After dealing with another embroidery shop in San Fernando that charged me to digitize my logo but never actually provided the digitized files, I reached out to HD Designs and spoke with Joy. From the very first phone call she was extremely helpful and professional. I explained my situation and she immediately told me to come in and that they would take care of me. When I got there, Joy explained that I should have received my logo files in all the necessary formats after paying for digitizing, which the other shop failed to do. HD Designs went ahead and properly digitized my logo the right way so my shirts could finally get done correctly. I was also looking for a very specific custom thread color that the other shop wanted to charge extra for because they didn't carry it. Joy had no problem ordering the exact color I wanted at no extra charge. That level of customer service honestly stood out. Communication was excellent, turnaround time was excellent, and the quality of the shirts came out amazing. Everything was completed within a week and the embroidery looks super clean and professional. You can tell they actually care about their customers and the quality of their work. I was accused of several things on this phone call by this owner, none of which were true. In fact, he actually didn't even let me get a word in. At the end of the call he told me he was sorry that they couldn't work with me and that I was making him feel unsettled. Now look, I'm all about expressing ones self, and if you say you're unsettled, I get it, and I respect it. Been using HD to make our totes for our film festival for 7 years now and there is no better out there. The quality of the product, the precision they use to ensure 100% accuracy of spelling, centering of logos, etc... all cannot be beat. We have never had any print issues with even 1 bag and we purchase typically 100-300 each other. We have tried another vendor in the past and always ended up with at least 10% of or order off-center or poorly imprinted. Don't go anywhere else, seriously they are that good! read more

This company is amazing. I had a last minute anniversary gift idea I wanted to have created. Not only was I responded to insanely fast, all of my questions were answered in a timely manner.
