Really disappointing experience at this DSW. Genesis the manager was extremely unhelpful and made what should have been a simple issue much more frustrating. Their store has signs of online price match if it shows a lower price. DSW website shows $15 off the shoe I had in hand and she told me she can't honor it in store and have to buy it online. So I did and when I asked to get it since they were right there she said I have to leave and come back in 2 hours with attitude. It took less than 15 minutes to process and customer service told me they CAN honor the price in store. Genesis has poor customer service skills. I felt like my concerns were dismissed instead of actually being listened to or resolved. The one bright spot was Luis, the other manager. He was genuinely kind, patient, and actually took the time to help me. He listened, tried to find a solution, and treated me with the customer service I expected from the beginning. I really appreciate Luis, but unfortunately the experience with management left a bad impression and I won't be rushing back to this location. read more

My mother and I came in here last Friday because she was seeking new sneakers and so this store happened to be in our radar. After she found the pair she wanted, she asked me to go form line. I was waiting in line for a good 10 minutes (the only obvious customer waiting, and the other cashier didn't even say anything to the other cashier that came over) as there was only one cashier who was assisting a customer. Then, another random lady popped up out of nowhere and decided to wait at the counter next to the cashier. Suddenly, another associate came and started to check her out instead of telling her that I was there waiting prior. Do Better So yes, if you have the time to kill, come here as they move slow and even ignore the customers who are in line and assist folks who cut line. read more

DONT recommend this place at all!!! i ordered 2 squishies for a pick up order and my order was picked up by someone who wasn't me. An employee STOLE my package!!! I was able to get a refund but if employees are stealing and or giving away your orders without verification then don't order from here AT ALL! company policy says you need ID or order number which they don't do. If you have a whole day to waste please come here... They move so slow! They have a decent selection of shoes so that's great! But the customer service is sloooooooow. They had Nikes that were 30% & 40% off the original price which is great, but just be prepared to wait. read more

This place is good when you are looking for shoes for a special occasion, this is your spot! Customer service is always Great!

This DSW is my fav! It's quite big and they have a decent selection of women's shoes. I can't tell you how many times I hit up other locations only to leave disappointed. You can find some great shoes at the sale rack way in the back. The inside is very clean. You won't find shoes all over the floor or customers just trying on shoes and leaving them askew. I can spend an hour or more cruising each aisle seeking that one style that just "jumps" out to me. They also have a large selection of sneakers that are very "in" and trendy to more casual athletic type ones. The return policy is easy for online orders and in store purchase. Just make sure that they haven't been worn and keep your receipt. *The rewards program is pretty good. It used to be better before Covid. For your birthday you now get a $5 reward. (Used to be $10) but still worth signing up! Employees are very helpful here. They also have men's and children's shoes and some cute purses, hats etc. Definitely worth checking out. **They have public restrooms all the way in the back on the right of the store. read more

I used to order shoes from them. But since I have a lot of time to spare now, I visit their store. I am in need of white leather sneakers for my Clinical. And wow I was happy that I found one. It is comfy and cute. Plenty of clearance items. read more

I am happy to follow up with this business due to the fact that they brought bags back! Thanks DSW!

I recently visited this store on the hunt for a new pair of sneakers. I found a decent selection of sneaks, at the average price. I don't know why but a store with the word "warehouse" in it makes me think of deals. But I didn't exactly see many on lower prices on the regular priced shoes. However they do have a pretty substantial clearance section for women. There are rows of shoes on clearance for women. But only one row for men. That's right, the men's section takes up like 10% of the whole clearance options. The men's clearance section was just as small. I was able to get a pair of Teva sandals and Teva sneakers on sale. One was 50% off and one was 30% off. So I got 2 pair of shoes for less than the regular price of one. I also got a couple accessories from the clearance section for 60% off. It's not easy to find people to help you. When I got to the clearance section there were a couple ladies there. But in the regular priced section there was no one near by when I wanted some advice on a comfortable long term shoe. They have lots of accessories too like purses and socks. They sell all kinds of shoes. So if you're looking for something specific, they will probably have it. However I did notice that they were lacking in some sizes. So you may have to order online if you wear a popular size I will mention that the women's bathroom is eerily dark. I had to take my 3 yr old. When we walked in she said, "Mommy it's dark and scary in here!" I had to agree. Also parking is in a lot shared with a lot of popular businesses. So I can imagine that it would be challenging to find a spot on a busy day. Thankfully it's on the end of the building. So that helps a little. With the good deals that I found, I'm sure to go back and check them out for my shoe needs in the future. No read more

