Noticed CXN customs several days ago. Had an idea of printing an old image of my parents on a t shirt. Emailed my pics and was given a sample of what the pics would look like on the t shirt before printing. I liked the image and ordered. Once I picked up the t shirts a day later, because they were so backed up with orders. I was thoroughly impressed. Both my pics are well over 40 years old. Checked out all the stores located in the mall for a nice hoodie and had no success. I was able to get some good ideas from the options available and decided to go with having a custom hoodie made. The shop is located on the 2nd floor, near the food court and directly across Aldo. They take your money and print what ever they want. The owner then yelled at me on the phone after asking why he didn't print my logos on the back and only the front even though we discussed this and it was for my birthday party. He supposedly didn't have time to do all of my shirts but then accepted the job. The next day when I went to pick up the clothes from another employee(and saw all the backs of the shirts were missing the print) she called him & he very angrily yelled at me and threatened to come down to his own business. I will never return to this stand again. Offsides sports in Tarzana is much better. They have been doing women's uniforms in the valley for 15 years and her embroidery is awesome. Even the other t-shirt stand at the Northridge mall is better priced than this place. read more

I have been a very loyal customer here. But please don't go here if your looking for someone with personality and fair business measures. His quality is the same as all custom places-prices are not fair at all and he does not do things with pleasure. Last week one of the employees messed up an order of mine and rudely stated "she doesn't get paid enough." I called the owner and he barely could apologize without a monotone vocal chord. He doesn't know how to run buToday I came purchase something else and simply asked cliff - the fat owner -if he could "come on man hook me up since I am here a lot and since they messed up my last order" I wasn't mad or anything just stating a point. His response "you won't bully me into a discount" that's bullying? Wow I feel sorry for you.. you must be dealing with something to think that's bullying. I jumped back stating now it isn't about the $ anymore it's about respect and professionalism. He has none. This guy has no formal education, he doesn't really have a spectrum for prices, and just states "all prints are same prices because I use my ink!" yet a print the size of a quarter vs. a book .. does not use the same amount of ink. Even if that doesn't matter.. his attitude does.. horrible cocky arrogant and bland owner. No business skills. I have mentioned I'll let me friends know, one did go purchase a mug for the holidays, this guy wouldn't know that but then attacks me saying "you said you would send friends" clearly he's unappreciative that I even said is try and is desperate. Honestly go online or go to Northridge they have a print spot.. this guy is a rip off and if he does good work it doesn't come with a positive attitude or personality. Great place to get any vinyl printing done with great prices! Here's my story: I wanted to put customized names on jerseys that I bought at a gaming event, one of them was a gift for my best friend and the two places I contacted told me that it would a little expensive, not so shocking since you want to get things custom made but I wasn't going to put almost the same amount of money on these jerseys for the price that I paid for. Anyway, as the saying goes, third time's the charm and it is. My boyfriend suggested for me to try one of the kiosks at the mall. I called this place and they can do it for $20 per jerseys and I can choose any color and lettering that I wanted. Phoebe was the one who answered my questions. So we rushed back to my place to get the jerseys and brought them here before they closed. She was patient with me since I didn't know what would look good and had a positive attitude about it, despite the fact that the mall was about to close. There was a slight mishap that happened but I won't get into that because the owner, Cliff made it right.
