Mouna was absolutely wonderful, and she was a great help as I got ready for my wedding. Her prices are great, especially for dresses, and she specializes in bridal!! Along with her daughter, she made her space so cozy and inviting, and I found myself looking forward to going back to the seamstress! She hemmed and bustled my gown, and it was perfect, so I was able to dance it in. It was a clear clip bustle which made it super easy to put up and down which my photographers were in awe of! When altering, she tried to preserve as much of the original as possible and even gave me any scraps she had to cut off, which I really appreciated and used for color checking when shopping for my husband's suit! She also put a corset back on my mom's dress so it could fit her properly and fit half of my bridesmaids into their dresses (the green dress was too big and long, the single shoulder dress did not fit properly on the top, and the orange dress bulged in the back). Finally, she tailored 3 of my very large brothers into their suits as you can see in the photos. I have been recommending her to all my friends, and I recommend her to you too! read more

I found Mouna's on yelp and had her alter 5 pairs of jeans / pants for me. Some were tricky because they needed to be taken up but I wanted to keep an original fabric at the bottom and I also wanted to be able to cuff two of them. I used to go to the denim doctor but they kept coming back a little too short. Mouna did an amazing job on ALL of them. She's also done stuff for my wife, including a complicated alteration on the Mother Of The Bride dress. They are nice people, efficient and do a great job at a reasonable price. read more

Mouna saved my wedding! Long story short I found myself with an alteration emergency when my wedding dress arrived late and I needed extensive alterations to even be able to get into it because I'm 17 weeks pregnant. After being turned away from a few alteration shops because of the very short window of time I had (2 days), I reached out to Mouna and spoke to her lovely daughter who told me how much Mouna loves to work on wedding dresses and that even though she is busy she would be happy to help me, that she has over 25 years of experience with sewing and alterations and does amazing work. This already had me feeling good. Not only did she make time for me, but when I brought my dress in the same evening, Mouna put in hours and hours of overtime to make it work for me, allowing me to do multiple fittings while she was in the process. I was in need of tailoring for my wedding suit. My pants were too wide in the legs and a little long and my suit jacket was a little big around the chest and stomach. After looking around and reaching out to a few places Mouna and Natalie were by far the most responsive. I was able to bring my pants and suit jacket in the day after reaching out to them. Mouna got me fitted and while Natalie answered all of my questions. My suit was fully done in about 5 days (counting the weekend). It looks absolutely perfect and it fits just as perfect too. I could not be more happy with the work on my suit. When I was told the price I was stunned (in a good way). It was a lot cheaper than I was expecting based on estimates from other tailors and online. I would have gladly paid 3x more because of how satisfied I am with the work If you are hesitant because of the few reviews (at the time of writing this) don't be. I requested service for three items: adding straps to my wedding dress, fixing a HUGE hole in my jacket, and making a top tighter. Natalies mom went above and beyond my expectations. She also adjusted my wedding dress to fit me more snugly after I asked her. She measured everything to make sure it fit me well.
