I love that this company offers free pick up and delivery. I'm located in Agoura Hills and don't always get out to the Simi Valley area that often. They are also able to clean large bedding pieces that would not be able to be washed in a normal washer dryer. For example, I previously had a down feather mattress topper washed, and most recently a down feather comforter. I highly recommend this company. They do great work and the customer service is top-notch. read more

I did about 5 loads of laundry and accidentally left one in the washer. I came back 4 days later and they had held it in the back for me! I was so happy as I had some of my favorite clothes in that load. The lady who helped me was extremely nice and took the time to check all the lost and found. Just wow! My dryer broke and is taking longer than expected to repair, after waiting 1.5 weeks (was told sooner) I decided to try this place out bc the piles are filling up quickly . Came early in the morning with a suitcase and 3 hampers full of clothes. The owner (horrible with names and I forgot) greeted me, offered to help bring everything in, showed me the different machines for washing (multiple sizes different prices based on size) the dryers, and explained the app and how to use it to pay if you don't have quarters. He was so incredibly helpful! Side note, go with the app, after spending money with washing you earn rewards and can use that towards drying. Ok machines are clean, the whole place looks newly renovated and clean, plenty of places to sit and fold laundry, tv, pinball machine, and music playing. It felt like I was doing laundry at home or even more at my friendly neighborhood laundromat. Definitely will be back for my bigger items like sheets and blankets. read more

I've never met a happier group of employees. GEEZ! That energy radiates. My washer broke and meanwhile I opted to get some laundry done down the street. This place and group of people make me not want to replace my washer! I think I've met everyone that works here already (3rd visit) and every single person is so nice . The owners and staff are constantly walking around cleaning, wiping and making sure you don't need help, they have a free pinball machine, and sometimes they even have snacks for free (hotdogs, doughnuts,chips). I hope God continues to bless this establishment and the people here. Doing laundry can be such a hassle, with the sketchy people that lurk, learning the machines, pricing, etc. NOT HERE though! First time coming to a laundry mat but I had a huge comforter that needed washing and I just couldn't fit it in the one I have at home So glad I came to Clean Threads! Was immediately greeted by Howard and he walked me through the process step by step. He and his wife Jill were on their feet actively helping many customers pull in carts, fold clothes etc Place is clean, inviting, had music playing as well as a couple table games to make the time spent enjoyable. This business is under new management as of Summer 2022. All the 1-4 star reviews are from before. All the ones since are 5 stars. This laundromat is safe, very clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The machines seem to be on the newer side. They have 4 really big dryers for comforters, etc. Price seems average. They have an optional app called LaundryPay with a few benefits: tells you how many washers/dryers are open before you go, can use your credit card instead of cash, loyalty points that you can use same day (though they expire within weeks), and tells you when your washer or dryer is finishing up. I wouldn't put more money on the app than you need though, per the app reviews. read more

I found Clean Threads Laundry and read great reviews. I was wanting a laundry mat that had newer machines and clean premises was a priority. Clean Threads fit the bill 100%. I spoke to Howard, the owner who was reassuring and very helpful. Upon arriving, Doreen was able to walk me thru the procedures. Everyone in the laundry mat was so nice and kind. They have plenty of washers and dryers both regular and oversized if needed. I will never go anywhere else and I will recommend this laundry mat to our local Simi Quilt Guild and all quilters that shop Quilty Pleasures in the Simi Town Center. Going to Clean Threads is not just "going to do my laundry," but an experience. The place is immaculately clean, and there is no waiting for machines to open as there are plenty, there is always a friendly staff member to help, and the machines are incredible. I have never had my clothes so clean. And fast---my clothes are washed in 25-30 minutes and dried in under 20. Be sure to talk to staff about the drying points earned for free time on the dryer. Lots of folding tables make the job easier. There is a picnic table for children to play provided games, as well as a free pinball machine. Donuts are available on Sat and Sundays courtesy of charming and friendly Howard, one of the owners. (His wife is the other and I have not had the opportunity to meet her.) They have an attendant on-site and she was really helpful. They also have plenty of rolling baskets for use. Bathroom was very clean as well. Hands down the best laundromat I have ever been to and I have been to many over the years. The machines are all newer and you can use an app to pay. Went today for my first time due to broken washing machine, the minute I walk in I am greeted immediately and asked if I need help , I say I've never been here before, and with that response the owner announced we have a first timer and squeezed the squeaky pig , I must admit it caught me completely off guard especially at a laundromat but it also made my bad day a fun one . Anyway he explained all the machines looked at how much laundry I had ,which I thought was a lot but he said no I only needed to use one machine and it was the small machine that's also their cheapest machine.
