I have previously overlooked several disappointing interactions, hoping they were isolated incidents. However, after my experience today, I felt that I could no longer continue shopping at this location. If I could give it zero stars I would. This location has it bad. Teenage attitude is crazy. I have attempted to contact Customer Service, as well as the store directly to speak with a manager, but I have been unsuccessful in getting assistance or being provided with the appropriate management contact information. Today, I visited the store to pick up an online order consisting entirely of underwear. Upon arriving, I was not acknowledged by the employees near the pickup area. Two associates were engaged in a personal conversation, and one walked away without acknowledging me or offering assistance. Once I was eventually assisted, the associate handed me my entire order of underwear without providing a shopping bag and simply said, "Here you go," before immediately continuing her conversation with another associate. I had to interrupt their conversation to ask if I could please have a bag for my purchase. I was then told that I would have to pay for one. Paying for a bag after I already paid for my pick up is crazy. It should have already came in a bag. I understand that there may be store policies regarding shopping bags and associated fees. My concern, however, is the way the entire interaction was handled. Being handed multiple pieces of underwear with no bag, explanation, or consideration for how I was expected to carry them through the mall was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing. I felt humiliated having to stand there holding my underwear while trying to get an employee's attention simply to ask for a bag. Following the interaction, I attempted to obtain the names of the employees involved and asked to speak with a manager so that I could address my concerns directly. Unfortunately, no one was willing to provide me with the requested information or connect me with a manager. As a frequent customer, I do not expect special treatment. I do, however, expect to be acknowledged, treated respectfully, and provided with a reasonable level of customer service. What was especially disappointing was not simply the issue with the bag, but the overall lack of professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to address my concerns afterward. They are just straight up mean.

This place is like one of those drift store because it just looks like a warehouse with less lighting but a lot of clothing inside. I looked at some of the nursing pants and shirts for women, the price seem reasonable. I touch the material and it does feel different from the higher quality one. They said it's wrinkles free and such but you won't know until you try it out yourself. The employees were nice to me when I walked inside, they greeted me and let me shop in piece. I look at their jeans and jacket that they have in the store as well but I didn't see anything that grab my interest. I'll come back with my wife if she wants to take a look at their selections.

I stopped at this shop. The 2 ladies that addressed me, had one of the best customer service, so lovely, come in, what can I help you with and what not. I ended up buying a bra and an actual waist trainer (faja.) To this, to me their bras are fajas. Why? Because they're not your normal bras. They still have something they "are training " like the under arm fat or the under bra fat. That day, I bought a bra and a waist trainer and left a bra paid in full and they stated they would call me when it arrived. I ended up getting sick and was not allowed to be out for almost 2 months. In the time of being sick, the lady called that the bra I had left paid for had arrived. Once getting better and I remembered about the call, I stopped at the shop to try and pick up the bra, but the business was closed. I kept checking and still closed. Eventually, couple of weeks ago my mom informed me that she was walking around the mall and noticed the store was opened. She went in and tried to pick up the merchandise I had left paid in full, but was informed I had to provide a proof of purchase. To which I never received. At least not that I recall, if they did provide it, I misplaced it. Well today 07/01/2026, I walked in and tried explaining to the lady the situation. Such lady was not even half of the person that she pretended to back in 11/2025 when she tried to make a sale off of me. Such a demeaning tone and personality. She asked my name, my mom's name then so aggressively stated I walked in asking for a faja and that when my mom spoke with her she asked for a braciel. " si nota que estamos hablando de dos cosas diferentes. Usted pride una faja y su mama dijo braciel." I apologized and explained that I'm sorry if I was misunderstood. That I had left paid a bra in color mocha or Cocoa. Such lady just didn't want to understand to which I told her it's fine to forget about. She wanted proof off of my checking account to prove that I zelle. I paid cash. She kept asking for a receipt, to which I didn't receive. At this point, I don't even mind the money I lost, it's the customer service she provided. To try and get a sale that day she put on a grate show and pretended to be and have a customer service she obviously doesn't uphold to.

Some people will say the prices are a bit high, and yes definitely higher than some women's clothing shops in the area but their items are hand selected and super cute. The customer service is great! This person then goes off to say that he will never ever recommend Skechers to anyone in his life, that it's even cheap and continue to throw the ripped bag at them. Never have I been so appalled by human nature, this day and age people are literally turning into despicable humans. If anyone at corporate receives this so called official complaint from this giant turd, please feel free to contact me so I can really let you know how it went down. My fiance and I had been to 4 different places looking for suits for our wedding and after experiencing terrible service at the place right next door we decided to give it another shot and walked into Prestige.... Best decision we could have made !!!! We were greeted by a gentleman we later came to know as Octavio. He had been helping another client and was trying to attend to us. While we were there about 2 other customers came in and he was attentive and nice to every single one and managing his time as best he could. He tried his best and succeeded. He helped my fiance find his suit and was so helpful in helping measure him and actually find a size that works for his body type. He had great recommendations about color and size and was funny and charismatic and genuinely kind, we felt he wanted to help us find a suit for our special day. We found our suit and alterations were marked down. Octavio stated that they had a great tailor and he was right. The pants were tailored perfectly and exactly to what my fiance wanted. By the time we left, it felt as if we somehow knew this man as he had helped us with one of our most stressful decisions and made us feel comfortable. Its funny at one point my fiance stated that he would be wearing brown shoes with his grey suit and Octavio jokingly said... "hmmm that might work?" . When we came in on the Monday to pick up the suit, Octavio wore grey slacks and brown shoes and said.. "you know what it does work..." ....we all laughed and he stated he was hoping we would in fact come in on that day as he had coordinated his outfit with us in mind. WHO DOES THAT???? What a kind, thoughtful, simple yet meaningful thing to do. If i was a man and needed a suit, I tell you I would have bought 2. Getting ready for a wedding is so stressful and at times you forget how fun things being done together should be and I don't think this man we had just met realized how much that meant to us.
