First time coming here and honestly loved it! There are SO many washers and dryers which is a huge plus because I didn't have to sit around waiting for anything to open up. The staff was also amazing, super nice and helpful especially since it was my first time here and I had no idea how everything worked lol. You can pay with cash, card, or through their app which is what I ended up using and it made everything sooo easy. They also have games and stuff to pass the time while you wait which I thought was cute! They even have a happy hour Wednesday and Thursday 4-6pm where washes are $1 off Overall super clean, easy, and convenient experience. Definitely recommend and I'll be coming back! read more

What a well run operation. Very clean with lots of washers. Employee on duty was very helpful. Definitely coming back to wash our comforters read more

I visited this laundromat for the first time today, and it did not disappoint. From the moment I called to ask about payment options, the owner provided exceptional customer service. The facility is extremely well maintained, and the machines are excellent--the dryers efficiency was especially impressive, getting my clothes completely dry without needing extra time or money. I drove 10 miles out of my way based on the outstanding Yelp reviews, and it was worth every mile. read more

Clean Threads Laundry - 45 pounds of laundry nicely folded up for me!!! - Laundromat Near Me - Simi Valley, California

The staff on site was wonderful and so helpful. I loved using the laundryPay app so I didn't have to use quarters, and could also monitor my laundry finish time. I actually look forward to washing my clothes here! read more

What a clean laundromat. Well kept up and will come back. And the staff are really nice there

I love that this company offers free pick up and delivery. I'm located in Agoura Hills and don't always get out to the Simi Valley area that often. They are also able to clean large bedding pieces that would not be able to be washed in a normal washer dryer. For example, I previously had a down feather mattress topper washed, and most recently a down feather comforter. I highly recommend this company. They do great work and the customer service is top-notch. read more

Friendliest service. Two thumbs up way way up for Clean Threads read more

Having work done on my house so I don't have access to my washer and dryer. Clean Threads is right down the street. I've never been to a Laundromat that is so welcoming and clean. Howard, the owner, knows his customers by name and there's always such a great, happy energy when coming in to do something that most people don't enjoy doing--laundry. This place also does so much for the community. They just finished their Stocking Stuffers for Seniors campaign, and have sponsored a number of programs for their community. Thanks for the great atmosphere! read more

Clean Threads Laundry - Some fun games for customers while waiting - Laundromat Near Me - Simi Valley, California

I did about 5 loads of laundry and accidentally left one in the washer. I came back 4 days later and they had held it in the back for me! I was so happy as I had some of my favorite clothes in that load. The lady who helped me was extremely nice and took the time to check all the lost and found. Also the place is very well maintained with many machines and a large folding area. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again for keeping my left behind load!!!! read more

Great place to do your laundry! I am glad I went here. You can pay using an app for all of the machines and it tells you the time left or which machine is free. You can even add the time on the app. Place is clean and the staff is very nice. They even gave out free donuts when I was there. I just wished they had more of the big washers and dryers for blankets and comforters. I am glad I went early in the morning because a lot of people used the big machines after I was done. Also, it seems like the app only worked if you use their own wifi, which I did not like. read more

Just wow! My dryer broke and is taking longer than expected to repair, after waiting 1.5 weeks (was told sooner) I decided to try this place out bc the piles are filling up quickly . Came early in the morning with a suitcase and 3 hampers full of clothes. The owner (horrible with names and I forgot) greeted me, offered to help bring everything in, showed me the different machines for washing (multiple sizes different prices based on size) the dryers, and explained the app and how to use it to pay if you don't have quarters. He was so incredibly helpful! Side note, go with the app, after spending money with washing you earn rewards and can use that towards drying. Ok machines are clean, the whole place looks newly renovated and clean, plenty of places to sit and fold laundry, tv, pinball machine, and music playing. It felt like I was doing laundry at home or even more at my friendly neighborhood laundromat. Definitely will be back for my bigger items like sheets and blankets. read more

This place is a wonderful place to do laundry very clean. People are very helpful there very entertaining magazines games, they even help me out with my laundry to my car. A+ for them. read more

Amazing! The facility is managed with care and it's so clean! Best laundromat I've been to.

I've never met a happier group of employees. GEEZ! That energy radiates. My washer broke and meanwhile I opted to get some laundry done down the street. This place and group of people make me not want to replace my washer! I think I've met everyone that works here already (3rd visit) and every single person is so nice . The owners and staff are constantly walking around cleaning, wiping and making sure you don't need help, they have a free pinball machine, and sometimes they even have snacks for free (hotdogs, doughnuts, chips). I hope God continues to bless this establishment and the people here. Doing laundry can be such a hassle, with the sketchy people that lurk, learning the machines, pricing, etc. NOT HERE though! Place makes me feel like family lol my only complaint is probably that they close early? Idk I don't have any. Great job owners and staff! read more

Clean Threads Laundry - Free pinball! - Laundromat Near Me - Simi Valley, California

Everything went great. So helpful . If I ever need to use a laundry mat again that is the place I will go.

