After weeks of back and forth with Evan and Sarah, trying to get straight and solid price quote, I hopped on the phone with the owner of this spot (Hyde) because Sarah was getting a snippy with me. Before Hyde heard my complaint we went on for about a solid 5-10 minutes about how I told him that his staff was rude and that I'm difficult. I was accused of several things on this phone call by this owner, none of which were true. In fact, he actually didn't even let me get a word in. At the end of the call he told me he was sorry that they couldn't work with me and that I was making him feel unsettled. Now look, I'm all about expressing ones self, and if you say you're unsettled, I get it, and I respect it. But when a customer calls to talk to you about a negative experience they're having with your company and that your staff has been snippy, the right response isn't to play the victim and accuse the customer of X, Y, Z. Honestly, at the end of the day, this business operates like a total joke. If you don't value your time, by all means, give them your business. If you have any value for your time and integrity, don't bother wasting it here. read more

Been using HD to make our totes for our film festival for 7 years now and there is no better out there. The quality of the product, the precision they use to ensure 100% accuracy of spelling, centering of logos, etc... all cannot be beat. We have never had any print issues with even 1 bag and we purchase typically 100-300 each other. We have tried another vendor in the past and always ended up with at least 10% of or order off-center or poorly imprinted. Don't go anywhere else, seriously they are that good! read more

I was able to find this on Yelp and saw that they do embroidery. I got my sashes done here with short notice and it was all affordable!!

Excellent customer service. Very pleasant experience for custom embroidery on clothes. Initially seemed like they only do printing in bulk but they also do private individual items as well. Quality of work also excellent. I had custom embroidery done on clothing and they stitching is high quality and well done. I've gone back to get more clothing embroidered and will continue to do so! read more

I had two hoodies I wanted a logo on. I stopped in and had them look at the logo and told them what I wanted. They gave me a suggestion of what process to us and a fair price estimate. Then by the end of the week my hoodies were ready. The work is great and I can't wait to wear my hoodies all the time! Thank you! read more

I have been working with this company for a couple weeks now and have nothing but positive things to say. They response time is very fast and efficient, their staff is nothing but helpful, and their work is amazing. I have been a pretty difficult customer while I often change my mind or want to see a design differently which can be frustrating for them to work with I'm sure but they have never showed any signs of frustration or annoyance. They have been nothing but helpful. I am happy to say I will be using them in the future, any chance I get! read more

I am currently working on a project with HD Print Design and i am so happy that i found them! I actually got to them through the print shop i work with (the one i use doesn't screen print or make t-shirts) I like that no job is too small and they take the time to go over everything from Fabric quality, color, sizing, and pricing with you. I really feel that my project is in good hands and i appreciate that even though my project is small (10 pieces) they didn't kill me with insane pricing and didn't turn me away before ever hearing me out. Other print shops i called were eager to hang up on me when i told them i needed only a few items done. I will definitely be working with them for years to come on all of my projects and as my business expands ill get more and more shirts, hoodies, and hats done with them! ***THEY WORK BY APPOINTMENT ONLY AND DO NOT USUALLY TAKE WALK-INS.*** read more

I had a great experience to start things off here, but as I kept bringing my business along with more customers for them it seems like the service just kept getting worse and worse. How can you be told that you cannot be accommodated and to watch the time you spend after constantly bringing in work and business for them? On top of that they give a bunch of false promises that do not get met and are hesitant to do anything to make up for their mistakes until you call them out on it and haggle them. It's unfortunate because they really do a great job as far as quality and helping with designs, but seems like once you get in there they just don't care to keep you as a customer read more

Excellent service and great products! Ordering is quite easy and Haig makes sure that you are happy with the design before anything is printed. He works with you and is open to any comments and concerns. I ordered some shirts and fleece sweaters with customized logos for Christmas and needless to say my dad and mom were very happy with their gifts! I highly recommend HD print design to anyone who is looking for quality and excellent service! read more

Evan helped us design a shirt for my nephew's kindergarten graduation. My nephew is on the spectrum and Evan was thorough by showing us cloth materials that are soft enough. He helped us with ideas and was very skillful on the computer. The shirt came out beautifully and my nephew loved it. He wouldn't take it off for 3 days straight LOL. Overall, great service. This company is amazing. I had a last minute anniversary gift idea I wanted to have created. Not only was I responded to insanely fast, all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Evan was in constant communication with me and got my project done within ONE DAY. I messaged more than a dozen different printing company's and only a couple got back to me. One of them down the street from HD print design (don't want to bash on them) was offering the same project done for double the price, not nearly as fast and without any preview before paying the deposit. I was desperate and almost said yes until HD replied back to me. I'm so happy I didn't say yes to the other company! Not only did HD give me a rapid price, they sent me TWO different mock up previews to choose from and I was truly so pleased with both. Thank you so much HD design and EVAN!! My boyfriend loves his gift. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Great quality and amazing pricing!!! read more
