I then spoke with the manager and she said it was their policy. I then inquired, 'you're ok with losing a sale and a customer over an email', she smiled and said 'you're free to shop somewhere else. So...I walked down a few stores and purchased the Uggs at Journey's and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It blows my mind that an organization as big as them are willing to turn customers away over an email. Oh well, I'll never make another purchase at Foot Locker again.

Just give it a couple of days to show up on your bank. We wait -- now it's been over two weeks since this happened and still no refund. Corporate said the store should have processed the refund. And now still waiting for corporate to try to process it without having to go to the store. I mean -- I paid your store, you certainly didn't have any problems charging me at the time. Why is it so difficult to return the money for something I didn't get? Maybe check inventory next time before offering to order.
