I stopped by this Vans store today to look at their skateboard collections. My wife was shopping at a bag store next door so I didn't want to wait around for her there. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was just browsing around and she didn't interrupted me. They have some nice collections of skateboard here if you want to come take a look. I also looked at their shoes and shirts. I don't wear Vans stuff but some of their selections were nice. read more

Came in and passed by 4 employees and was not greeted at all. The store was not busy by any means and it just felt weird. The clothing selection was limited & the vibe was just completely off from any other vans I've been to. And I go to Vans any time I see one in a mall because I love the clothes. Maybe they need a lesson in good customer service read more

Hear me out, I don't wear Vans, but my friend is obsessed with them and I came here to purchase a pair for a gift. They had some of the best customer service I have ever seen! They keep all their shoes to try on in the back but you can choose from the wall what designs you like. I asked for three different pairs to look at and choose from those. They explained the the different designs and fit and which would be best for certain circumstances. They even have baby vans and toddler vans as well. I loved looking at all the variety. Checkout was a breeze and they have a 60 day return policy. read more

Really awesome customer service. I got a gift for my daughter that was purchased online and the shoes were too small. I had waited about 30 minutes to chat with someone about exchanging the shoes and then got disconnected. I called the store and they said they could help me and had me come in. They were able to exchange the shoes for me so quickly with free shipping and I was able to get the same price that the shoes were purchased at originally. Super friendly and helpful and quick. read more

Dan cupones y cuando uno los quiere cambiar hay 40 mil restricciones y terminaría pagando uno más por querer usar el cupón. Que vergüenza que quieran vernos la cara de ignorantes. JAMAS REGRESARE A ESTA TIENDA. Es mejor is DSW en victory blvd. y Canoga blvd. read more

Ohr, Kala and Leilani are a delight. They know everything there is to know about Vans' clothes & shoes, pull products for you if you are in a rush and are as friendly as can be. Vans - The staff are even better than the shoes!!! Thank you Ohr, Tala and Leilani. - Shoe Stores Near Me - Canoga Park, California

I bought some casual short sleeve shirts here for $60 - $65 each. One of them is pretty nice. The other two are just for something to wear while walking. They didn't have a great selection. The salesperson was great (I didn't get her name), though, as my partner pointed out to me, the cashier didn't bother to fold them neatly before putting them in the bag. There's only one fitting room so you may end up waiting to try things on. read more

Made a pitstop just to take a look at new arrivals, not much new selection today I was greeted by Bianca- I had a few questions, not only did Bianca answer but also suggested, recommended and explained everything with such compasión and a great attitude. Excited to wear my new vans is one thing, the shopping experience simply puts a smile on my face justifying my purchase. Thank you Bianca and thanksgiving you Vans. read more

Ok so I typically write reviews about restaurants and hotels etc, but I have to take a second to give credit where it is due. I love Vans, always have, and the store located in Topanga mall is top notch. I shop here regularly and the customer service is always "off the wall" (see what I did there?) :-) Anyway I MUST give a shoutout to my girl Pearce who hooked it up with some new kicks and even laced them for me! Great job girl, amazing customer service! read more

Vans has been a SoCal staple for over 45 years. You can't possibly be living in SoCal and not own a pair of Vans. But if you seriously don't have one yet, stop by at this store (1st floor Topanga Plaza) and check out their many selections. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are always ready to help, making sure you leave with a nice pair of kicks.. read more

The funny thing is that there is a Vans store right near me, but I rather drive to this location. The customer service is amazing! The young staff caters to my young teens, giving as many as 8 shoes to try. They are kind, patient, and smart! I rather come to this location as long as these employees remain. Keep up the good work! read more

Thank you to the staff at the Topanga mall. I accidentally only emailed my receipt but forgot to ask for a paper receipt ; Bianca's ( I believe that was her name) approach was exceedingly professional . Mike also helped out by covering Bianca for a moment to attend my need. I am very pleased to know corporate still cares about customer service . It reflects through their employees . Once again , thank you for all the help. I will be most definitely be back .! read more

Love the Vans store in the Topanga Mall. Workers are always so helpful and nice. Prices are good if u wait for their sales. I love Vans!!

