"Yeah, I have to help them, but I'm helping you." I got unnecessary attitude seems like a common thing at this establishment. This is a first come first serve basis, if you have to be directed (while you're helping a customer) by someone who is standing around when they should be helping the customers themselves, you have more issue that need to be addressed. They then undercharged me. As a businesswoman myself, I would FIRE employees who combined this level of disrespect with careless transactions. Treating customers badly AND costing the business money is quite a combination. I returned few minutes after closing because I thought I had left my Scotch tape. Before I could even explain why I was back, the same employee nastily yelled, "I can't help you!" In front of other customers. She then yells "its not even here" as I start looking on the counter. This childish imbecile, sorry excuse for a human being is looking at her computer screen as she tells me this, not at any point did she even bother to look. I made my frustration clear by cussing her out because at this point, who exactly do you think you are? You wouldn't want me to catch you outside even on a good day, thats for sure. As I left after exchanging words, as I looked back, she was smiling and laughing like she was proud of what she had done. We will see who is going to laugh last. There was nothing funny about her behavior that she was laughing with the male customers she was flirting with after treating a customer like that which leads me to believe the owner is going to do nothing and it's left up to the customer to handle it. So where is the owner? And why is this being tolerated? These employees represent your business and the UPS Store name. If this is the standard you accept, you should be embarrassed. Customers deserve basic respect--not texting during service, aggressive orders, pressure to hurry up for someone's gym appointment, and being shouted at before they can even ask a question and then laughing about it. This speaks volumes of the owner which I'm still waiting a call back from.

I told him what I needed and he was upfront about pricing and gave me several options to choose from for my business cards. Impressed by how responsive he was, I added to my order and got business cards as well as decals for my business and they look great. At one point, Jovan called me to express his concern with a possible issue; I picked a very dark blue color for my cards with a gloss finish. He showed me how dark colors and gloss finishes sometimes attract fingerprint oils when being handled. He had already received an order from me, but this really showed me that he cared enough to make sure I was going to be happy with the end result before moving forward. I chose a color almost exactly the same as the original and I can no longer tell the difference. I'll definitely be going back to Jovan and I recommend anyone reading this to give Fast Printing a chance.
