They had mentioned that the store on Sepulveda Blvd had them in. It was a 10 minute drive so decided to take my chances and check the drop out. While parking, I saw a line of about 10 people in front, so decided to get in line. While in line I can hear these guys talking out loud saying that they're just going for the biggest size. This is a highly sought after sneaker so didn't think the store representatives would just let someone ask for the biggest size. Boy was I wrong. I get it, the shops just want to sell the shoes and make their money, but each shop should have some rules for shoes that are highly sought after. Like not let people just ask for the biggest size. Have them write down or ask for 2-3 sizes, if they don't have the sizes, then they can move to the side and wait until the whole line is done before letting them just grab whatever pair they want. Also the guy in front of me got my size so I got super salty because he was one of the guys saying he's just asking for the biggest size. One of the representatives had stated that they had just sold the last pair of my size, so that really annoyed the crap out of me. These retail shops know what shoes are really sought after and which ones will probably sit for a while. I did like that they only allowed each customer one pair to purchase, either one men's or one GS pair. Not sure if someone can get in line once they make their first purchase but heck at least they had that rule. Unlike other shops that let people grab two to three pairs all at once. People will always show up and buy these type of sought after sneakers. I surely hope they read this review and make some changes for certain sneaker drops.

I placed an online order, after reviewing my order summary I noticed I ordered the wrong size. I immediately contacted the store. Mike one of the store's owners, provided excellent customer service by not just fixing my error but taking the time to talk to me about his store's collection. When I mentioned my goal of shopping small, he also shared that his store is involved in community service. However they make sure they are custom fitted to your feet. I was measured by some high tech machine. The sales person, in view of my age, held my hand to keep me upright. I tried a less expensive shoe but it was difficult to put on. I then tried a rather expensive one which ultimately fit like a glove. I wanted something which fit right regardless of cost and thus went with the more expensive pair. The shoes fit as if custom made for my feet. The sales lady was very patient with an old man like me.

I knew fleet feet had a great supply and the ability to measure mama's sore feet. So, mama is a five time cancer survivor and warrior. Unfortunately she had a large mass on her toe which prevented her from being able to walk without a boot, which after months leads to body pain throughout. Her poor foot and ankle always hurt, and swelled up real bad. She had pain throughout her body from the imbalance and reliance on crutches. I didn't think we could find a pair of hokas that would fit, and even better actually heal her feet. Then we came in and met Dan, the kindest most knowledgeable specialist we could have hoped for. He was patient and supportive at every step, through mama's laser measurements- which are amazing and they email them to you if requested. Then he began the work, we tried 4 great recommendations but alas none fit, all too tight around the ankle. But Dan wasn't done, he looked at the measurements and put in an order for a men's size in extra wide trusting it would fit- and if they didn't we could exchange within 30days. Four days later, my mom put on her first pair of shoes that fit in over a year. Im in tears of thanksgiving. To see her walking in a new pair of hokas, with proper balance and arch support. She's so excited and we are forever grateful. Also, they didn't try to sell me the most expensive pair, they had an awesome shoe that was less than what I expected!