I went in yesterday and they welcomed me which was nice I asked for a pair of shoes and I believe the guys name was Eddie he was super helpful! and nice he was helping everyone out with a great attitude and good customer service and it was time for me to pay there was a couple in front of me and there was one man on a register and but he couldn't help the couple out and the couple would try and engage in conversation and he would look at him and say one or two words which I thought was super rude his body language just seemed like he didn't wanna be there and then another employee comes to ring them up and he also had horrible service. But anyway Eddie was super nice his other co-workers not so good read more

Came in on Saturday just to browse and saw some shoes for my baby. Logan helped me out by informing me that they had certain shoes in smaller sizes. He grabbed the pair I wanted. My nephew decided he wanted shoes too, not only was Logan catering to my wild nephews every command, he was kind and patient and grabbed any shoe he asked for. He even put the shoes on for my nephew at the request of my nephew. Logan is an amazing sales associate, bought two pairs of shoes just cause he was so great. Keep up the great work Logan, there should be more people like you! read more

Normally you don't run into someone that makes your day with their passion for their job. Michael we were so lucky to have you help us with our purchase, your charm is rare. I've bought Vans since the 80's and usually from Nordstrom's but never again. Your knowledge and love for this brand will have me, my daughter, granddaughter and soon to be grandson coming back to you and you only!. Thanks for the help, laughs and simply good time buying our shoes every time. Your a diamond in the rough and I hope your company recognizes you for this. See you sooner than later. read more

Last weekend I went to buy some shoes for my niece. They told me they didn't have her size. An hour later, my sister asked for the same shoes and size they had the shoes all long. Seem like there employees are too lazy to check. This vans store has terrible customer service. read more

Went in on a Saturday to purchase shoes. We ended up buying 3 pairs. We were going to pay with some Visa cards that we received as a gift. We were not sure of the balance of the cards (we had more than 1). Brandon our cashier asked us if we knew what the balance of the cards were because he would have to know to estimate it for us to be able to use it. I wanted to understand him & repeated it back to him. He would need to know the estimate of the cards for us to be able to use it? He said yes. We were in a rush so I paid with my credit card. I have never in my numerous decades of shopping have I ever heard the cashier needing to know from the customer what the "estimate" is on a card for them to process it. Either the Vans store is the only store to have this procedure or Brandon is the LAZIEST cashier ever. I vote for the latter. If he gets paid minimum wage, that may be too much because that kind of laziness deserves less than minimum wage. I am 1 of thousands of customers, but I am one that will not go to this store as long as Brandon is there. read more

Terrible customer service. Ask for a pair of shows and two employees are yelling across the floor about personal stuff with a line 12 people deep. Guy with gage earrings wasted 5 min climbing a ladder and wiggling it across the floor instead of actually helping. worst costumer service ever !!! so after I go on Saturday with my teenage daughter to look for some shoes I ask one of the employee there for a size and the style we were looking for he assure me that they didn't carry that style and size funny thing he didnt even look but ok he knows they work there .my dauther was devastated since we drove all the way to this store for those shoes after we saw online they where the only store that had them in stock. I told him that we saw online that they had them he said no they don't an they don't make her size in that style ... I ask the cashier if she can check online maybe we can order she said if the other guy said they didn't carry them then it meant they didn't .. I asked her to please double check for me since my daughter was sure she saw her size online .. to our surprise and hers my daughter was right they did have them online .. this people gave me wrong information with out even looking witch I think is poor customer service I though ok maybe there being lazy an don't want to look is ok ill let it go so cashier didn't apologize and they looked dum both giving wrong information I still when ahead an ask if I can order and get them ship to my house and she said yes gave her my info and place order till this day credit card has been charge BUT NO SHOES AND NO ONE CAN FIND MY ORDER !!!!!!!!!!!!I CALLED TWICE AND NO ONE KNOWS WHERE MY ORDER IS THIS SO IRRESPONSABLE OF THEM AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN NOT ONLY THEY GAVE WRONG INFORMATION BUT THEY LOST MY ORDER read more
