They recently changed their payment system. Now you have to buy credit for $10 and up. You get charged $1.99 for each card and $1.99 to use credit card. My laundry usually costs under $10. To start with, all residual money left on previous cards are useless because the card must have enough credit for the each service! So I got a new card for $10. I was charged $11.99 and received $8.01 credit which is not enough. I complained to the attendant and she said the extra $1.99 is for a new card!! So I, in front of her, used the card newly obtained and added $10 more; I WAS CHARGED $11.99 AGAIN EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT GET A NEW CARD. Next stop; LA Consumer Affairs! read more

This laundry location is amazing. Always clean machines are new and run great! You can get the mobile app and it makes it super easy to pay for the machine. You can even use it for the vending machine. I never see kids running around. It's pretty quiet inside and they keep good shows on the TV and the bathroom is very clean never any homeless people or creepy people inside it feels very safe and the AC is always on. Nothing ever improves in this place. It gets more expensive and the machines don't look new like how everyone says. They're always broken and some of the laundry machine doors struggle to close. The worst part is having to pay for a 'laundry card' with a minimum of $10. Which is crazy, the minimum shouldn't even be that high. Every time they're under new ownership it gets worse and worse. Pluses and minuses. I used their drop off "wash and fold" service. I dropped off at 9:00 am one day and told the person at the desk I needed pickup next day morning. She said "no problem". Well... there was a problem. Clothes were not ready at opening, not ready at promised time on receipt of 9:30 am... not ready until about 10:30 am. This was an inconvenience for me because we were visiting and had to leave and come back to pickup clothes. The clothes were washed and folded nicely. Their prices were good but watch out for the $30 minimum. Overall, would not use again. read more

I come here every week. I have to say the upgrade on the machine is nice but the staff not so great. There used to be a guy that would greet you with a smile always. Now these 2 ladies if you ask them something they answer you like if you are bothering them. They bring their family and they eat together in front of the people. Their kids run around screaming and they get on the way. Very annoying and dangerous as you are moving with your clothes. I am not sure if I will continue coming here. read more

This place is great, I didn't catch her name but the Hispanic lady working at night is absolutely outstanding!! She has great customer service and the place was really clean. I didn't close a washer fully and water spilled and she cleaned it as soon as I let her know, and was very understanding about it. She kept great conversations with my sister and I while still doing her folding or cleaning that she had to do. You can tell that the she also definitely cares a lot for her customers as well. She also made sure we were safe when there was someone aggressive coming in. She is a great person! read more

Ever since the place was bought I've had nothing but pleasant experiences. Sure, the machines go out sometimes, it's expected. Anytime I've addressed that the employees assisted me gladly. Tonight though, was by far the best experience. I didn't get the gentleman's name but I'm pretty sure he's the owner, I am heavily pregnant, die next week, he saw that and went out of his way to offer me a more comfortable seating option as well as a blanket. You can't beat human kindness. The place Is cozy, clean, the bathroom smells great all the time. My little family and I enjoy doing our laundry here weekly. I love this place sooo clean, Will is friendly and helpful. I've been to other laundry mats but I keep coming back to this one. I'll drive out the way to come here. It's clean, quiet, and I've never had a problem with the machines. They have easy a mobile app where you can pay with the app instead of having to find quarters. They do take quarters as well. read more

I only need laundry mat services to wash large items like bed spreads. I decided to try Topanga Laundry because it is located closer to my home. Although it costs less to use the machines, it's extremely dirty and there is no public's restroom. In addition, some of the machines are in need of maintenance. The door of the first dryer I tried would not stay closed. I will not be back. read more

We were visiting the area & needed a laundromat, 8:30 pm Friday night. This place was open from 5 am until 10pm / last load in @ 9 pm . loved the place Very clean ,reasonably priced newer machines. Very friendly manager/ owner on site to help keep clean & Safe for all to use.. Sign on door to keep doors closed (as A/C on ) , But invited anyone in to keep cool during Hot days. Had a magazine rack with only one mag. the rest was filled with books to read/trade & many for younger children for young education & entertainment. restraints in the small plaza & a Deltaco. If you don't have your own laundry machines at home this is a very nice place to go. read more

This place is very filthy , coin machines don't work , the workers and manager here ARE SUPER RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL !!!! (Rude comments from employees) NOT WELCOMING WHATSOEVER . Their fluff and fold is amazing ! They take such care and pride in cleaning and folding the clothes. It's easy to put away because it's organized (e.g towels together, t shirts together etc). I use their next day service and they promptly send a text once it's ready. It isn't exactly cheap if you have a lot of clothes but for me, working the hours I do it's worth every penny. read more

I've used their laundromat, and it's what you expect a laundromat should be. The machines work and the staff is helpful. However, I'm writing this review for their fluff and fold service! I needed a couple pillows and a comforter cleaned. I dropped them off in the afternoon and also left a load of laundry with them as well since I was there anyway. They estimated it wouldn't be ready till the next day which was a bummer (because those were my only pillows), but reasonable. They were ready two hours before closing (10 PM close)! Got to sleep in a fully-made, amazing-smelling bed last night, and the clothes were folded well too. The shirts were in perfect squares which is just how I like 'em! read more

I don't know why this place has 5 stars. The washing machines are horrible, when I pulled my clothes out of each machine they were still SOAKING wet. To help dry faster, I tried splitting up each load into multiple dryers. Well, that didn't help. The dryers barely heat up and I kept having to put more money to continue drying. This place is definitely a scam, they earn a ton of money off of you here. They keep your clothes soaking wet from the washers, so you have to spend A LOT more on the dryers. The floors were also super dirty, and when I went to use the sink, it was also dirty and the water barley trickled out. I will not be coming back here. No pride in ownership here at all. read more

I love this place! They're fast, efficient and extremely affordable. The location is so central to everything and they do a great job maintaining the facilities. It's one of the best Wash and Fold locations in the valley with very pleasant service. We only stop going because we moved into a house and now have our own washer and dryer.
