No cleaning, no repairs -- just ironing -- yet I was charged $50. On top of that, she insisted I pay in "CASH ONLY"which I felt was wrong and honestly came across as very sketchy. I'm always one to support local small businesses. To make sure I wasn't overreacting, I called a few other nearby dry cleaners afterward to compare pricing -- and not one of them quoted anything close to what I was charged. I expected help, not opportunism. I walked out feeling completely taken advantage of. I won't be returning, and I strongly recommend asking for pricing up front because that was my mistake.

She still ignores what I am saying and just keeps making excuses. Yesterday she said come in and she will reimburse me...
