I didnt know you could mess up a simple hem job this bad. the photos speak for themselves... wrinkles sewn into hem, cut unevenly and doesnt match itself let alone other leg. i also asked them to shorten belt strap things on the sides, used darker threads not neat and left threads for me to pull out. just bad craftsmanship overall and i wish i had never taken my jeans there. im sorry to leave such a bad review because the workers there seemed nice, but i really have to warn you so what happened to me doesnt happen to you. never going back UPDATE: Yes u guys called me, I didnt reply because why would I take it back when you couldnt even do it right in the first place. Owner writes "The baggy style and rated details were discussed beforehand, as they are part of the design." I dont see what the style of the jeans have to do with a wrinkly hem. All we discussed was I wanted a simple hem to reduce inseam. No one ever asked me if I wanted a lopsided wrinkly seam. My jeans certainly didnt come with a wrinkled hem before you guys ruined my jeans, I provided honest feedback and this is the "apology" i get. Pretty disappointed. read more

What's more disturbing is that it also had a strong body odor smell which wasn't there when I sent it in. Kenn's cleaner up charges an extra $10-12 per shirt on top of their original pricing because items are "designer". When I called Lyon's they only charged $1-2 more from their original price for "designer" items so I went with lyons and they did not disappoint. read more
