Took my husband's pants to get them hemmed, I was able to pick them up the next day, they did a great job. The only down side is the parking. Other than that I highly recommend them. read more

Ivanna's Alterations saved the day! I always have to get pants hemmed because they are too kong and too wide. I went here and was not disappointed. The pants and shirt are wearable now, and look much better. The work, customer service, and timeliness was excellent. I recommend bringing cash to not get charged credit card fees. read more

This is my go-to place for any alteration needs. They always do a good job, and he's always nice and welcoming.

My experience was great! They completed the items I dropped off by the date quoted and they looked good.

Excellent tailors. Reasonable pricing. Friendly. I take all my alterations here. They are excellent!

Small shop located in the corner strip mall. Needed to get a dress shortened and decided to check this place out. Pricing was good and employees were friendly. Turn around time was fast too, I brought my dress in on a Monday and she said it would be ready for Thursday. I didn't need it that soon so I just picked it up a week later. Will come back for my alteration needs. read more

I came here to get my birthday dress altered. I was in and out and they didn't mind that I brought my toddler with me. The place is small and cute and the front desk person / tailor was extremely accommodating. Definitely recommend you stop by here :) read more

Took three of my dresses on Sunday for alterations. I needed them asap. And first of all, the service is amazing! Price point is discussed ahead of time. The stitches are better than the factory ones! Had really great experience! Definitely recommend! read more

Used this alterations place for a wedding dress I needed to be tailored.. He got the job done and even though he gave me a different price in the beginning from what he actually charged me at that point I didn't want to mention it since he did do a good job. Will definitely use him again if the need ever arises read more

I've been a customer for years. They are incredibly patient, reliable and professional. Their prices are beyond reasonable and their turn around time is incredible. I've been in a pinch a few times and they have come through every single time. I've moved further away, tried a couple nearby places and none compared. I've gone back and won't go anywhere else again. read more

Tried Savanna's Alterations. I am so glad I did. Everything that was written on Yelp (with five stars) is exactly as stated. I had my black jeans shortened and was told to pick them up the next day. NO way I thought. I was wrong. They were ready the next day and they looked like they were never shortened. Exactly like it came from the department store. Reasonable prices and Solamon was sooo helpful. Parking a little difficult but not really a problem. Tel # is (818) 979-1152, located in Arleta. Add is: 8939 Woodman Ave. Suite #12. They do just about any kind of alterations that you can possibly think of. Give them a try you'll be happily surprised. Eve read more

I lost some weight and needed a pair of motorcycle riding pants taken in. The pants were double layered thick canvas and kevlar so I was concerned about their ability to tailor such thick material. When I got the pants back they were perfect. I couldn't even tell that they had been taken in. Best of all it was only $15. Would highly recommend this place. read more

Had to alter a dress and they did a neat job trimming the bottom of the gown, and tighten the upper area. Went back to alter pants and another gown, recommended. read more

Wanted to take this time and thank Salomon for always making my experiences smooth and well priced. I've been coming here since 2017 but for some reason never wrote a review (Unbelievable right?). I've had work shirts and work pants tailored and even when their has been issues, Salomon has always been able to resolve them. The communication he provides is excellent and on top of that he is very good at his profession. Definitely would recommend if you need shirts, pants or any clothing tailored. If you are not sure on what you'd like make sure to ask Salomon as he can provide you with his professional opinion and make you feel comfortable in whatever it is you are trying to look good in! I needed major alterations on a bridesmaid dress that I ordered, that ended up being way too big on me. I looked on yelp and found this place. It was close to my place and had great reviews. IM SO HAPPY I DID! Solomon was kind, professional and told me to pick up my dress in a week. The wedding was out of town so that's all the time he had. He altered it perfectly! It fit like it was made for me and I couldn't believe the reasonable price. I have found a tailor! BTW Se habla español. read more

I had a dress that needed to be shortened, they left it perfect!! The man that fixed my dress accidentally left it at a different location so he went to go deliver it to my house later in the day (which is SO kind). Amazing customer service, good price, and GREAT work. Highly recommend!! read more

I've gone twice to get alterations and Ivanna's has done a fantastic job both times. I took in a size 2t pants and asked Solomon (I believe that is his name) to turned them into shorts. I needed them for my son's baptism. Not only did he make them into shorts but he also fixed the middle part which was too long and unproportionate before. I also took a hoodie that needed a new zipper and he installed it perfectly and also fixed a small tear. read more

this place is great but the pricing needs to be more transparent. i called ahead to get pricing on hemming 4 pairs of pants and was told it was $8 but when i got there the total was $12-$16 per pants because i wanted "original stitching" because i asked to match the style of the original hem (which was just yellow thread). i had called a local place who had quoted me $16 but decided to come here because he quoted me half the price!! i also thought he was going to give me a discount because i brought 6 total pairs (2 from my husband) but nothing either! the other place was said they were going to give me a discount for bringing multiple pairs. i like this place but for the price increases and how out of the way it is, i don't think i'll be coming back read more

Really such a great experience with this shop. They helped me to NOT ruin my friend's wedding by adding a corset to my way too tiny bridesmaid dress that I procrastinated getting until the wedding was just a week and a half away. Even got some compliments on the corset they literally crafted into existence in less than a week. read more

I never trusted anybody other than my grandma to do alterations for me, but 3 years ago Belen tailored a pair of fave jeans to fit me after weight loss & I've been loyal to her ever since. I've had her take in a couple of inches on a bunch of my shirts that I don't want to let go of. She understands different fabrics & how to work with them. She made skinny jeans out of a bunch of boot cut jeans I didn't use anymore. I've also had her tailor so many dresses to my body type. I even brought her a wool coat so she could cinch the waist. Her pricing is completely reasonable. She does her honest best & tells you what can be done & what can't. It's hard to find a trusted tailor which is why my entire family goes to her. read more

I came in today around 10:30am-10:40am because the scrub pants I bought online were too long. There was a gentleman there and he assisted me with my alteration needs. He asked if I could be back in 20 minutes because it would be done and I said yes. I saw an earlier review here quoting $4-6 and they are right! Came back a little after 20min and tried on the pants in their changing room and it was awesome. I left them a cash tip coz it was done so quickly. I will definitely go back and yes I do recommend them. FYI- it doesn't look like the fanciest or nicest place for alterations, but they got the job done quick and nicely. read more

I had some pants hemmed here and they did a great job. The were ready as scheduled. The price was very competitive. I actually drive out of my way to go here because (1) free parking (2) no long lines (3) fantastic prices. I use to drive to downtown LA just to get good prices but now you can get the same great work at a good price in the Valley! read more
