My wife and I stopped by this store while we were inside Topanga Village. She wanted to see what kind of shirts and pants they have here. When we walked inside, a worker greeted us and told us about their deals. He also explain to us how the membership work and why it's good to join. Another customer walked inside when we were there and wanted to do an exchange. The same worker helped her with trying to find the color and size she wanted. Add this to the list of places to get gifts for the active men in your life. My dad is a fan of their shorts and has multiple pairs. It's nice seeing a place that sells athleisure for men because the men in my life also need to know about the joy of wearing something both comfortable and functional. Fabletics has workout clothing in unique patterns and styles sometimes, and I've enjoyed some of their previous collabs. I will say that the membership model, while locks you in at a good price, can be cumbersome in that you have to remember to cancel or skip on months you don't want clothes. Come with low expectations and with heavy discounts on the menu because that's the parameters I have for recommending in person shopping here. The customer service is friendly and the best of times but often more a "do you need help?" and a could care less attitude. This stores' design caters more towards the women's line which makes sense but I still wish there were more display options for the men's wear outside of 4 mannequins for pants. The fitting room acts as half fitting room and half storage with a small opening that can get crowded on semi busy days. Overall I recommend you to consider the deals for VIP online and get your sizing in store unless there is a larger than 50% discount or more sale store wide. With 60% off the clothing options are on my radar but even at that price you can tell the quality does not come close to the other well known athleisure brands out there so ymmv. read more

This was among the worst if not the worst customer service experience I've ever had. As a result of this terrible experience, I promptly canceled my membership and will never return. The situation is long winded and honestly a bit confusing, but I'll give you the gist: I went into the shop to exchange a pair of leggings. Not only were the tags still attached but I had a receipt showing is purchased them two days earlier. When I attempted the exchange, the employee told me they rang up as being already returned by someone else. Impossible, I told her, and showed her the receipt. She became suspicious, acting as if I'd stolen them. I implored her to check the surveillance footage even though she'd seen me walk in with them. I also showed her the transaction in my bank account. She refused to believe I'd purchased these pants and wouldn't allow me to exchange them for a cheaper pair. She said I could but that I'd have to pay more, even though the new pair cost $20 less. She ultimately told me that if I was being truthful, someone must've rung them up wrong. Not my fault, I said, but she didn't care. When I noted that the store manager had helped me the last time I was in, the woman without hesitating said "she didn't work on Tuesday." Like she knows everyone's schedule by heart... What an absolutely appalling experience. Do not ever shop here. I guarantee any amount of time spent on the phone with customer service will beat interacting with this sour human being or the staff's apparent lack of training. read more

I have had the worst experience with Fabletics. I have 4 orders that I am still " waiting to receive" 2 from June of 22 and one from July of 21. Big order, one is over $400. They won't credit me back because they are still "pending delivery" and every time I can about tracking or order updates my account is undergoing maintenance and they can't access it so I need to call back in a few days! I can't cancel my account because I used "member credits" for the orders so I have to be active for the credit to be active. Whatever that means! It is so frustrating! read more

I just left the store, and let me just say : I don't understand why they have such low reviews. Personally, I love their clothes. They're the most comfortable clothes/workout clothes I've ever owned. More importantly, I have been in a handful of times, and all their employees have been beyond helpful. Not only that, they are incredibly patient, and kind. For example, I was in today because there was a mishap with my online order and Minnie (I hope I spelled that right?) went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Having worked retail, I know my issue wasn't the easiest but she understood exactly what was going on and was super patient, gracious, and kind to me, and handled everything like BOSS! Be helpful, when you see a person without a smile, give them yours... If anybody is ever ordered online with this company it's super confusing. Especially as a new member, they offer a great deal. Somehow everything is like 70% off and your bill will start as 1000 or $1200 and go down to a few hundred dollars. I'm not quite sure how it happened but all I know is I got 20 something items for about $250. Unfortunately, even though a lot of the products are good material some of them didn't fit me. Not everything fits the same and they have a lot of different styles and materials to choose from. Thankfully I called the store and I asked them if could I come in and do an exchange and they said no problem, this was a relief since I didn't have to go through the hassle of returning the items back to the company. When I came into the store there was confusion because there are no prices on each item, well there are prices on the tags but they're not the real price. So it took the girl a long time to look up my order and figure out what each item was worth. However, even during this frustrating process she was very nice and helpful and she gave me a lot of the items I picked out in the store at a good discounted price which equaled the same deals I paid on the website. This is a very confusing process however she made it a lot easier and I was satisfied when I left. However, another employee could've made this very hard. Unfortunately, I think this process is probably rougher on the employees not necessarily the customer so I'm really glad she was able to let me leave with a bunch of items for super cheap which is what I got on the website. I do believe Fabletics needs to figure out how to improve this process with the VIP membership. Because the rules do not apply the same as in the store or online. It was hell to cancel this subscription based $59.99 VIP monthly service. I went in for a guest purchase two months agon. The store clerk never even pitched a membership. I called immediately once I saw a bogus charge on my card, which was refunded but then had to call again today because they tried again a month later. Both times I called to cancel, I received the hardest sales pitch with their representative ignoring the purpose if my call and the outcome I was seeking through my customer service call entirely. The pitch was that I could skip a month. I didn't want to skip a damn thing. I didn't want a membership back then, now, or in the future. I repeated firmly to cancel the membership per my initial request. It took 4 tries of him -Mike trying to force a membership on me. Very unprofessional, no customer service skills or etiquette. I've had the same bad experiences that it appears others have had. I tried to do a first order in the spring, and they shipped out the wrong size. When I called to get that corrected, the item I wanted was completely out of stock. I decided months later to give them another try, and this time, apparently somehow *both* items I had in my shopping cart went out of stock while I was checking out. Ultimately, it isn't worth taking the time to try to shop on their site, because you won't ultimately get it in the end. read more

