Lyric is one of the managers at this location and will go above and beyond to help you find what you need. The positive energy that Lyric always has finds its way to the rest of the staff and so all the employees at this location are helpful. Most recently I had the pleasure of interacting with Nia. She was helping me find some sweats for my son while also helping another customer with a pair of shoes. She did not miss a beat and has the same enthusiasm about her customer service as Lyric. I really love this store., the employees make shopping in here fun. The prices are also reasonable and my son finds that the selection is pretty good. You go there to make a purchase with your own money, not to beg them for service only to have them come over with attitude; if they don't like their job, they should just quit!