DSW has turned into a sneaker emporium. They used to have a great selection of shoes and boots but now it's just so-so. The buying is not great as they get so many of the same styles and colors in different brands. They need to shake it up and offer more diversity. Lastly, the prices are out of control. A lot of these shoes are payless quality and just not worth it. That said they do get a modest selection of nice styles/brands. read more

I recently purchased shoes from another DSW store. Unfortunately, that purchase had two right shoes. Went to this location to see if I can make an exchange the store representative Jasmine was very helpful. And she was able to exchange the shoes I had for another pair. read more

My fiancée and I stopped by here so I can get a dress shoe for our engagement pictures. Before I went to the store, I checked on their website which shoe I wanted and made sure it was at the store. Finding parking was fine since we came an hour before they close, but during the day you might have some trouble finding good parking. The store is somewhat organized, just other customers don't put the shoe box back when they take them out. There are employees throughout the store so if you have any questions, you should be able to find someone. I found the shoe I wanted and when I went to pay, the employee check that the shoe was the same size. I saw that they also have 2 spots for curbside pickup. I wore my mask inside and they had a notice at the entrance to wear your mask. read more

Ive found a pair of comfortable boots that came size 8 left and size 7 1/2 right in the box and Im happy to buy them but Nicole the manager won't sell them to me. "That's not who we are"... and "we just don't do that..." are all they can say. To the management if Nicole is really following policy you're losing money on mismatched shoes. I was willing to pay full price on a product you typically will lose money on. That is stupid business practice. read more

Lots of shoes, sandals and heels. Prices were pretty good. Found some sandals that were cheaper than the last place I looked. I didn't see one person on the floor asking customers if they needed assistance. Over all the store is pretty clean and well kept. Parking is another story. Lot is shared with a very busy grocery store. Lot has some "compact" parking spots that a grocery cart fits in tightly lol read more

If you want designers shoes at a discount come here. I would give them more stars but they don't actually carry a lot of size 5/5.5 in stock on location. Which kind of is a turnoff since I don't have many options shopping in the actual store. They do seem to have more of an option online, however I like to try on shoes before I purchase them. But if you're a women's size 7-8 you'll have no problem finding your size as they carry it throughout the whole store. They do however take back online order returns in store which is convenient. The staff here is friendly, but I don't really see a lot of them on the sales floor. And every time I have gone here to either grab something or donate something the line is long, and you'll be waiting for awhile as there's only one person in the cash wrap. I get it's covid and you have to clean between customers, but if the line is backed up, call for help.. let's get us happy customers out the door quicker! read more

Marzy thank you for your help today, thank you for helping me explain the items on checkout and having great customer service.

Large space dedicated to all things footwear. A few other accessories are offered, including purses, and scarves. I walked the floor among all the aisles of women's shoes last week to fill some time before dinner. Though the selections were plentiful, the prices were giving me sticker shock. Also, some styles looked comfortable, but turned out not to be. That was unfortunate, as was having to walk out empty handed, with no match of shoes-to-feet that equaled a love match. Speaking of love, I once lost my wedding ring in this store when it slipped off my finger on a cold day. No one ever turned it in. Such a shame! My husband and I take turns reminding each other of this fact whenever I say I want to go to this location. read more

Just realized this was in my drafts, deserves to be posted!! This incident was back in April. Hope they have gotten their shit together since then! The worst DSW I've ever been to. Horrible customer service. Nobody asks you if you need assistance, I had to go around the store asking people if they worked here and I'm disabled. One cashier open with 3 people in line and and a customer who had returns and many questions and concerns but they refused to open another register. Also, they need to start carrying wide sizes in their store and not just their website, my daughter wears a wide and when we asked one of the girls if they carried wide sizes she was very dismissive and rude about my question. Just a disappointing experience overall. Do better! read more

We made the drive to a physical store location for my birthday (30+min drive) and we were so disappointed with the men's inventory. Tried on 8+ pairs and they didn't have any sizes or half sizes in stock. 8 different pairs of shoes and they didn't have a size 10 or 9.5??? Strange. My wife found so many shoes she loved and they did have her sizes so it turned into more of her birthday than mine once we got to the register. Customer support was friendly and nice. There was a rack that had a 65% off sign on it and when we we got home, we found out that one of the pairs we got of that rack was charged at full price. Was a bad birthday trip for me and disappointing. read more

This store offered good deals on a lot of shoe brands . I like going to the back wall where their clearance section is . They always have a long selection of shoes for everyone . The outside of the store looks super clean but the inside is a mess. There is never people on the floor to help out.

