I called and spoke to Angie on Monday, 12/22/25, and needed a shirt embroidered for a Christmas present by Wednesday. I took the shirt in and talked to Lexi since Angie wasn't in the office. She said they could have it done by Tuesday, the next day. Lexi took pictures of the shirt I was wearing since the logo and name were in the correct place, and I wanted them duplicated on the new shirt. (great move). The store itself is just a print/embroidery shop, so don't expect to buy things, but it's a great working space. Street parking is metered, so park in the back and walk around. My order was ready on time as promised. My experience was enjoyable, and both ladies provided excellent customer service. The prices are very reasonable, and they are located in the valley, rather than having to drive to Los Angeles to get it done. Thank you both Angie and Lexi Happy New Year! read more

This place is the best! Fast, kind, knowledgeable - I can't praise them enough. We'll be back for more soon!

Best place ever for embroidery!! Shop owner is so friendly. I have done over 10 plus orders and never disappoint.

They were FANTASTIC especially Angie, she helped me with my customized hats. She was patient and the TURNAROUND was fast. In addition, they are reasonable on price. read more

They are the best in the industry, very kind and helpful and professional.

I needed last minute names out on our team's Little League jerseys. Offside Sports got it done quickly (next day). They looked great! And all 3 people I dealt with/spoke to were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using them again! read more

Offside sports had been servicing out teams' apparel needs for over 25 years. They are fast and have very reasonable prices.

This review is based solely on embroidery services. I've taken all my embroidery projects here for the past few years. Angie is wonderful to work with. She takes the time to help you find the right fonts and sizes even going the extra mile to text me pictures to ensure my happiness. Prices are competitive and there is a large selection of thread colors to choose from. And more importantly they are super fast which is what I need. read more

I've been using this company to embroider my company shirts for several years. The work is pretty good and get's done when they say it will. They are a bit on the expensive side though. We started a new company and needed to have our shirts screen printed. I went in a talked with an older man (maybe the owner) he said "no problem" we can do this for you, I asked for a quote and a sample, he said he would email it to me. I waited days and then reached out to him via email. They never responded. I called on the phone and spoke with him, told him that I emailed him (he could care less) and he said he would get me a quote - NEVER DID AGAIN! I GUESS THEY ARE JUST TOO BUSY TO TAKE ON ANYMORE WORK - SAD THAT I AM A REPEAT CLIENT AND THEY COULD CARE LESS. I will take ALL my work elsewhere. read more

My family has been coming to Rolland for 20 years- they did my sports jersey's as a kid, my high school t-shirts, embroidery for Christmas presents, and now personalized masks for our wedding! Everything has always been done quickly and correctly!! Great color choices and options. The store looks messy, but they are BUSY! That's the sign of a great business!!!!!!!!! read more

I have looked at several locations to get reversible basketball jerseys printed on and let me tell you that this place had the best prices for my budget. I went in with everything ready (design, mock-up, and sizes of the logo and numbers). Angie assisted me by taking my order. She was very friendly and professional. I gave them two weeks to complete my order, and I got it a lot sooner than I had expected. The jerseys look great, and the basketball players and I are pleased with the service. Thank you. read more

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. I hope the readers take my review seriously and never frequent this establishment. I normally do not take customer service that seriously and never let it sway my opinion enough to write a bad review, however my experience here was so horrible. On my first visit, there was nobody in the store to hardly even greet me. I had to find an older man, who I now know as the owner, tucked away in a corner who could hardly bother lifting up his head to help me. Later, I hear him making a comment that next time I should bring my mother in with me. Uh, excuse me? Yeah I look young but does that give you any right to make comments like that? He made several comments about me needing adult supervision. I'm 26. It was uncalled for but I didn't comment. Today on my visit, I had an extremely important phone call that I picked up while I was being helped. Apparently ROLAND, the owner, felt like it was his duty to teach me a lesson that picking up the phone is rude, so he continued to stand in front of me and mock me during my entire phone call and talk about me as if I wasn't right in front of him. when I got off he walked away and continued to talk loudly to himself in a different room about how rude I was. Although I understand that it is rude, it was an extremely important phone call, and I don't think it's necessary to be mocked in front of my face and that it was appropriate of RONALD to show so much disrespect to a paying customer. Especially after he had made comments about me the first visit. It was extremely insulting. You don't try and teach someone a lesson on being RUDE by mocking them and speaking badly about them in front of their face as if they're not there. I hope nobody has to work with him ever again. DO!!!! NOT!!!!! COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This place is great!!! I've driven by it probably a 1000 times, one of my buddies referred me and I finally went in to ask and see if they could do some silk screening for me. Prices are great, work is awesome, and staff is super friendly and helpful. So if your looking for some good silkscreen and embroidery check out offside in Tarzana. read more

The service is great! They have access to many vendors and are very flexible with making samples before a large run. I have gotten corporate shirts & jackets done here for many clients over the last year and have been very satisfied. I have also sent my husbands tennis team here for tournament shirts, etc. They are quick & priced very competitive. Thanks Angie!!! read more

I gave them my order on Thursday. They said they could have it by the end of the day. I told them I needed it for Saturday. When I returned Saturday late afternoon they didn't even start. When I went in there to pick my prepaid order up there was one guy watching TV in one room and about 6 others in a variety of rooms doing nothing. read more

Great service and good prices. We have been very happy with screen prints and embroidery every time.

Great prices for low run, 1-2 color silk screening prints. Honestly, probably the best prices I've seen. It's a little shop but they do good work! read more

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. This place is a joke for screen printing work. They botched a 1-color screen printing job on 72 shirts and wouldn't make good on any of them. A 1-color job is basic screen-printing 101, Folks. The print on the shirts cracked after 1 washing and then would wear down and fall off. It's utterly unacceptable. When I brought the shirts in to show them, they wouldn't even listen to me, let alone offer any kind of remediation or solution. I'm out all the money, and I'm stuck with a bunch of useless shirts that I have to give away (with a disclaimer that the design will crack up and fall off). Don't go here unless you want to throw away your time, money, and energy. BE WARNED! read more

I have been getting uniforms here for as long as I can remember. I have used the silkscreen and embroidery and found them both a great deal for the price. Remember, you get what you pay for! If you wanted a cheap shirt with silkscreen, you get what your order. When ordering uniforms, I do not get cheap. When ordering costumes or week-end T-Shirt, I order cheap!! read more

Roman and Angie are very helpful and always get embroidered items done super fast. I continue to take numerous projects to them.

Love Roland, does great quality work and always has. As far as the last review, not sure what they are talking about, because I have done loads of orders with Roland and he always made good on them. I guess u cannot please everyone, but as long as you please most u r good. read more

I have been using Offside Sports for MANY MANY years for both sports teams (adult softball league) and for my office embroidery. They are nice, friendly, and do great work. Like all businesses, sometimes "stuff" happens and a day delay may happen (employee is ill, etc.). But I have always had great work done and excellet service. read more

I had a small order of 16 silk screened, white paint on aqua T-shirts done by Offside Sports. I am very pleased with the results. I supplied the artwork in Photoshop and ten shirts. Rollin was very helpful, generous, and timely in getting the job done. He was easily able to match the brand, style, and color to get additional shirts in larger sizes. Our Team Julie shirt (with her picture) is for an ovarian cancer walk/run fundraiser. The white paint pops on the aqua shirts. I'm sure our team will love the results as much as I do! read more
