I had been in the market for new shoes for some time so I was excited to check out the Topanga Adidas. However, I was so disappointedly shocked to see that the shoe section at this location is next to nothing. They are definitely more focused on lifestyle clothing and some actual athletic wear. If you're looking for footwear, this isn't the shop for you. With that said, I did find a pair that would work for me. And there was another pair that I was on the fence on. Little did I know at the time that the other pair I liked was on sale on their app/website for $40 less than in store! So if you do happen to see something you like in here, be sure to check on their website first and see if they could price match. The staff here is A+ they're so friendly and helpful. When I did end up buying that other pair on the app & they didn't fit, I returned to this store & exchanged them in store and the staff there was so willing to bring out multiple sizes to make sure they fit properly & then exchanged things with a smile and quickly. It was a great experience. I will certainly be back to this store. I will just have my expectations properly set knowing to come here for clothing, not shoes. It's something I would, honestly, love to see them change. read more

I stopped by this Adidas store inside Topanga Mall yesterday to just look at what they have. I wasn't planning on buying anything but seeing any new shoes design or clothing. When I walked inside, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him I was just browsing so he left me be. I saw some nice shoes that they had and also some nice materials for the sweat pants. The store isn't that big but they have a decent amount of stuff here. read more

Absolutely horrible exchange policy. Absolutely horrible exchange policy. My exchange has been stuck in "inspection" for over 7 days with ZERO movement. I returned the shoes directly through an Adidas store, where employees already verified they were unused and approved the return. Yet somehow Adidas still can't process a simple exchange. I've been waiting for weeks and still haven't received my replacement shoes. No updates, no accountability, no urgency. This is beyond frustrating. Exchanging anything with Adidas is a complete nightmare. If you order the wrong size, be prepared to wait forever while your money and shoes are stuck in limbo. Completely unacceptable for a brand this big. read more

Giving a good review because I got lucky finding really cute ultraboosts in March (sorry for the late review.) I actually haven't shopped in an Adidas store in years. I usually just buy Adidas at stores that carry multiple brands but I was looking for Ultra Boosts so I decided to check it out first. So glad I did! I also went online before this and they were all sold out in my size so I came here just wanting to at least check the shoes out and see what they would have in my size if possible. I was helped pretty quickly since it was slow and there wasn't anyone else in the store (until after I came in lol) So I wanted to check out a black and gold color-way that I originally was looking for online. They had the shoe there but of course, sold out of my size. I explained it was my first time with these shoes so he helped explain why they were so popular both for running and fashion. He said he probably had my size in black so I could try it out and checked the back and he did! I tried it on and already liked them! Then he said he actually had a half size bigger in the Rose color...definitely had to try it! It was perfect. I fell in love with the fit and the color immediately! I looked it up on google and saw that some people also size up in these shoes, so good for me! Bought my first pair and one of my favorites til now! I walk, run, sprint and workout in them. Wear them out. Obsessed. I do agree they don't have much in stock but Adidas is pretty hype right now so even online they don't have much. Don't know if the Santa Monica location or anywhere else would be better because it's popular no matter what. They also carry Adidas clothing but I prefer Urban Outfitters for that. read more

Worst Adidas store ever! Do not return your online order here! Returned an online order at the store, asked for receipt of return but was given a FedEx shipping label instead. Store manager claimed they have no way of providing a receipt since it's online order, and ensure me that everything is fine just use the FedEx tracking number to track return status. Sure enough, the store lost my return and FedEx never received the item. Adidas corporate refused to issue refund since the store couldn't provide a valid receipt of return. Store manager is super rude and claimed that the store is not responsible for lost packages. Will definitely file BBB complaint. read more

Went in tonight to cop my baby sister some NMDs! While they didn't have them available in her size, Danny was so, so incredibly helpful and really did what he could to make sure we left feeling assisted. Danny was polite and genuine and didn't stop at a "Oh, we don't have it. Sorry"--he's the reason why I'm leaving this Adidas a 5-star review. If you are looking for an Adidas consultant to help you out, be on the lookout for him. read more

The darn store closes so early... at 7 o'clock near Christmas!!! But I still a really cool store.

I came in here today for the first time looking for some shoes and Danny is super wonderful! He knows so much about all of the shoes , definitely an expert!!! He recommended the ultra boost shoes and they are so comfortable like walking on clouds !!! Also the employees were being very safe with corona and all had their masks on and made sure the other customers had their masks on too! 10/10 would recommend this adidas store ! Why can't you honor a 20% off code that states I can't present online or AT STORE. It does not have any restrictions or anything. We called customer service and they said they unfortunately can't do anything about it and that it was the store's job to either honor it or not. You lost a customer just because you didn't want to honor it. I would buy it online but they didn't have my size, that's why we drove down. Such a disappointment. read more

I work in retail so I know the struggle and let me tell you this store was struggling. I simply asked lady if they had the new iPhone case for the iPhone plus and she said give me one second as she was with someone . Then another sales associate approached me and asked if I needed help and i asked the same question. He told me which one and I pointed out to the case. He then checked online and showed me and was like give me one second. So I've been waiting in the store for five minutes and I just watch him ask everyone in the store if they need help with sizes yadiyadiyah! So I just go on my phone and check and there was none but it's like you have the damn iPad on your hand and you should probably know your inventory. Horrible! If I were able to give "zero" stars I would. The staff was just standing around, talking to each other, completely disregarding the very few customers they had. When I asked for help, they l left me waiting, I asked for an item they said that they did not have it in stock. My husband asked If they could order the items online for us and they said we had to order them ourselves, completely contradicting the sign at the entrance that says "We can order it for you"!!!???!!! Additionally, I asked for some pants and jacket in a specific size and he said they didn't have them and when I went to return the items my daughter had already, I found them towards the back of the rack?!?! Overall a really terrible experience in light of the fact that it was my daughter's birthday and we wanted her to enjoy herself while shopping. This place is a joke, purchased a pair of expensive shoes online and it did not fit called the company in the morning and was on the photography 1 hour and was told if you wanted to return it they would email me a return authorization or if I want I can return to the store no questions asked. So I decided to go to the store. This punk that worked there told me if I have a return authorization I can't return the shoes unless I call Adidas I was so upset at him that I asked for the manager that threat to call security. Beware of purchasing anything from this store The manager and the employee both Had a smirk on their face, what pathetic losers low class establishment.
