I use to come here years ago being a State Employee and front liner worker. The old staff that use to work and manage this location were always helpful and could get anything ordered. The new staff all except 1 gentleman (older guy) are very helpful. The older gentleman is rude, abrasive, harsh, and that alone will now loose my business in fact my entire crew. I would leave 0 if possible now that I get harasing comments from employees. I blocked the first one but now will allow them so people can see what a garbage establishment this is. These guys are 5 Star . I needed some plain rubber boots to muck through the mud. They found me the perfect pair for $29.00. Here's the dilemma ..,i love hunter but the adjustable is sold out everywhere it would not have been here on time ordering even direct through Nordstrom . I predict 3/4 more storms this season so practicality is best . The sales persons came through ! they had my (men's) size equivalent 7 and you can wear any pants tucked in with this wide midshaft boot. There is no brand on the boot . Quality Staffing. QUENTIN provided the type of old-school salesperson experience that I can't remember the last time I've had. I'd had no luck at a few closer places. Next time, I'll not waste my time and just come straight here. I came in and started perusing, instantly saw that this store had a much more promising variety of boots then any of the previous places. When Quentin finished with a customer, he turned and acknowledged me in a casual way that didn't come across as someone over-eager trying to make a sale. I said I needed "a comfy, durable work boot that isn't too heavy." I also picked up some redwings that caught my eye and remarked "Though I wouldn't mind if they were a bit stylish like these Bob Dylan 'folk-hero' looking boots." He guided me over to some Wolverines that I instantly liked the look of, and a couple other items. He was knowledgable, patient, and guided me to exactly what I needed (I'm 11.5 to 12 depending on the company, or model) and he helped me figure out which was best by what I was looking for in 'grip', 'feel', where my toes should line up and a couple ways to determine which size was gonna be the one, especially with the insoles I wear. I'm one of those people who is very deliberate and takes my time over a decision, and he was totally cool and patient, so I really appreciated it. Walking around right now, I'm pretty stoked that I totally got the right boot, with the right fit, and god damn, these work boots are actually more handsome than my normal shoes. Got a pair of boots a month ago. They completely fell apart. Toe wore through, top of boot wearing out. Had original receipt and box. Just asked for exchange. These guys were so cool! My husband and I went in on a Friday afternoon (pretty busy) as my husband needed a good pair of boots since he is on his feet all day. Eric took his time to show us every line and different options from each line. He was so knowledagble about every product. We probably had about 12 pairs of boots out and he would not let us put one single item back as he said he wanted to make sure we were taken care of. All of the brands vary in price from about $125 and up to what I heard one employee quote $2700 but hey when it comes to be comfy at work, pay what you can. My husband ended up buying one pair and ordering another and he made sure that both pairs had comfortable inserts for extra support. They even helped him find a comfortable belt. Only downfall is they only have street parking and it is on Sherman Way which is a pretty busy street. Also, make sure you have change with you since it's metered parking. I stopped by here back in October of 2021 and again this March. I needed insoles for my work boots, I got the same ones both times. When I went in this March, Octavio helped me, he was so nice and answered any questions I had. I was very curious about the selection available especially since it was my first time using steel toe boots and I have very narrow feet. So you get a new work assignment and it requires you to have work boots...not just any work boot, but some with Steel Toes and that are also puncture resistant/proof. After driving to a few local stores (names to remain excluded), I decided to come here. I really should have just came here 1st. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and professional when it came to helping me select the right boot. They were patient with me as I asked a few questions and wanted to try on a few different boots making sure I had the correct fit for me. Their prices were pretty much comparable with the market, but I didn't see a store that had as vast of a selection as this store. For comfort, my boot wasn't puncture resistant, so I purchased a steel shank insert that does the trick. The only negative is the parking. There is a free parking lot in the back, but then you have to walk all the way around the strip mall to enter. If not, you can find metered parking in front of the store. Parking isn't their fault, so it didn't compromise my review. Great clean and friendly store that I hope to visit again once my new boots are worn out. read more

I've been going to this place for several years now to buy my work boots, and I usually dont like to spend more than $70 or soo, and the boots usually last me about a year witch I love, I ussually buy the boots with holes for the shoe string, not the boots with the little clips on them, anyways about 8 weeks ago I went to buy a pair of boots and i ended up spending close to $200 and now they are ruined, the rubber under the boot just tour off, on both boots,I couldnt beleive , I didnt understand why I payed more money for crappier boots. becareful what boots they try to sell you, they can care less next time i come in there witch I will very soon ill be on there ass for a discount or other wise they will lose a good customer.... read more

The girl who helped me paid attention to me and helped me get an awesome pair of work boots. She and the store knows their stuff, for example she brought out a pair of 11.5 wide for me to try. At first I thought she misunderstood that I needed size 12. Well, the 11.5 w's fit amazingly well. Bought a pair of boots from them and they sized me incorrectly. They offered new boots at a cheaper price because of there mistake. Sized me incorrectly again. If you're trying to get a boot that'll last you years and fit comfortably for years go somewhere else. It's been a real struggle for me buying two pair of boots and for both of them to fit poorly has run me a hefty price. They did try to help me by selling me boots for the price they get them at but I've paid somewhere close to $750 for boots that I still can't wear because of them sizing me poorly. read more