First time coming to a laundry mat but I had a huge comforter that needed washing and I just couldn't fit it in the one I have at home So glad I came to Clean Threads! Was immediately greeted by Howard and he walked me through the process step by step. He and his wife Jill were on their feet actively helping many customers pull in carts, fold clothes etc Place is clean, inviting, had music playing as well as a couple table games to make the time spent enjoyable. You can really appreciate the investment and passion poured into this business. read more

What a great laundromat! A man greeted us at the door and helped bring all our laundry in. The space is clean and has an option to pay on your phone which is great, they have happy hours on Wednesdays and it's $1 off a load. They have nice music and have spots to sit as you wait for your laundry and a free pinball machine! Seriously so nice, will definitely be coming back read more

Clean Threads Laundry - Washers - Laundromat Near Me - Simi Valley, California

This business is under new management as of Summer 2022. All the 1-4 star reviews are from before. All the ones since are 5 stars. This laundromat is safe, very clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The machines seem to be on the newer side. They have 4 really big dryers for comforters, etc. Price seems average. They have an optional app called LaundryPay with a few benefits: tells you how many washers/dryers are open before you go, can use your credit card instead of cash, loyalty points that you can use same day (though they expire within weeks), and tells you when your washer or dryer is finishing up. I wouldn't put more money on the app than you need though, per the app reviews. read more

This is what a laundromat in heaven must look like. The cleanest facility I've ever seen!! The machines are also clean no surprise items found. They staff tries their best to check the washers after every wash to ensure nothing gets left behind. Friendly staff, makes you feel at home. Wish I lived closer to use the facility more often. read more

Fantastic service. Nice to see some people still have a work ethic and look after their customers and their business with care.

I come here a couple times a year for big wash items. It's always so clean and the staff has been very helpful.

Best Laundromat Experience I've Ever Had. - Howard & his incredibly friendly staff are always there to answer questions and be of help, - Spotless-clean surfaces & machines, - Speaking of the machines: they are more affordable & do a better job than any other coin-operated washer / dryers I've used before, - Bonus: Play some pinball while you wait! I can't recommend Clean Threads enough! read more

I love doing my laundry at this laundromat. I only wish that they were open until 9pm on Thursdays and Fridays.

I'm an avid quilter and needed to wash a Ca King size quilt with a drop for the first time. I was concerned because of the time and expense invested in this quilt. I found Clean Threads Laundry and read great reviews. I was wanting a laundry mat that had newer machines and clean premises was a priority. Clean Threads fit the bill 100%. I spoke to Howard, the owner who was reassuring and very helpful. Upon arriving, Doreen was able to walk me thru the procedures. Everyone in the laundry mat was so nice and kind. They have plenty of washers and dryers both regular and oversized if needed. I will never go anywhere else and I will recommend this laundry mat to our local Simi Quilt Guild and all quilters that shop Quilty Pleasures in the Simi Town Center. They even will wash, dry and fold your laundry if you desire. Top notch place!! read more

Everything is clean. Machines are great. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Came to wash a new large cal-king mattress pad (I'm not a savage who will use something like that before washing it!), and was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. Worth the 25 minute drive from the valley! read more

Hands down the best laundromat I have ever been to and I have been to many over the years. The machines are all newer and you can use an app to pay. The app is the coolest because it alerts you when your wash/dry is done. This facility is very clean and spacious. I come more often now because I actually enjoy vs dread doing laundry now. The owners and their son are super nice too. read more

Super clean laundry mat! 100% recommend! I don't mind making that drive from Simi West to Simi East

Awesome laundry house! Clean, friendly staff and owner. Wow, I don't usually come to laundry mats but brought my dad to wash his clothes and was impressed. They have it super clean, lots of washers to choose from. A few benches to wait and play board game. Friendly staff, really attentive and makes me want to come wash my clothes here! Great place to do weekly laundry! Been coming here for about 2 years to do my weekly laundry and they recently got new owners. The couple that now owns it are super sweet, maintains the place clean, and are very pleasant. I am so impressed with this laundry mat. Immaculate. I came in today because my dryer broke. The very nice attendant helped me load the laundry app so that I could use a credit card.
