He made them look brand new. He repaired the leather on the heels, replaced the heel tips, and even restored the red soles perfectly. As for the Harley-Davidson boots, the sole was coming off, and he glued it back on flawlessly and cleaned them up so they look amazing again. I highly recommend these guys to anyone--especially if you need designer repairs. They seriously do great work:)

The associate who finally helped me took a long time to bring the shoes, didn't open the boxes, didn't check back, and showed zero effort or professionalism. I ended up leaving everything on the bench and walking out, and once again--no acknowledgment at all. This isn't a one-time issue, this is a pattern. The lack of basic customer service, poor attitude, and overall unwelcoming environment is unacceptable, especially in a retail setting. I will not be returning to this location.
