Tl;Dr Jeans hemming was stiched unevenly and not straight. Got priced incorrectly twice. Had to go back because first fitting was done improperly. Full story Went in to take some jeans for taper and hemming where the man in the front tried the fitting and only used two safety pins for the whole fitting. He obviously didn't know what he was doing but trusted him. I also mentioned no rush was needed and he said it'll be done in 4 days. He mischarged me for only the hem but said I'd pay full price when I pick up in a few days. I get a call back a few hours later telling me to come back for a new fitting so I decided to just give them a sample of how I wanted it and was told it'd be $34. I get another call a few minutes later saying I was misquoted and that'd it'll actually be $32 for hem and taper. I finally picked it up and noticed the stiching was not aligned. Looks like a hump. I appreciate the effort but I would not recommend for the price. read more

Unfortunately the new owners here are extremely rude and not at all professional. I had alterations done, they were not ready as promised. I had to go 4 times before finally getting my clothes with zero apology by the owner. I've never been to a cleaners where the place stinks of cigarettes so beware in case you have allergies or you want your items to smell clean. read more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE ..WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I dropped off my husband's suit for dry cleaning on a Friday morning. I asked for it to be ready on Tuesday. The man working there said sure, " I'll have it ready by Monday after 5pm" perfect.. Monday came and I had ask my mom to pick up the suit for me. The suit was no where to be found. After looking and looking the same man came to the conclusion it may still be at the "warehouse". Obviously frustrated, he told my mom, you know i have other customers..she said and im one of them..i juat want the suit. He asked my mom to return the next day so he could check the warehouse. She agreed and said you open at 8???? Right...he shrugged his shoulders and said weelll .She said." I'll tell you what, I'll call about 930 " he said ok.. 930 came the next day, and she called several times until he finally answered..She asked did you find the suit he said yeah..and hung up.. She went back to the cleaners to pick up the suit and the man said The reason it wasn't ready was because they had to wash it twice due to a big stain. So my mom said..thats fine..but you still didn't know where it was thats concerning.....again frustrated...he said...stop talking to me like that. After she paid ..he said ..and don't come back...she said believe me I wont. I couldn't believe what I had heard. How could anyone think it's ok to speak to another person like that, especially when you're at fault. It was my first time there and it is definitely my last.. read more

I went to this cleaners because of the great reviews. But I'm guessing that it changed owners. I left jeans for simple alteration. It took several trips (about 4) to finally get my jeans 2 days from day it was promised. Apparently the alterations are done offsite so the owner has to pick them up. On the day I finally picked up after waiting an hour for owner to return, the owner did not apologize so I was not too happy. Unfortunately words were exchanged and I was treated horribly. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place. read more

I called in advanced and asked what time they closed and if it was a same day service , the lady I spoke to said 7 and yes they do. So my husband went after work to drop off a few pants, when he got there the woman in front was very rude to him and told him they don't do next day service. Let me start by saying that I am probably the most OCD client that any dry cleaner could have. My old dry cleaners we're practically tired of me, because every time I would pick up my clothes I would always find one stain that wasn't taken care of or a button that was missing, or if I had asked them to alter something on my clothes it wasn't done well. Honestly, When I found value cleaners, I wasn't expecting to keep taking my clothes and dry cleaning back to them. I regularly have a lot of shirts and blazers that need to be dry cleaned every month but after an incident with my last dry cleaners I went to value cleaners just to give them a try let me tell you, this place is exceptional. Believe me when I tell you this, but these people are insane they look at your clothes with a magnifying glass to make sure that every single stain is out they check the front the sides and the back of every single shirt taking care of it like it's their own. I have never in my entire professional career seen any dry cleaners that takes their business and clientele so seriously. I took a shirt that had stains on it, and some other cleaners made it worse, they were able to take off the stains and my shirt look just like new. They did an amazing job altering my pants and a dress, and made it look like it was custom made for me. Pricing is great. Fantastic customer service. The dry cleaners I had been going to for over a year told me that they couldn't remove a stain from my dress. I wasn't ready to give up on the dress and went down to Value Cleaners. I dropped off the dress and had little to no hope that the stain would be removed. They called next day and said dress was ready. They had gotten the stain out and had the dress looking brand new. They ruined my daughters prom dress. I asked to have it altered in the front only, they cut the tail off (no longer high/low) and they cut it crooked. Yes they refunded my money, but that's not going to fix or get my daughter a new dress...I didn't even dare to ask them to fix it, they obviously don't know what their doing and it can't be fixed anyway (can't attach the tail). They also have a misleading sign saying "same day service" not true. They send the clothes out for dry cleaning. Just saying, I would never go back. read more

I moved to Northridge for school and every cleaners near CSUN aren't that great. So although this place is further, it's well worth the drive. Usually there is a guy, I think his name is Shaun, that always helps me out. I got my pants patched from him and he helped me remove stains from one of my favorite shirts. I know I'll be coming here for as long as I'm in Northridge. read more

I dropped off some of my suits for cleaning. I picked them up just as new as they never were haha. Service was very pleasant, speedy, and the pricing was more than fair. Ive paid 100s at some places only to get the same dirty clothes back, but these guys are good, and I dont trust many with some of the delicate items. I am a regular after this. I have been to this place a couple times and each time I pick up my husbands clothes they have holes in them. The first time it happened I thought it had the been there before the dry cleaners. So, the next time we dropped off clothes we checked it thoroughly, no hole. We picked them up and checked it and sure enough it had another hole. I took my daughters baptism dress there and must admit that now I am a little worried. I haven't checked it but will let you know when I do. My first time here wasn't as pleasant as I expected. The clerk is was not the friendliest, and was very brief. I took in a jacket for 2 buttons and a vest. The buttons were $2 each and the vest had to be fixed as well. It had a small tear the size of a PENNY due to the tread coming out. Nothing major. There was 2 problems: I was told she was going to call me on a specific day to let me know it was ready for pick up. I did not get a phone call. When I got there she was on her cell, didn't pay much attention to me so I waited not a big deal. What upset me was that I asked her for the total and she told me it was $10. So I asked her if the 2 buttons were $2 each why was the small tear the size of a PENNY $6. It didn't make sense. It wasn't anything complicated or big. She could not give me an answer and tried to do simple math. Like $4-6 is $10 when I asked her to see the small voucher that's attached to the clothes. I do not have a problem paying at all. I just wanted an explanation or a price list nothing major and she could not provide that. It honestly seemed like she just made up the price and was unable to break down the price.. When I got home I noticed the clothes wasn't even dry cleaned. End of the story. I will never give this dry cleaners my business. read more
