the entire time I was there and completely unprofessional with her loud conversation on FaceTime. Another employee comes from the back and still no acknowledgement from him either. My sisters and I were the only ones in the store and not once were we acknowledged. You're basically on your own trying to find what you need. At check out the employee seems to have an attitude and came off rude. I gave this place a second chance because I think their clothing is really cute but I will not be returning due to their poor customer service. read more

My first time at Ale's today and unfortunately I will not be going back. I went in today, was looking around and I found a few clothing items I liked but I was told "we have bigger sizes in the back" a few times while being there.. I am on the plus size side but I've never been told that ever. There were other ways of going about it but I just thought that was messed up. Customer Service should always be nice and respectful... or you'd think since they are pretty popular. read more

They have cute clothes, which is why I gave the 2 stars. However, thy lack customer service. It made me leave the shirts I had in hand behind because of it. They were all huddled at the register talking and laughing, not approachable at all. read more

Let me tell y'all. The customer service here is flawless. I called from Texas to inquire about a clothing item and I regret not getting the young lady's name so I could give her the credit she deserves on here. She was very quick to help me out and was so kind, she even followed up with me to make sure I was able to retrieve the item I much wanted. I will definitely be recommending this boutique to all my friends here in the great state of Texas. read more

Update on trying to get my order. After a week1/2 of no answers and just ignoring my emails and text never got an update on my order. I finally just gave up and asked for a refund. Well low and behold I get an answer someone finally answered and said it would take 1-3 "business days" to get my refund. HA that was on 10-21-21 and guess was it is now 11-2-21 and still no refund. I have texted the # multiple time and no one has answers or replayed. Like I said worst place ever. I really don't know where they learned or if they even know what customer service is. read more