I spoke to Fabletics about a refund of my membership. I was told that I could get a refund of membership credit via card for January 2023, but my two previous credits would have to be sent via check, due to them being used in a previous purchase. (I sent the clothes back) FOUR TO SIX WEEKS was how long this would take. I was transferred to multiple people and no one had the authority to refund my credit card. Very disappointed with the service given by the floor manager, Ivan, and his team. I will never purchase from Fabletics again. Plenty of other companies out there with more realistic refund programs. All other pieces that I have from Fabletics are not comfortable as this one. But on my first day of use it ripped it off on my butt, yes, on my ass. I was really disappointed because I loved the set. Worried about not having the complete set anymore than I called and the employee promised to send the shipping label, so I could return the Ripped Legging and than they could replace it. It's been 3 weeks and a half and didn't get the shipping label on my mail. Since I don't have a printer I was waiting to this to be resolved as was promised to me. If I bought it the set, I want to use all pieces. Hope someone gives me an answers because you have to have time to call there, since it takes forever. I canceled my membership after this last purchase. I have I these reason for the cancellation: - It's transparent on your butt, - Pieces wasn't comfortable enough for me, - Every first day of the month when I went to the website to choose my outfit it was already sold out, and it shows sold out just after you chose the pieces. - Terrible way to do costumer services. Has anyone had the issue with trying to order with them and your order keeps getting cancelled due to billing issues? Cause man, I have given them chance after chance to process my order and it not be cancelled. It seems after every attempt they cancel my order. My first attempt I was like "okay MAYBE I made the mistake with my billing address, I'll try again". NOPE. They did it to me 3 times after that. My billing address and shipping address are the exact same so I am not sure what the issue is. I have even reached out to my credit card company and they said they don't see issues like this normally, so it is like what the heck is going on. Their product is good, but not worth the constant phone calls and hopes that the items that were in your previous order are still available. Today was my last attempt at getting these issues resolved and again left in disappointment. Sad to say, I really wanted these items but was unable to get them and I'm done trying. DO NOT sign up for, or even buy from fable tics unless you want to not only be SCAMMED, but STOLEN from! About 2 years ago (2017) I bought a few items. It automatically signed me up to be a VIP. I called and requested to be taken off their VIP. They assured me they did, but two months later their $50 fee came out of my account. I called again to ask to be removed, they assured me, and I repeated this process about THREE MORE TIMES. After the last, I assumed all was well, and I would't have to deal with it again. Fast forward to June of this year (2019) and I get an email saying my "VIP credit" got turned into a $50 gift card. Livid, I called and said I wanted a check refund, but that the address they had on file was no longer current. They assured me a check refund of **$150*** would be sent to me VIA USPS in 6 weeks. NOT ONLY DID THEY TRY TO SCAM ME OUT $100, it gets SO MUCH WORSE. 6 weeks go by and my refund is no where to be found. I call and they "sent" it to the same damn address I told them not to send it to (I had a very bad living situation and the people there would have kept it). They then said that it was still in transit, BUT THAT I COULD NOT GET THE TRACKING NUMBER. They wouldn't give me a tracking number to track my own money. So after 3 additional weeks harassing USPS to keep an eye out for this check, they informed me it probably hadn't even been shipped. I called Fabletics customer care and they told me that it goes through Fedex. Fedex and USPS told me no such check had been sent, and that it is required for mail to have a tracking number. I called SIX DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE "SUPERVISORS" who EACH told me that they need to request a tracking number from their "back office" and assured me they would call me in 24 hours. This repeated over the course of 3 weeks. At this point, it had been FOUR MONTHS of them SCAMMING AND LYING TO ME. Last week, I called and DEMANDED I just get a $150 gift card, because they had STOLEN money out of my bank without notifying me of it. They refused, and it was the same story that they had to ask their back office, and in 24-48 hours they would call me. I THEN had to resort to one of my old friends who works the retail stores to submit a ticket to have my case looked over, but who the hell knows if that will even happen. FABLETICS IS FULL OF SCAMMING, LYING, THIEVES. AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY STOLE FROM ME AND REFUSE TO EVEN GIVE ME ANY PRODUCT IN RETURN. It is a horrible company that should be removed altogether. Even though it's a low amount of money, I hold no tolerance for scammers. Whoever runs corporate customer service, shame on you. read more

