I highly recommend their cleaning service! The service was excellent from start to finish. Tony was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and he did a great job explaining everything. The value was very reasonable for the quality of service we received. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional cleaning service! read more

Disappointing and strange experience. We brought in a Carhartt T-shirt and asked if they could remove the sleeves and finish/sew the edges to turn it into a muscle-style shirt for my husband. The gentleman seemed hesitant but checked with the seamstress and accepted the shirt. The next day, they called and simply said they couldn't do it, with no real explanation. I understand if an alteration isn't possible, but the interaction when we dropped it off already felt a little dismissive. We were essentially asking for the sleeves to be professionally cut and finished rather than leaving raw edges if we did it ourselves. I also asked if they could note the shirt's measurements because it's difficult finding shirts that fit larger guys well. For a business that advertises alterations, the whole experience just felt odd and not very customer-friendly. read more

Nice customer service. Gave me 50% off as a first time customer. Clothes came back dry cleaned well

Great neighborhood business. Both Tony and Alex are great at taking care of business.

I'm done with this place first sweater I ever took there shrunk give them a chance again because they were able to fix it today got my 900$ amiri sweater back bot only is it shrunk but also faded and the material looks like they put it on high heat in a dryer! I took some jeans there that got faded but I just figured it was because they're jeans but I guess I was wrong and just poor care from this place. read more

Excellent quality alterations if a bit pricey. Prompt service. Cash discount. Pleasant front desk staff.

I needed a suit to be tailored in a short timeframe. Not only did they do a great job, but they did it fast and for a good price! Will definitely be back. read more

Amazing fast service. very nice and easy to drop in my clothes and out the door. I have done both dry cleaning and getting some garments tailored. read more

Absolutely amazing service! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I brought in my Dodger jersey with a pretty bad ketchup stain, and I was honestly worried it would leave an oil mark. But when I picked it up, it looked brand new! I was seriously impressed. Also, the fact that they're open on Sundays is a huge help with my schedule. Highly recommend this place great quality and great people! read more

Rude & overpriced and the alteration was terrible! What more can I say? I will never go there again!!!

I will not return! My two black sweaters still had particles on the front and sleeves from the last wear...appears to be only pressed and folded on hangers. They were not dry cleaned, as I was charged for! My expensive Eileen Fisher slacks were washed, not dry cleaned, and are now ruined. They're now thin, misshapen and shrunk 2 inches in length. You couldn't even press the creases back in them. The $39 loss for nonexhistant "dry cleaning" is bad enough but the loss of $160 pants is inexcusable. read more

Everything about Tailormade in Simi Valley exceeds my expectations for quality of cleaning and customer service. I care about how customers are welcomed and how my clothing is treated. I also love that there is a commitment to environmentally safe cleaning and that they pay attention to my request for no plastic over our clothing. I can take my hangers back to them too! Try them and they will warm your repeated business! read more

I had my mother of the bride dress altered here and they did a spectacular job!! Very affordable.

I've gotten several pieces tailored here and they do a great job! The fitting room is a nice touch.

Fast, friendly service to a top quality standard. I couldn't be happier. Glad I tried them.

Tony was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the whole process a breeze. My suit came back perfectly cleaned and pressed, looking as good as new. The service was quick and professional, and I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommend! read more

So much good things to say about Tailormade!!! Best prices in town :) mega first time discount and to top it off loyal customer discount.. I can't ask for better! Super nice people and my clothes smell clean and the stains are gone! Great parking with drive thru available; Eco friendly cleaning and no plastic solutions. I bought a garment bag that they reuse every time I come back; I actually found them on a Sunday when everyone else was closed! Oh, and there's a car wash conveniently located next door :) that saved me time. Take my word, give them a try and judge yourselves! read more

Giselle is an amazing seamstress, a real artist with clothing. Excellent and diligent dry cleaning services, too.

Great quality and service. They cleaned a vintage jacket with sequins that I didn't know if it could be cleaned. It came out like new.

I highly recommend them. They were able to fix my pants suit last minute and dry clean my shirt for my cousins wedding. Being a mailman it's very hard to get time off or have time after work to do this things. Thank you for your hard work and help. read more

it was great. I took two pair of pants in to be shortened. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

I'm very pleased with their service and prices are very fair, I would say cheap to be honest! My dog had an accident and I needed my comforter cleaned ASAP.. I got a few quotes and Tailormade was the best by far. read more

Great prices , fast service I have been here a few times and they do a good job with cleaning and tailoring.

