My husband and I had been going here for almost 2 years. It was never clean. Weird people would come in and out. A couple times other people tried to take my clothes out of the dryers not knowing I was right there. Plus, forget it if you need to use the bathroom because it isn't open the public. The sink they have also doesn't really work so if you get any soap on your hands there is no place to wash them. However, the place was close to home so we put up with it. They have TVs but it is usually never on anything good but there were places to sit down (although not very many). One time they actually had sports on and we were watching the game and the manager came in and turned it to another station. We were the only ones in there at the time doing laundry and were clearly watching so it is obvious that the TVs are not there for customers but for the manager's entertainment (I believe this was after the new owners took over.) The first new owner was very nice and said they would be getting new machines and improving the place, which was great considering the old ones didn't do a good job at washing or drying and the place was always dirty. That day the place was actually clean. After the new machines were installed we met another person that said they were the owner. This was a very bad experience. Even though they had new machines they didn't wash clothes well. They took out all but one bench to sit, so you basically have to stand the entire time you are there. I told my husband that we were never going back after that. So happy that the new owner made us not to want to go back because we found a new place. Didn't expect much after this place. To say we were in awe of the new place is an understatement. Very clean. A bathroom for the public. A sink that actually works (just tested it but didn't use). Great machines that do exceptional well at cleaning and drying clothes. They have machines that easily wash comforters to perfection. A special machine for cleaning sneakers. Lots of chairs. Great folding tables. Now we actually look forward to doing our laundry. read more

I am a laundromat novice, so I was intimidated to go here and figure it out for the first time. Our home wash and dryer were out of service for the week, so I brought over a week's worth of laundry for a family of five. It ended up being about $20 and took about 2.5 hrs. The laundromat and machines are both clean and easy to familiarize yourself with. There are plenty of benches and chairs to sit and wait, as well as carts to move your laundry between machines. One of the machines has powder detergent in the B chamber that is clear that the water nozzle in this chamber didn't work in the previous wash. The other has trouble with the latch and I had to use a few techniques to shut it because I had set up everything and I couldn't move to another one again.! While washing it didn't have spin at the end of the A stage.! The machine labeled 11 had it, which is very valuable in proper cleaning. Who is responsible for servicing these machines.?! read more

Great small place to do laundry. The parking is small and gets busy since there are other businesses. There is someone on site if you have an issue. Some of the washing machines don't work. Some of the dryer doors don't close or stay closed and it's been like that for a while. I've seen the owner come in but doesn't seem to want to fix the issues. read more

I did a little experiment to see the difference the machine would do because I never done the premium prewash setting before. I filled both machines about 3/4th to full because that's the way I was taught. On the left the machine started at 34 or 35 min and on the right the machine start at 24 or 25 mine. About a 10 min different. I thought to myself, oh great the left machine will add water immediately to soak the clothes and spin it also. But I only saw the clothes spinning for the first 5-6 min and when the timer hit 29 min then I started to see water being poured on the clothes. I was a bit confused on why there wasn't water the whole 10 min of prewashing. Then 5 min later I saw soap being added. Comparing to the machine on the right, water and soap was added immediately to the clothes and started spinning as well. If I come here next time to wash clothes I'm most likely just going to do the regular wash which is 5.50 instead of the 6$. read more