Edit: Customer service contacted me and we reached a resolution that I'm happy with. I appreciate that they reached out to me and agreed to refund me for one of the orders that I placed recently. Might have to reinstate my VIP memebership :) I've been a fabletics VIP member for a very long time. I placed two orders the week before Thanksgiving (well one on the 18th and one on the 24th). I saw that both of my orders are considerable cheaper because of the black Friday sale. I haven't even received my second order but they will not credit me the difference in price. I asked to speak to a manager who told me to return the items and buy them again. Really poor customer service and zero gratitude for the many years of being a loyal customer. It's my first time to walk in at a Fabletics store. The space was neat and bright. But the one thing that stood out during my visit was that Joshua greeted me and asked if I need anything. He was patient with me and listened attentively to my needs. He was calm, professional and very courteous. I wish everyone who works in retail will be like him. Well, I'll start this off by saying the majority of the reviews for this store in particular have NOTHING to do with the actual store. I've been a VIP member for six years. For starters- when you join the VIP membership, it LITERALLY TELLS YOU THAT YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO SKIP THE MONTH OR BE CHARGED $49.95. It says it all over the store, as well as on the device when you are signing up. It says it at least six times when you join online. If you can't read that, go back to elementary school and learn how to read. OR try not putting your credit card into a web browser without reading first, or giving your kid your credit card without first reading the obligations. Yeah, parenting- WOO. That being said, you can literally contact member services via chat and cancel whenever you want to. Yes; they will absolutely try to retain you with save attempts. You can decline these. The girls at this store are literally amazing. If you had a bad experience, maybe try taking your self entitled cr@p elsewhere. It's retail, and nobody in this store is paid enough to deal with it, nor is the "customer always right". Gtfo of here with that. Each month's collection only has a LIMITED AMOUNT OF PRODUCT. If it came out three months ago and it was popular, you're right. Your size is probably sold out. No, they won't be making more of it- UNLESS it is a core item. If the incorrect size was shipped, accidents happen. The girls in the store didn't do it, nor did the people on the member services voice or chat. Stop screaming at them for something a machine did. I'm sorry you didn't get your product, it happens. No, there is no straight exchange in this store. You will have to return it either for a refund to your card, or store credit and buy it back. This was the system that was created. They have no control over a system they did not create. If you don't like the membership, you can shop at retail prices or wait for a sale. They have them literally all the time. Also, stop going into the store to try on leggings after you go to the gym, when you're on your period, or you aren't wearing underwear. They're also not paid enough for that, nor do they like damaging out leggings because you lack tact. And one more thing- if you use PayPal to purchase online- the device is unable to do the return- they have to do it on the back end. I'm sure they're working on a fix for that, but a manager is required to use their code to return items on the back end. /end rant read more

Tariffs??? Did you know that the Fabletics stores charges a tariff that is separate from the pricing?? No, neither did I. The employees don't mention the tariff and always want to send your receipt via email. This is a very deceptive business practice. Wish I could put zero stars. This site scams you into joining their VIP membership by doubling the price of their items and then offering a 50% discount when you register for a membership. They then charge you £50 a month in store credit which you can only spend in their store. There is an option to skip this and not be charged, when I asked customer service they told me they sent me an email informing me of this, but since they send a minimum of 2 emails to you per day about their sales etc. Its easy to miss. Customer service hung up on me when I asked for a refund, and were also condescending and rude. read more

Where do I begin....... I was a VIP member and had been for probably over a year. I ordered two outifts and paid extra for early delivery. Two days after the "supposed" no outfit. So I got on the chat. The attendant gave me some BS line about the shipping time window. When I stated that it said I would have my outfits on Saturday so that wasn't going to be a viable answer. I swear this guy was reading from a script because he just kept repeating himself... So finally I said I'm done having this conversation with you since he was offering zero resolution. An hour later I got an email stating my membership had been canceled. So not only did I not receive my outfits on time I've also lost all of my points. I had over 1200. I then had to chat another customer service rep who also seemed less than thrilled to help me. I swear they must train these folks to do the bare minimum. After doing research she claimed that I only had around 450 points which is BS!! I had more. ( A QUICK GOOGLE SEARCH WILL STATE THEY EXPIRE) They don't really advertise or notify that. That's also complete BS. The agent said that she would give me 50% off one item and refund my 450 points but I would have to re-sign up/ Again complete BS. When I asked why my membership was canceled she said I don't know. Again another BS answer and excuse.