Excellent work both in cleaning and tailoring mending and alteration. New owner was dedicated to making sure the whole experience was perfec. The tailoring is done by a professional in the field of garment construction not simply a machine operator. Pricing was also very good read more

My family has been bringing our clothes here for tailoring and dry cleaning for 30 years. The are very kind, knowledgeable, and fit clothes for me perfectly. I've always been surprised that they can remove any stain. They usually take 3-7 days to turn around an article of clothing but they can do same day if you're in a pinch! read more

Thank you for getting our outfits for a wedding done in days! Not only responsive but also got the job done with warnings, that ended up not being an issue! read more

They did a great and quick alteration on my tuxedo pants. Fast 3 hour turnaround time as opposed to the other tailors that quoted 3 to 4 days. I definitely recommend Tailormade. read more

Saw good reviews on Yelp thought I'd give them a try with my heming my daughters prom dress. Went to pick it up the day before and there was a sign they closed early. Needless to say panic set in. This is a mom and pop shop. Very friendly but if you have a hectic schedule the hours might not work out for you The owners saw the Yelp review and immediately contacted me. They left the family dinner just to open up for me to to pick up my daughters dress and even replaced some buttons. Thanks so much read more

My husband and I have tried 3 different dry cleaners in Simi Valley before we were lucky enough to find this company. They do excellent work and are very prompt. We use them weekly and our clothes are always clean and pressed. Red wine, grass, chocolate, grease, ink and blood stains were all taken care of as if they weren't there. (We're messy people!). I've seen them treated poorly by customers who talk down to them, yell at them because they want to, an air of arrogance, (you know the type), and this hard-working couple still treat them with a smile. I don't know how they do it. Their customer service is exemplary. We are always greeted quickly and courteously. We've used them for their seamstress and embroidery talents as well. They've had our business for over 14 years and without a doubt, are the best dry cleaners in Simi Valley. I highly recommend this company to take care of your dry cleaning needs. You won't regret it! read more

Where do I even start. So I needed some suit pants tapered and lengthened, and mind you, this was a rush order for a formal event the following Wednesday. This also happened to be my first interaction with Tailormade Cleaners ever. I drop in on a Friday, get measured and advised on the lengths and work required, and was informed that they would be ready on the following Tuesday. I was not able to pick up my items on Tuesday due to an emergency. The very next day, multiple fires break out, and the power is shut off at the cleaners and the entire east end of Simi. I stopped by at 9am and the owner told me that I would not be able to get my pants until the power returned. I was incredibly distraught and worried. I came back on my lunch and found a sign posted with a business email address should I need immediate assistance, and of course I emailed the owners right away with my tag number and cell phone number. Within 25 minutes, a representative called me and told me the owners had returned to the store, found my pants, and were WAITING for me to come get them. I sped over and they were waiting for me, pants in hand at the door. I was absolutely blown away by the level of service and kindness displayed by the owners, and on top of that, their work was top notch! They were under NO obligation to go out of their way and inconvenience themselves for a first time customer, but they did anyways. I can't recommend Tailormade enough, and they have earned a lifetime customer. read more

Excellent Cust service and value! We have been doing business for over 20 years and quality has never changed. Highly recommend

Absolute perfection! I come here to get my dresses dry-cleaned EVERY SINGLE TIME I need them. I have white dresses, dresses with lace, black dresses, multi-colored dresses, etc. I bring them in and receive them back looking so beautiful and like new every time, and you really can't beat the price and time! They are open early and late and I can pick up my dresses within a couple days at the longest wait. Long and short of it, a nice Mom and Pop shop with the sweetest owners who will greet you AS SOON AS you walk in and have nothing but smiles and good service for you. read more

Disappointed with all the great reviews, I decided to give this place a try . My dog threw up on my comforter and the power was out at my house so I obviously couldn't wash it , which I've done several times . I went in and lady that was "helping" me said it was going to be $75. I couldn't bring myself to pay that and then she suggested I buy a new comforter! It's an expensive comforter, I'm not just going to buy a new one when I wash it every week . I just that the lady was ridiculous and rude ! read more

A great experience! I took my boyfriend's Hugo Boss suit which had been through two weddings and a t-shirt that had brought back a few stains from a weekend in Vegas and both were returned good as new! The suit was handled well and they were able to get a stain out of the t-shirt which had already been washed and dried. I was very impressed and I highly recommend this establishment! read more

Tailormade is a great dry cleaner! The great customer service and attention to detail is much appreciated in a Dry Cleaner. They consistently press our clothes perfectly and use tissue to hold the collars in place as well as separators for our folded sweaters...it's as close as you can get to french laundry service in Simi Valley. They used to be located in a different location, and they are so good that we followed them to the new location (even tho it's further from our house) because of how great they are! Yong is so customer focused! I brought her my wedding dress and they did a great job on it! read more
