They never answer the phone and if by chance you get them to answer, they will refuse to give you a price or do a stock check on sizes, just to get you to come into the store. Save yourself the headache and don't come here. So the fitting rooms were closed and I needed work pants. We can not try them on so I asked about the return policy which I was told by an employee that I could return the item 7 days after with the tags on. I went home, tried the pants on and they didn't fit. I went back to return them completely and all of a sudden the manager tells me that I can only do store credit. T mart is the place i run too when i need a quick inexpensive outfit or accessory. It is located next to the 99 cent store which means that parking will always be a hassle. 99 cent store customers tend to park on T marts parking spots. The clothes here is not brand name but you can find cute outfits and dresses at times. Summertime is my favorite here. They carry cute dresses and rompers. Guys clothing has a much bigger selection currently. They also sell scrubs for ya'll in the medical field. The staff here are so nice and very outgoing and friendly and they know everything and always make sure they have what I need and they ask me questions and if they do not have it they order ti for me ASAP. I went inside today to buy some scrubs and had the worse experience. Upon arrival there is a sign posted on the door that says cash only. I had $100 cash so I was done. What happened when I got to register was a big inconvenience. I was told by the owner/manager of store that they couldn't ring me up because machines were down. I explained to her I have work and can pay cash . My total was like $60. I offered to give her $100 and come back later for my change. I had to get to work in 25 minutes and was shocked they wouldn't ring me up or even take the $100 and let me get the scrubs and come back for my change. The lady was rude and told me NO. Flat out. So now I'm ready to leave and they won't unlock the door. They lock me inside with this guy who was trying to purchase a belt who they called the police on. They asked me to be patient and calm as if I didn't have to get to my own business and go to work. I really hated my experience and would NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE ! read more

Tmart always comes in clutch! They carry everything from backpacks and work clothes to a cheap outfit for a night out. I try to get my clothes from swap meets in downtown for a little cheaper but with the whole covid thing, I've become a regular here and they've managed to stay on top of it having everything i need! They do well to keep up with trends to keep the girlfriend happy and have all the basics for a clean fit for me. They even have plenty of masks and sanitizer for cheap when it was impossible to find those without paying an arm and leg! Just beware that they don't offer money refunds and will only give you an exchange or store credit and it doesn't seem like they are doing any exchanges right now with covid going around so be sure you have the right size before you buy! read more

It was so bad that my wife was offended and had to ask for the owners contact, in which we were told she couldn't give that out. Used to be great, but idk wth has happened to this place. I would be very cautious using a ceedit card here too. I got a new card, made a first purchase here, and somehow soon after someone was making fraudulent charges on my card, and I had to cancel it. This was the only place I used it, so I can only assume they had a skimmer, so be cautious. Also, some of the rudest employees and managers you'll ever encounter. Very unwelcoming and bad attitudes. They don't allow any more fitting rooms, which is extremely inconvenient. They also change their return policy to whatever they find best suited for them. One person will tell you all sales final no exchanges, and another will tell you store credit only. On top of that, even if you bring everything with tags still on and still new/inwashed, they'll sometimes deny you saying it's worn. What?!?! This store has several name brands perfect for the labor force. I purchase dickie pants here for work and their sweat wicking polo shirts are perfect for the summer. They have great prices and am fully aware their return policy may not be that of a department store but I shop here knowing exactly what I want and am familiar with the quality of their brands. I've purchased Levi's, dickies, canvas belts and polo shirts here and will continue especially at these price points. I have found Levi's cheaper at Macy's and kohl's but as a savvy consumer I shop around and can say this place is great for certain items. They have a good selction of accessories, including hair items, earings, rings, belts, scarfs, etc. It has a private lot in the back of the store. The store is usually clean, and organized by color. The workers seems nice, although some kinda ignore the fact that you are there asking for the fitting room to be open by them.
