He jumped on. It gave me some helpful advice and found the size I wanted in black and that will work too, so I grabbed those. He took care of six people managed to get to me as he could see. The store is a decent size on the second floor near the men's Macy. They were not busy on a Friday night and they have a decent amount of skateboard and skateboard accessories here. The prices of the board were reasonable and I also looked at some of their shirts. Nothing grab my attention so I didn't purchase anything. I also looked at their sunglasses selection at the front of the store but I prefer Oakley brand.

As a long time entrepreneur in business owner, I would fire this manager on the spot immediately This tells me several things 1. He started closing the store early and shut down the register before the doors are closed. This is a major mistake in business because you lose out on potential $400 sales like mine. 2. Always serve the customer. It was very clear that it wasn't that they couldn't take the order that he was lazy and wanted to go home. That's fine, but this is why you're stuck doing this the rest of your life instead of finding a road to success. Brought me out white and pink or white and orange and said that's all he had. Didn't offer to help with sizing or anything just threw them out on a bench. My son was like whatever I'll take the white and orange. We got in the car and went to go run an errand and decided to look online. Were able to find a pair that was a darker color for half the price online. Went back to return the white ones after our errand there's a different guy there. He's like umm did you wear these in a rude way. Needless to say I'll be going elsewhere for our soccer merch. Also there's only metered parking out front which is annoying.
