Their store has signs of online price match if it shows a lower price. DSW website shows $15 off the shoe I had in hand and she told me she can't honor it in store and have to buy it online. So I did and when I asked to get it since they were right there she said I have to leave and come back in 2 hours with attitude. It took less than 15 minutes to process and customer service told me they CAN honor the price in store. Genesis has poor customer service skills. I felt like my concerns were dismissed instead of actually being listened to or resolved. The one bright spot was Luis, the other manager. He was genuinely kind, patient, and actually took the time to help me. He listened, tried to find a solution, and treated me with the customer service I expected from the beginning. I really appreciate Luis, but unfortunately the experience with management left a bad impression and I won't be rushing back to this location.

I understand a resale business needs to inspect shoes in person and make a profit, and I wasn't expecting them to pay retail or private-sale prices. But the condition was already shown in the photos, and cutting the offer another 20% after getting me into the store felt like a waste of my time. If $160 was realistically their range, I would have appreciated knowing that before making the trip. Just sharing my experience so other people selling shoes know that the price discussed through messages may change significantly once you arrive.
