Came home Thursday night and Googled "last minute suits Los Angeles" and came across several Reddit threads recommending Al Weiss Men's Clothing. Made it over to them at 10:30 am Friday morning and a gentleman named Eduardo quickly assisted me and helped me find a great suit in the exact color I'd been looking for (deep forrest green) immediately. The price was incredibly fair and Eduardo pointed me to Silver's Tailor Shop across the street to have my new suit quickly fitted to me. By 11:15 am I was headed home, at 11 am the next day I picked up my new suit from Silver's and it fit perfectly. At 4 pm yesterday I arrived at the wedding feeling very good about my purchase, and the new suit got me compliments throughout the entire event. Been spreading the good word about these guys for the last 48 hours and will definitely be back to them for future suit needs; hopefully on a less aggressive timeline.

There was an option to meet with one of the employees closer to my area since the store itself is far from me, which sounded convenient at first. However, even after already paying for the shoes in full, I had to wait 5 days to pick them up because the employee would only meet on his own time. I was even willing to drive directly to the employee's house just to make the process easier, yet it still felt like I had to work around them despite already being a paying customer. I let that situation slide and decided to purchase another pair -- the CPFM Black Air Force 1s. The owner told me the shoes would be shipped out on Thursday so they could arrive by Friday. I specifically needed them for an event on Saturday, but didn't sweat it because he mentioned that the shoes would've been shipped Thursday and received next day. After payment was sent, I received no tracking number, no shipping confirmation, and no updates whatsoever. I reached out to the store's Instagram page (@soldout_la) asking for a refund because at that point I no longer wanted the shoes after being told they had supposedly shipped. Instead of helping me directly, the page redirected me to another Instagram account (@icecoldsneakers), even though both accounts appear to be run by the same person. I messaged that page immediately -- before the shoes were even shipped -- requesting a refund due to the lack of honesty and communication, and I never received a response. The biggest issue here is the customer service and lack of transparency. Once payment is received, communication becomes extremely poor. Customers are told items are being shipped when they clearly are not, and updates are nonexistent. As of writing this review, I still have not received tracking information or the shoes themselves. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I understand delays can happen, but being ignored, about shipping, and having to chase down basic communication is unacceptable when customers are spending serious money.

Met with Andrea first, who then had Moses help me. Within moments he selected a few suit choices for me, and I chose one that fit my immediate budget. Moses tailored it himself, it looked and fit perfectly! It took a little under and hour to get in and out. My interview went very well, wore the suit again for a 2nd interview and the manager I met with said, "You dressed for the position you want." I'll be will be going back to see Moses for shirts next.
