I stopped by this Vans store today to look at their skateboard collections. My wife was shopping at a bag store next door so I didn't want to wait around for her there. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was just browsing around and she didn't interrupted me. They have some nice collections of skateboard here if you want to come take a look. I also looked at their shoes and shirts. I don't wear Vans stuff but some of their selections were nice. read more

Came in and passed by 4 employees and was not greeted at all. The store was not busy by any means and it just felt weird. The clothing selection was limited & the vibe was just completely off from any other vans I've been to. And I go to Vans any time I see one in a mall because I love the clothes. Hear me out, I don't wear Vans, but my friend is obsessed with them and I came here to purchase a pair for a gift. They had some of the best customer service I have ever seen! They keep all their shoes to try on in the back but you can choose from the wall what designs you like. I asked for three different pairs to look at and choose from those. They explained the the different designs and fit and which would be best for certain circumstances. They even have baby vans and toddler vans as well. I loved looking at all the variety. Checkout was a breeze and they have a 60 day return policy. read more

Really awesome customer service. I got a gift for my daughter that was purchased online and the shoes were too small. I had waited about 30 minutes to chat with someone about exchanging the shoes and then got disconnected. I called the store and they said they could help me and had me come in. They were able to exchange the shoes for me so quickly with free shipping and I was able to get the same price that the shoes were purchased at originally. I bought some casual short sleeve shirts here for $60 - $65 each. One of them is pretty nice. The other two are just for something to wear while walking. They didn't have a great selection. The salesperson was great (I didn't get her name), though, as my partner pointed out to me, the cashier didn't bother to fold them neatly before putting them in the bag. The funny thing is that there is a Vans store right near me, but I rather drive to this location. The customer service is amazing! The young staff caters to my young teens, giving as many as 8 shoes to try. They are kind, patient, and smart! I rather come to this location as long as these employees remain. I went in yesterday and they welcomed me which was nice I asked for a pair of shoes and I believe the guys name was Eddie he was super helpful! and nice he was helping everyone out with a great attitude and good customer service and it was time for me to pay there was a couple in front of me and there was one man on a register and but he couldn't help the couple out and the couple would try and engage in conversation and he would look at him and say one or two words which I thought was super rude his body language just seemed like he didn't wanna be there and then another employee comes to ring them up and he also had horrible service. Came in on Saturday just to browse and saw some shoes for my baby. Logan helped me out by informing me that they had certain shoes in smaller sizes. He grabbed the pair I wanted. My nephew decided he wanted shoes too, not only was Logan catering to my wild nephews every command, he was kind and patient and grabbed any shoe he asked for. He even put the shoes on for my nephew at the request of my nephew. Logan is an amazing sales associate, bought two pairs of shoes just cause he was so great. Went in on a Saturday to purchase shoes. We ended up buying 3 pairs. We were going to pay with some Visa cards that we received as a gift. We were not sure of the balance of the cards (we had more than 1). Brandon our cashier asked us if we knew what the balance of the cards were because he would have to know to estimate it for us to be able to use it. I wanted to understand him & repeated it back to him. He would need to know the estimate of the cards for us to be able to use it? He said yes. We were in a rush so I paid with my credit card. I have never in my numerous decades of shopping have I ever heard the cashier needing to know from the customer what the "estimate" is on a card for them to process it. Either the Vans store is the only store to have this procedure or Brandon is the LAZIEST cashier ever. I vote for the latter. If he gets paid minimum wage, that may be too much because that kind of laziness deserves less than minimum wage. I am 1 of thousands of customers, but I am one that will not go to this store as long as Brandon is there. read more

Terrible customer service. Ask for a pair of shows and two employees are yelling across the floor about personal stuff with a line 12 people deep. Guy with gage earrings wasted 5 min climbing a ladder and wiggling it across the floor instead of actually helping. VANS makes good shoes but needs to get rid of half the staff for people that actually want to work. read more

worst costumer service ever !!! so after I go on Saturday with my teenage daughter to look for some shoes I ask one of the employee there for a size and the style we were looking for he assure me that they didn't carry that style and size funny thing he didnt even look but ok he knows they work there .my dauther was devastated since we drove all the way to this store for those shoes after we saw online they where the only store that had them in stock. I told him that we saw online that they had them he said no they don't an they don't make her size in that style ... I ask the cashier if she can check online maybe we can order she said if the other guy said they didn't carry them then it meant they didn't ..
