The wife, is an amazing talent with the sewing machine & the husband is just as amazing. Just today he walked a woman to her car carrying half her load holding the umbrella over HER head until she got to her car & grabbed her own. Then followed me to my car holding the umbrella over my head.. wasn't necessary but the gesture left me in awe. I've been coming here for years & can't imagine ever needed to go anywhere else. Just needed dry cleaning as it was brand new. Went back 2 weeks later and they couldn't locate it. They said they've been having problems with their cleaner. Oh they don't dry clean on the property. Went back a month after dropping it off and my ticket didn't match what was on my outfit. It said Tina T and it was $75 cleaning. I'm like what is your daughter wearing my clothes. Again the mother calls the daughter and confirms it's my item. So yes she is wearing customer clothes. I left with my item and I was really mad and paid $8. Be aware and don't take your dry cleaning there. Maybe once upon a time it was a great establishment. But not today. I'm not sure what the actually do. Be aware and stay away !

Its the Quality, Honesty and fair prices that are going to keep me a long time customer and I suggest everyone in Simi give them a shot and see what you think. Turn around time to pick up your items is very quick (usually 2 or 3 days) and they always have excellent customer service when you are asking for extra work (tailoring etc). I even showed up 15 minutes after closing the day before Halloween and I was spotted at the door by an employee before she drove away. She recognized me and went in and got my items (my costume) for me. Its the little things that matter the most sometimes.
