We got our daughter ears pierced at another Claire location so we wanted to see the earring options when we want to change them. There was only one lady working when we came to the store. We were the only guest inside and she let us browse in peace. They kept the earring display near the checkout counter. We saw the one we got our daughter on there and now have an idea which one we want when we plan to change it out.

I…read moregot my second piercing and honestly the piercer was fine; she went higher as per my request with the piercing, gave me great insight on which earrings would look best, etc etc. However, a big red flag was when she opened the drawer to start and pulled out a whole plastic bag full of piercing guns. These did not look new and they were all different colors and brands idk it wasn't to be trusted. From my understanding, piercing guns are supposed to be single use as they are difficult to sterilize but I think I just trusted that it would be fine. As a result.... my ears are in so much pain with both sides are completely infected (yes I used the solution very very thoroughly twice a day). Unfortunately, I also chose a smaller size earring and the skin surrounding it has become so swollen and full of puss that it is kinda swallowing the earring so essentially it feels like the earring is completely flat or like apart of my ear. I don't even care abt whats going on but it hurts so bad and is preventing me from sleeping well. I think I paid around $80 for the entire service, cost of earrings, and the solution. I definitely would do your research and find another alternative-- preferably with an actual needle since it's supposed to have a better healing process or something idk. I'm not mad. Just disappointed.

I was literally kneeling down and digging through racks of pants without any employee offering to assist me in locating jeans or finding my size. This is why I avoid in person shopping as why would I give the employee sales credit for her sitting on her phone the entire time I'm finding my own clothes? I will not be returning to this location, the location on Ventura in Studio City has much better trained staff and people able to provide basic customer service skills. Edited to add: It was Breanna T that ignored me and was on her phone the entire time I was in the store.

Why would you refund to a card when the customer literally says they want to exchange it? Two employees. No listening. No common sense. Just a complete waste of my time. Do better.

We had first visited a nearby high-end jewelry store but were not impressed with their selection, so we decided to stop into Tiffany's. It was our first time there, and we were warmly greeted by the security guard upon arrival. Our sales associate, Noush, introduced herself and took the time to listen carefully to what we were looking for. She guided us to a beautiful selection of rings. We were immediately drawn to the Tiffany Knot ring because of its unique design and variety of finishes. Throughout our visit, the staff was attentive and even offered us water. Noush was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She gave us the space to make our decision at our own pace. We told her we wanted to think it over and would return after lunch. She encouraged us to take our time so we'd feel confident in our choice. When we came back, we were again warmly greeted, and Noush escorted us to a private showroom. She offered us champagne and chocolates, which were brought in by another staff member. After confirming our selection, Noush carefully reviewed sizing and let us know the ring would need to be ordered and sized, which would take a few weeks. To our surprise, it arrived in just 11 days. We returned the following day to pick it up and were once again warmly welcomed and taken to the showroom, complete with champagne and chocolates. Noush presented the ring, and it was even more beautiful than we expected. Overall, we highly recommend Tiffany & Co., especially Noush. Every member of the staff--from the security guard to the sales associates--was professional and welcoming. We truly enjoyed the entire experience and look forward to returning for future jewelry purchases.

However, I was so disappointedly shocked to see that the shoe section at this location is next to nothing. They are definitely more focused on lifestyle clothing and some actual athletic wear. If you're looking for footwear, this isn't the shop for you. With that said, I did find a pair that would work for me. And there was another pair that I was on the fence on. Little did I know at the time that the other pair I liked was on sale on their app/website for $40 less than in store! So if you do happen to see something you like in here, be sure to check on their website first and see if they could price match. The staff here is A+ they're so friendly and helpful. When I did end up buying that other pair on the app & they didn't fit, I returned to this store & exchanged them in store and the staff there was so willing to bring out multiple sizes to make sure they fit properly & then exchanged things with a smile and quickly. It was a great experience. I will certainly be back to this store. I will just have my expectations properly set knowing to come here for clothing, not shoes. It's something I would, honestly, love to see them change.

A bit disappointed as I've been to this store many times and never experienced the discrimination…read morethat I had today. Noticed the manager took a special interest in us to slowly walk past and stop to 'organize' items next to us. Saying "hello" after the fact but then proceed to walk past again. Still looking around for items, another worker decided to get extremely close while 'putting clothes back.' She did not speak but i thought what coincidence that you're coming right next to us when I just seen you two aisles away aways working. Lastly we get to the register and another cashier decides to stand behind us as we are getting our things rang up. I noticed this energy wasn't provided for the women right before us who also had a lot of items, even spent the same amount, maybe more. Nor was this energy being given to the people who were after us who also had a lot of items. I used to work retail and understand there's procedures on how you have to be on the look out for theft but when there's other individuals who are lighter complexion with the same items, doing the same things that I have and that I'm doing and they aren't being met with the same energy, that gives off a different impression. Definitely shows there's a biased from the workers mind you the area the store is in is predominantly black and brown... Please note again this is not my first time coming here and I've always enjoyed the store and its products but today was a different experience that wasn't so pleasant.

This new location is a lot smaller than some of the others but that was not my issue. My problem with this location was the lack of staff, cleanliness, and difficulty to find prices on certain items. Most of the shoes I tried on did not have a price (see picture) and it was hard to walk through some aisles as things were on the floor in the way. I wanted to buy some water bottles for my son, but as you can see from the picture it was already black and dirty on the outside. They had a decent amount of items in their travel section and you can get some pretty good deals on suit cases as well as perfumes and other items. I was able to leave with some new baby pacifier and some kitchen cups. I will try going back in a few months to update my review after it's been open a bit longer and hopefully worked out some of the kinks.
