She said they could have it done by Tuesday, the next day. Lexi took pictures of the shirt I was wearing since the logo and name were in the correct place, and I wanted them duplicated on the new shirt. (great move). The store itself is just a print/embroidery shop, so don't expect to buy things, but it's a great working space. Street parking is metered, so park in the back and walk around. My order was ready on time as promised. My experience was enjoyable, and both ladies provided excellent customer service. The prices are very reasonable, and they are located in the valley, rather than having to drive to Los Angeles to get it done. Thank you both Angie and Lexi Happy New Year!

They had a few color options, and they were $15.99 which I didn't think was too bad for a 33' one. They have so many things to look at here! Lots and lots of apparel and a great shoe section. Had to wait a little in the check out line before they brought out another cashier out, bur when I was finally helped the cashier was very friendly and professional. Loved how easy it is to search their stock online!

With that said, once inside, they do a great job of stocking as much as possible given that this is a slightly smaller Big 5 location than others. I always make a point of coming to this location first because chances are checkout lines will be shorter and then if they don't have what I'm looking for I go up the street to the Granada Hills location. Staff here is also very friendly. They tend to only be at the register and aren't wandering around the store a ton, but I've also never really needed help finding things as the store is very well laid out and intuitive. Prices are fine. Nothing amazing, but they're better priced than other big box sporting good store chains so, once again, this is always our first stop for gear for our 3 growing kids & their youth sports gear. If you give them your email you'll get a weekly email with some good deals that often are catered to whatever sport season is about to start as well which I greatly appreciate. If not, chances are you'll get a coupon in the mail for 20% off or $5 off a purchase of $20 or more. So always keep an eye out for one of those if you know you are going to need to buy anything.
