I had a high-end Canali suit made from 100 percent wool with a 100 percent cupro lining (elite Italian brand). It had visible contamination on it (4 day old vomit 40% coverage), and I took it to three different dry cleaners before coming here. And when I say last minute, I mean I literally called right at closing time. Not only did they answer, they kept the store open and waited for me to arrive. They assessed it like professionals. You could tell they actually understood fabric composition, construction, and stain treatment at a technical level. Here's where it gets crazy. They had it ready by the very next day. When I picked it up, I genuinely couldn't believe what I was looking at. The suit didn't just look clean. It looked better than when I originally got it. The fabric texture was fully restored. There was no visible staining or discoloration. The wool integrity was intact. The cupro lining looked smooth and untouched. There was no warping, no shrinkage, and no stiffness. The suit was properly pressed and held its structure perfectly. They didn't just clean it. They brought it back to life. If you understand how sensitive wool and cupro are, especially after heavy contamination, you'll understand how impressive this result really is. This was a high-risk job that multiple other cleaners would not even attempt, and they handled it flawlessly. The customer service was just as impressive. They stayed open past closing just for me. They communicated clearly and honestly. They delivered a fast turnaround without sacrificing quality. They treated the garment with real care. Fair pricing also. The woman was clear about the slight increase in pricing as they had to hem from the waist (with elastic) in order to maintain my design at the bottom of my dress. Sam was amazing! I came in Monday 2 days before New Year's Eve and gave her my Burberry shirt along with another button up shirt. She explained to me the quality of my Burberry shirt is difficult to clean but she can do her best I said that's fine with me as long as it's cleaner than before. Dropped off a suit for some alterations . Spoke to the guy who does the alterations and he said they could let out the jacket slightly. Paid over $40 for the alteration. When I picked up the suit, I tried on the jacket and nope. It was exactly the same. No difference. The lady behind the counter looked at the jacket and basically shrugged. I came in again to get some pants tailored and the girl told me we may not be able to do the waist cus if the material i okay that's fine. So I came back 2 days later to pick up. I got off the car and forget my pick ticket in the car. I walked in and she asked for my phone # I age it to her. She's said hey we couldn't do the waist I said no worries I understood. She then said okay well remove the there of the wait the total will be $60. I was a bit confused cus my I could tender my original ticket was less. Whatever I paid it and she said okay you're one . I proceeded and asked for a copy of my receipt. She handed me one that said $60 not itemized. I walked to my car and looked for my original ticket as I felt robbed, I found it and it was only supposed to be $45.00. This dry cleaner used to be dependable, but ever since the change in ownership, things have noticeably declined. The space looks untidy, and the woman now handling pickups gives off a chaotic and unprofessional impression--not exactly confidence-inspiring. I brought in a linen dress and a silk skirt. The dress received a general alteration I didn't even request, I asked for a more custom tailoring and the skirt--despite a specific conversation about needing a thin replacement waistband (which I paid extra for because the lady specifically said it would be more expensive)--came back with a thick, bulky waistband and an entirely different stitching pattern. It completely changed how the skirt fits and looks. Now, I have to take it elsewhere to get fixed! To say I was upset is an understatement. If this is the level of attention they give to basic instructions, I'd be seriously concerned about the quality of their dry cleaning as well. MY JEAN LEGS WERE TWO DIFFERENT LENGTHS AND CROOKED. I communicated with them repeatedly in order to not have to write a bad review for a small business, but the staff behavior/rudeness today was unacceptable. This review is for personnel of the establishment and the tailor himself. The tailor is a third party that they contract to work two days a week for their business. I will preface by saying I am a seamstress and embroiderer (and avid fan of a good tailor as I get all my clothing adjusted). I brought in two pairs of jeans to have them hemmed shorter with original hem, something I could've done myself, but don't have the time do to. The jeans were brand new, unwashed, straight from the store. I originally brought in one pair and requested a certain length. A week later I picked up. That length was respected but I noticed the hem on the left leg was sewn crooked and sort of like a hemisphere. I contacted them through Yelp with the issue and was told to bring it back in. That was my first mistake. I brought it back, along with another pair that needed to be hemmed (I figured it was a fluke as the right side was perfect) explained the issue in-person, to both the staff and the tailor and was told to wait a week. When I picked up, BOTH pairs of jeans had a crooked (hemisphere) hem. The original pair was not even fixed and the second pair had the same issue. I brought up the issue immediately (at the establishment) and was told it would be fixed, if not I would receive a refund. A week later (today), I came back to pickup my jeans. The second pair of jeans had been rectified. But the first pair STILL had a crooked hem! The staff kept repeating they didn't understand what I was saying, even though I explained it at least 5 times at this point. They repeated they had paid the tailor 3 times for job, and that they cannot offer the refund they promised. After arguing they offered a measly $10 for "one pant leg"; that's not even half the amount I paid per pair. They also stated that this was an issue with every single pair of jeans that will ever be hemmed. WHAT?! I paid for a service to be done correctly and was promised a refund if it was not done correctly. THEY CONTRACT A TAILOR THAT REPRESENTS THEIR BUSINESS AND DOES A POOR JOB, HENSE WHY THEIR BUSINESS NOW GETS A BAD REVIEW. read more

Joanne is amazing! She was one of the few people willing to give me a ballpark quote over the phone based on where my bridesmaid dress is from. Everywhere else said I had to bring it in or they charged me a higher price than Joanne's pricing. I just needed a simple trim of the dress and Joanne was able to perform in a timely manner. I had such high hopes for this business as I saw so many great reviews and when I came in everything was so positive but the lack of assertiveness and communication was very disappointing. I came here to bring my wedding dress to get cleaned and sew after my wedding and have it put into a preserved box. Everything went great to begin with. I got a pretty good quote on pricing $300 which is the average price for cleaning in a wedding dress so the the box and a timetable of 3 months to have my dress fully cleaned and sew. I was supposed to pick it up on August 3rd. I never got the chance to come pick it up at the time it was ready due to work and personal things. Fast forward I was finally able to come pick it up on September 1st. Granted this was almost 1 month after my scheduled pickup date. I walk into the store to pickup my dress and I'm told that it's not ready yet that they hadn't sewn it. I spoke to the lady in charge and I explained that I gave them an extra month and she didn't know how to answer. I never even got a phone call ahead of time. A complete waste of trip. On September 1st she gave me a new date in two weeks. September 15th to be exact I was told to come pickup my dress again. Again I come on the exact date to pick up the dress and again I'm told that they hadn't sewn it. No phone call again. At this point I'm ready to take my dress but she told me 1 more time to come pickup Monday. Monday comes around and 2 hours before I come to pickup the dress I get a phone call that it's not ready to come back Tuesday. It took them 1 month and a half to finally call me to let me know not to waste a trip. Tuesday comes around and I'm picking up my dress and I have to wait another 20 min for them to put my dress into the preserved box. I am so disappointed with this business and I will not be returning. Such a great start and it all went down hill due to lack of attentiveness, assertiveness, and communication. read more
