But the condition was already shown in the photos, and cutting the offer another 20% after getting me into the store felt like a waste of my time. If $160 was realistically their range, I would have appreciated knowing that before making the trip. Just sharing my experience so other people selling shoes know that the price discussed through messages may change significantly once you arrive.

We're a British-based company, so we size you down. Those won't be as comfortable in the long run. Can I show you a pair for you to try on?" So, I did. I tried on his recommended boots and they fit like a glove. He ran me through the history of the company, the leather they use, different types of shoes, and how to style them! I was floored by his confidence and knowledge. Because of his work ethic and helpful advice, I had no problem paying retail price for these boots and returning my discounted boots at Journey's. My son was like whatever I'll take the white and orange. We got in the car and went to go run an errand and decided to look online. Were able to find a pair that was a darker color for half the price online. Went back to return the white ones after our errand there's a different guy there. He's like umm did you wear these in a rude way. Needless to say I'll be going elsewhere for our soccer merch. Also there's only metered parking out front which is annoying. He was a delight; personable, knowledgeable and helpful. He knew his products and took the time to explain the models and options. He also made sure to remeasure my wife's feet because they can change over time. We narrowed it down to two models, which my wife tried and Shane could instantly see that one model was probably not ideal. We bought the other pair and my wife is exceptionally happy. I needed a shoe that would give me support and comfort as I go and exercise often, and also for regular walking purposes. Long story short, I walked in yesterday afternoon and got a very nice welcome from 2 of their employees, one of them being Alex. He wanted to know what it was that I needed help with and also what type of shoe I was looking for. I didn't really know it either, so he went over the break down of their variety of shoes and prices. He was very kind, helpful and super knowledgeable. He suggested to get something that would elevate my foot and get the proper leverage and support that my feet need. With that being said, I tried 3 different shoes. Nothing really fit right and they were not as comfortable as I thought they would be. Not to mention that their prices are outrageous!! They run between $1,800 & up.. I understand given the fact that those are not regular shoes. They are more orthopedic shoes for comfort. However, I don't have that kind of money to splurge. Store was clean and very well organized by the styles, colors and brands of their collection items. Walked out a little disappointed and hopefully I will find a store & shoe that fits right on my feet with the right budget. They do have financing options and don't give you refunds, exchanges or returns. Thank you Alex, Good Feet and if you go down on your prices, I may or may not return. They just have cheaper alternatives if you don't want to spend for the real thing. The Jordans are real. The Nikes are real. They have legit stuff. You can get shoes for the whole family from babies, kids, boys, girls, men, women, grandmas to grandpas. They have work shoes, tennis shoes, heels, boots, and they have menswear from tshirts, hoodies, jeans, New Era fitted caps, and beanies. They have the best prices in town. It's a small business so sometimes they don't have every size available, but if they have it, it will be at the most affordable price you can find. Support your local businesses.

I felt like they thought I was going to try to steal. Super uncomfortable, awkward experience. After I made my PURCHASE, the same workers standing over me asking me questions the whole time didn't even say "bye". Just looked me up and down. They were happy to get me out of the store. I wish I spoke up when I was I was in the store, but I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. I will not be returning.
