We had no idea what we were doing, and he walked us through the whole process. Miguel was happy to accommodate our exact needs, match swatches, fit preferences, budget, and timeline. He eyeballed the size and nailed it pretty much on the first try! I never felt like I was bothering him with our nitpicky requests or preferences--he actually seemed excited that we were willing to express them, so he could be confident we'd be happy with the end result. So quick, so painless, and not at the cost of quality or for an absurd price. At no point did I feel like he was upselling or trying to push us towards more expensive options, or misrepresenting the costs. My partner normally dislikes shopping and fashion, and was hesitant to even go today, but we really needed to get him a suit for a wedding next week. After we left, he called it one of his best shopping experiences to date, and will happily return to Miguel's care the next time he needs anything.

My fiance and I had been to 4 different places looking for suits for our wedding and after experiencing terrible service at the place right next door we decided to give it another shot and walked into Prestige.... Best decision we could have made !!!! We were greeted by a gentleman we later came to know as Octavio. He had been helping another client and was trying to attend to us. While we were there about 2 other customers came in and he was attentive and nice to every single one and managing his time as best he could. He tried his best and succeeded. He helped my fiance find his suit and was so helpful in helping measure him and actually find a size that works for his body type. He had great recommendations about color and size and was funny and charismatic and genuinely kind, we felt he wanted to help us find a suit for our special day. We found our suit and alterations were marked down. Octavio stated that they had a great tailor and he was right. The pants were tailored perfectly and exactly to what my fiance wanted. By the time we left, it felt as if we somehow knew this man as he had helped us with one of our most stressful decisions and made us feel comfortable. Its funny at one point my fiance stated that he would be wearing brown shoes with his grey suit and Octavio jokingly said... "hmmm that might work?" . When we came in on the Monday to pick up the suit, Octavio wore grey slacks and brown shoes and said.. "you know what it does work..." ....we all laughed and he stated he was hoping we would in fact come in on that day as he had coordinated his outfit with us in mind. WHO DOES THAT???? What a kind, thoughtful, simple yet meaningful thing to do. If i was a man and needed a suit, I tell you I would have bought 2. This place is like one of those drift store because it just looks like a warehouse with less lighting but a lot of clothing inside. I looked at some of the nursing pants and shirts for women, the price seem reasonable. I touch the material and it does feel different from the higher quality one. They said it's wrinkles free and such but you won't know until you try it out yourself. The employees were nice to me when I walked inside, they greeted me and let me shop in piece. After she found the pair she wanted, she asked me to go form line. I was waiting in line for a good 10 minutes (the only obvious customer waiting, and the other cashier didn't even say anything to the other cashier that came over) as there was only one cashier who was assisting a customer. Then, another random lady popped up out of nowhere and decided to wait at the counter next to the cashier. Suddenly, another associate came and started to check her out instead of telling her that I was there waiting prior. Do Better So yes, if you have the time to kill, come here as they move slow and even ignore the customers who are in line and assist folks who cut line.