The owners here are very friendly, I sometimes see them work on maintenance checks while I do laundry, which is very nice and as such, I never had any problems with a machine here. There is one flat screen TV playing the news at the side of the laundromat and is a good way to listen to and kill time while you sit on the couple of benches in the middle aisle or fold laundry. My partner and I like to discuss whatever topics are being shown on TV. Definitely make sure you try to come when you feel like other people won't be doing laundry. Just to ensure you can sit down at one of the spots inside. The most busy time I had encountered thus far was on Tuesday afternoon after work around 3:30-4PM but once 5PM hit, it died down and went back to being chill. The parking lot is a small size, there's some parking on the side of the street in case you don't get a spot. Anyways, I have enjoyed going here a lot and can always rely on this place to get my laundry done and for a reasonable price. Tip: If you are going to use the folding counters, I'd suggest bringing your own spray and wipes to ensure it's clean, just because many people frequent the place and the cleaning isn't THAT often. I'm a local valley girl and I must say this is one of the first laundromats I've ever encountered where everyone is so welcoming it's small but yet it has everything that most of the big ones don't have and that is charging stations it also has a big fan it also has multiple chairs get this so when you actually fold your clothes you can actually sit down and then even though the washer and dryers there's limited that's what makes this place so unique and then there's in the middle of the laundromat are a picnic bench while you wash your clothes you can actually sit there and they also have a massage chair for such little space they squeeze all this in for you and I just met the two ladies tonight on shift their names are Sophia & Yamileth were so welcoming I actually don't feel rushed!!! I went to drop of my laundry today and out of nowhere I learned that there has been a 50% increase in their drop off next day wash and fold service. So what was $1.00 per pound is now $1.50 per pound. What would have cost me $24 tomorrow will will now costs $36 dollars. Say $24 every two weeks, 28 times a year equates to $672 Now $36 every two weeks = $1,008/year Additional $336 for the year Wishing you all the best, but definitely loosing my business. I'm hoping I get to update this but based on the way Mike (the owner) is trying to gaslight me I doubt it: When doing fluff and fold they organize it by type of clothes. When I last order was delivered, I found it bizarre that after months of using their service and always receiving it in the blue bags I send them in, it came back in a heavy purple tote. Even stranger was I sent 2 bags but only got one back. When I finally started putting the order away, I realized ALL the socks, ALL the boxers,ALL the panties, and ALL the shorts were missing from the order. I called and was told I would receive a follow up the next day. I heard nothing back. I am unable to get my son ready for school because of the fact that everything that covers his bottom half was left behind. The way the bag was delivered, it is clear they weighed the clothes in the tote. This is a cover up. I'm not sure who ended up with over $250 worth of adidas items & bamboo underwear, but it's not me. And I cannot believe the owners approach on this 24/7 business is to say they will follow up, and then not follow up at all, and have to be chased down. I am crossing my fingers that they will actually fix this and I can update this review to say how wonderful their customer service is and how they take accountability for mistakes and will never leave you high and dry. I hope that more than anything. But based on how the owner was speaking to me I will not hold my breath. Sadly, it looks like I will have to report to the BBB and possibly open a small claims case, because I absolutely cannot afford to replace everything they lost. **update** The longer this week goes, the more I realize was left out of my order. They clearly lost a bag. I will have to take off work today to go shopping for my kids, since they no longer have underwear or socks thanks to Rinse & Roll. They have sensory issues and I normally can only get their necessary items online, but Rinse and Roll has left me in a position where I have to hope and pray I can find something locally that wont irritate their skin and wont just be another waste of money. Otherwise, they will have to miss school tomorrow due to Rinse and Roll losing their clothes and IGNORING the problem over the weekend. The owner (Mike) has ZERO accountability and was clearly making things up as he went along. After I told him I was upset that he ignored it over the weekend and did not call me back as he had promised, he suddenly stated that on Sunday he had "called all the people he delivered to the same day as me" and asked if they had my things -- if that were true, why not say it earlier, rather than when I am clearly crying from how stressful you have made my life? Why not say that Monday morning, when I first asked why you didnt call me back on Sunday as you had promised? Why wait until I am in tears on TUESDAY if you actually spent the time calling your customers (and therefore alerting them to the fact that you lost a bag of laundry from another customer)? Why is this information that comes out TWO DAYS after you allegedly called everyone? I will tell you why -- because it is a lie he is using to get out of how badly he screwed up. He happened to be the one who delivered this particular bag, and he was clearly stressed. He obviously is incapable of doing the basic parts of his own business. I would not be surprised to find out if he had personally lost the bag in question. So he can't just throw someone else under the bus, but is incapable of admitting to making a mistake. To call him unscrupulous would be an understatement. When this first started, I was prepared to remain a loyal customer. But listening to Mike make up lies on the fly to try to cover up his own personal mistake shattered that as a possibility. If he at any moment had just said "yes, it's missing, here is how I will make it up to you" then everything would have been different. Instead, he is trying to act as though he is doing me a favor by trying to find the clothes HE lost. SO now I will be out a full day pay, on top of having to spend hundreds of dollars to replace their items. All and all, I will be out over $500 today. Had Mike called me back on Sunday (as he promised) then I would have known he had no clue where my clothes were and been able to address it over the weekend. But he assured me he would get back to me... and then just kept lying and lying and lying. There are so many other laundry services in the valley. Go somewhere else. I am sure you can find someone 100x more ethical and reliable. than the owner of this establishment. read more

Wonderful experience with their fluff and fold service. They saved me when my dryer was broken. The owner was lovely. It was very easy to create an account and schedule a pick up. The pick up was prompt as was the nearly overnight return of all the items. He even asked if I had a detergent preference. Wonderful experience starts to finish. There's an app that always you to pay with your phone in case you don't have change/cash. I haven't been to any laundromat for over 20 years reading the reviews of R&R I decided to go here even though it was farther from my house. The staff was helpful, patiently teaching me how to use the machines. This place was very clean, they had detergent, Fabric softener, Bleach, even extra laundry bags in case you need extra. I had about six loads of laundry from king size blanket to my kids clothes. I found out (when I was done) that they offer wash and fold for $1/lbs! You don't even have to provide the detergent, had I known that I would've have them wash all the clothes, I bet it would've been cheaper considering I spent four hours there. I ended up needing extra bag which the owner Michael offered it to me for free. They have Variety of bags from $2 to $10 heavy duty one. Washer number 15/16 was broken and left my blankets completely soaked. I had to pay to use another machine to make sure my blankets were damp enough to put into the dryer. When I asked the attendant working at the time if the place offered refunds, she pretended to not speak English and pointed me to the guy working at the window. I heard her speaking English to someone else. Prices are a little high and the parking lot for this place is so small. It's always super crowded and is never ventilated. After going to Sam Laundry (not always called that) for a decade, I finally had to break up with them. Endless price increases to pay for improvements, I had had enough. This laundromat is also very close to where I live. Parking is a challenge, that's the only real downside here. Prices are WAY more reasonable.