Be careful with DWS, I purchased 8 pairs online, they (DSW) CANCELED 2 pairs, I picked up 6 pairs and I returned one, I received my money back for that pair. They charged me for 5 items, 5 items that I took home, now a week later I have a charged on my credit card for $86.69 for I don't know what. DSW for South Bay. They are not honest. read more

PROBLEM WITH RETURNS: If you need to return an item do not shop here. I had shoes to return, within return policy and with receipt. I was informed that a third party decided I couldn't return ANY shoes for months. But they allowed me to continue ordering shoes. I left the store with all my shoes. Also bought a ton of their CBD lotions, I used them when I broke my foot and loved them then I took it up north to visit my parents and brother and they loved it so we're sending them some, it's expensive but a little goes a long way. Also CBD does not contain THC lol my mom was scared it would show up in her next blood test. This DSW is nicely located a few blocks from my work and is my go to spot for some affordable shoes I wear to work or day to day. The store is big, although not the biggest DSW I've been to. Much like any discounted stores, it could be a hit and miss. I've gone many times and walked out with no shoe selected and sometimes I have managed to find some gems for less than $30. So keep an eye out what you want and you may find it for practically free. read more

So I was on a mission to find a cool pair of men's Adidas shoes but either all stores I go to are dominated by Nike or the brand I'm looking for they don't hand much variety. This too was the case at DSW. Not to mention the shoes are in no way like a great bargain like you might find at say or Nordstrom's Rack or another discount retail store. The staff was really friendly and willing to be helpful and the store is clean and organized inside so that wasn't the issue. I just think that when it comes to finding a super great deal on shoes this store chain isn't going to knock your socks off and be like... wow... these shoes are too good to pass up! I mean I might of been in here just to browse but now that I found these I really have to buy then or I'll regret it. None of that feeling here with these shoes. I like to feel like I'm getting a great deal when I'm shopping somewhere or I'll keep looking... especially if I know what I'm looking for. So not a bad location but just be prepared if you're looking for variety in athletic shoes to be underwhelmed and pay mall prices for the shoes they do have. read more

Love this place. If you like good quality shoes but won't pay for the full price, this is the place to go. I get all my work/church shoes from here. Even my wedding shoes, I got from this place. I even suggested for my sister to shop here and she found what she really likes. A really close friend referred me to shop here. She's been going here for years now. Knowing my friend she likes good quality stuff. This place won't disappoint you. They have wide range of selection, from flats to formal stuff. It's not only shoes they sell. This is a nice big DSW store but unfortunately my first time visiting this location wasn't a pleasant one. I ordered a couple of pairs of shoes online and did the in-store pickup. I received my "your shoes are ready for pickup" email so I came here the next day and low and behold my order is no where to be found. They can see if in system but it's not ready and I basically had to wait around while they went to the back and out in the store to find the shoes I ordered. The whole point of ordering online was so I could get in and out quick which unfortunately didn't happen. Hopefully my next visit in store is a better one and I can re-rate my experience. read more

I love the organization and vast amount of shoes to choose from. However, I wear a size 7 (sometimes 7.5) and my size availability seems very scarce. I found a few nice pairs of shoes the last time I was there but they were only available in sizes 6/6.5 or 8-9. I know my size is common, but it's very disappointing to find shoes you like and are unable to get. The store is nicely maintained and a good way to beat the heat. The a/c makes it super cool lol. I don't know why I insist in going here. They have cute shoes but they seem overpriced compared to regular department stores. Maybe its for the convenience of having hoards of shoes in one area. And I always feel overwhelmed here with their extensive collection. The customer service is not great but every once in a while someone will shock me. The purse collection is great though! I have to admit, the shoe sales can be pretty good! read more
