I stopped at this shop. The 2 ladies that addressed me, had one of the best customer service, so lovely, come in, what can I help you with and what not. I ended up buying a bra and an actual waist trainer (faja.) To this, to me their bras are fajas. Why? Because they're not your normal bras. They still have something they "are training " like the under arm fat or the under bra fat. That day, I bought a bra and a waist trainer and left a bra paid in full and they stated they would call me when it arrived. I ended up getting sick and was not allowed to be out for almost 2 months. In the time of being sick, the lady called that the bra I had left paid for had arrived. Once getting better and I remembered about the call, I stopped at the shop to try and pick up the bra, but the business was closed. I kept checking and still closed. Eventually, couple of weeks ago my mom informed me that she was walking around the mall and noticed the store was opened. She went in and tried to pick up the merchandise I had left paid in full, but was informed I had to provide a proof of purchase. To which I never received. At least not that I recall, if they did provide it, I misplaced it. Well today 07/01/2026, I walked in and tried explaining to the lady the situation. Such lady was not even half of the person that she pretended to back in 11/2025 when she tried to make a sale off of me. Such a demeaning tone and personality. She asked my name, my mom's name then so aggressively stated I walked in asking for a faja and that when my mom spoke with her she asked for a braciel. " si nota que estamos hablando de dos cosas diferentes. Usted pride una faja y su mama dijo braciel." I apologized and explained that I'm sorry if I was misunderstood. That I had left paid a bra in color mocha or Cocoa. Such lady just didn't want to understand to which I told her it's fine to forget about. She wanted proof off of my checking account to prove that I zelle. I paid cash. She kept asking for a receipt, to which I didn't receive. At this point, I don't even mind the money I lost, it's the customer service she provided. To try and get a sale that day she put on a grate show and pretended to be and have a customer service she obviously doesn't uphold to.

Unfortunately, when I arrived, I had a very unpleasant experience. Before going to the store, I had read several online reviews mentioning issues with the manager and the customer service at this location. Once I arrived, I realized the reviews were completely accurate. The manager was extremely rude, condescending, and seemed to have a very unprofessional attitude. I was the first customer at the door when the store opened. I walked around and went to look at the sale rack. The pricing on the rack was very misleading, so I asked the manager for clarification. I asked whether the price shown applied to all items on the rack or only to the prices written in red pen on the tags. She responded in a very rude and condescending tone, saying, "Ma'am, the prices are noted on the rack," without making any effort to clarify. I ignored her attitude and continued shopping. I then went to another sale section where a sign clearly showed that the shoes in that area were marked at s. I asked a sales associate if the price applied to the shoes I had chosen, and he confirmed that it did. I selected two pairs and proceeded to the register to pay for all my items. When I went to pay, the shoes rang up at full price. I explained that there was a sale sticker on the shoes showing a specific discounted price. The manager responded by saying, "Sometimes customers change the prices and it's not our fault." I told her that I understood that mistakes can happen, but as store management it is her responsibility to ensure that inventory and pricing on the sales floor are correct. I also explained that as a customer, it is not fair for me to be misled by incorrect pricing after spending nearly 30 minutes selecting and trying on the shoes, only to be told at the register that the price was different. Instead of trying to help or look into the issue, she continued to speak to me in a rude and dismissive manner. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional, condescending, and completely lacking in basic customer service. I genuinely do not understand how someone with her behavior was chosen to manage a store. As the reviews on Yelp and other platforms clearly show, I am not the only customer who has experienced this type of treatment at this location. There are many similar complaints describing the exact same issues with the manager and the poor service provided.

I stopped by here to look at their suits selection and see if they allow renting or just buying. I was told they don't rent, only selling suits. So I looked around and saw a couple of nice suit. There was another customer shopping there as well and it seem like they brought 2 suits. The man working was very helpful to them when the suit didn't fit. When we first arrived there was a wait to get in but after about 10 mins the security guard let us in and apologized for the wait. As we walked in, we were quickly greeted by a sales lady who was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating as she asked if we all wanted waters. She got the boys sparkling waters and my wife and I regular glasses of water. She also asked me if I wanted a glass of tequila or any other drinks but I declined. The lady was very helpful and provided quality service to my wife who wanted to get her earrings fixed and while filling out the paperwork for my wife she ended up purchasing two pairs of sun glasses. My wife loves YSL and thinks the service alone is worth the value and while I do agree, I also understand that that's included in the price lol. Even at the end of purchase for safety purposes, he offered security to escort her to her vehicle due to high crime and robberies going on.
