The gentleman seemed hesitant but checked with the seamstress and accepted the shirt. The next day, they called and simply said they couldn't do it, with no real explanation. I understand if an alteration isn't possible, but the interaction when we dropped it off already felt a little dismissive. We were essentially asking for the sleeves to be professionally cut and finished rather than leaving raw edges if we did it ourselves. I also asked if they could note the shirt's measurements because it's difficult finding shirts that fit larger guys well. For a business that advertises alterations, the whole experience just felt odd and not very customer-friendly.

I needed it for an event out of the country that I'm leaving for in the morning. So now I have a suit that's clean but wrinkled. Upon looking at it I found stains on my suit and she said well I think they cleaned it. I'm actually furious at this point!!!! The lady said she could steam it but it would take 20 minutes. I have a steamer at home I need my suit PRESSED!!!! This situation put me in such a bad place I'll never be back go here again. I took my stuff and left screw this shitttt hole!

I appreciated that they were willing to take the outfits on short notice -- but I quickly realized I was being taken advantage of. These were two small little girl outfits -- one was thin cotton and barely wrinkled to begin with, and the other was a light corduroy-type material. No cleaning, no repairs -- just ironing -- yet I was charged $50. On top of that, she insisted I pay in "CASH ONLY"which I felt was wrong and honestly came across as very sketchy. I'm always one to support local small businesses. To make sure I wasn't overreacting, I called a few other nearby dry cleaners afterward to compare pricing -- and not one of them quoted anything close to what I was charged. I expected help, not opportunism. I walked out feeling completely taken advantage of. I won't be returning, and I strongly recommend asking for pricing up front because that was my mistake.

So, for quality of their laundry service - definitely 5 stars. I went yesterday, Saturday 7/18/26 12:50pm. There was no one at the counter. A printed sign said they were working on the floor and that we should look for them. I looked for a person that might fit the description of an employee, but could not find anyone. I called their posted number, (805) 522-6500, got a msg saying their voicemail was not set up. I waited another 5 min, then left. I hope they fix this problem. If people could call this number to notify the person working on the floor to let them know we have laundry to drop off, or if there was a button we could press at the counter, it would solve this problem. Otherwise, this place is great!!!

I was told they are having issues with there cleaner. Oh they don't do dry cleaning on property. They send it out. Oh gosh. One month after dropping off my jump suit I went back. I saw my jumpsuit. The mother again calls the daughter and the jumpsuit I originally said was mine which had a ticket saying Tina T for $75 was mine. Now I'm looking over the garment making sure it was mine and it was. How dare the daughter wear my clothes as I'm walking out with my item. I don't know what this establishment is doing but it's not dry cleaning. Be aware and stay away
