We've always had a fantastic experience here and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Yes, they often do not have a ton roaming around to help (not that they don't want to, but I just feel like they're often understaffed) but if you go up to the checkout counter to ask a question or request assistance, they will help you out immediately and with a smile. The store is also a large location and inventory is great. This location is a bit out of the way for us and further than other Big 5 locations, but we always know that they are going to have anything we need. The store is also well laid out so you can easily find what you need quickly. It's never messy when we go, despite what other people say on here, and it's just an all around good shopping experience. Honestly, if they were able to staff up a bit to have a few more employees roaming the floor outside of the shoe department, I would give this location 5 stars. Maybe I've been lucky on the dozen or so times I've been here, but I see no reason to complain about this location at all.

Lexi took pictures of the shirt I was wearing since the logo and name were in the correct place, and I wanted them duplicated on the new shirt. (great move). The store itself is just a print/embroidery shop, so don't expect to buy things, but it's a great working space. Street parking is metered, so park in the back and walk around. My order was ready on time as promised. My experience was enjoyable, and both ladies provided excellent customer service. Furniture and sort are alway good. It's a hit or miss if you're looking for a pair of something as a lot of the stores tend to get one or maybe a pair if you're lucky. But besides that, they have a pretty nice selection on everything home decors. Accent chairs, accent tables, lamps, mirrors, rugs, bedding, kitchenware, and so on. A very good selections. With home furniture, I do sense that the prices have gone way up from what they used to be with items carried here. You can still get somewhat of a deal but some of the items are same prices as you would find in more of the boutique stores. Each stores will carry different items as they get certain things delivered to their locations. I was waiting in line for a good 10 minutes (the only obvious customer waiting, and the other cashier didn't even say anything to the other cashier that came over) as there was only one cashier who was assisting a customer. Then, another random lady popped up out of nowhere and decided to wait at the counter next to the cashier. Suddenly, another associate came and started to check her out instead of telling her that I was there waiting prior. Do Better So yes, if you have the time to kill, come here as they move slow and even ignore the customers who are in line and assist folks who cut line.
