I have been coming to this location for the past 20 years. They have always done a great job with dry cleaning my clothes.

If I could give negative stars I would...I took my Calvin Klein jacket there to be cleaned..As I was traveling to Philadelphia where it's cold as hell and needed my complete coat.....when I dropped off my jacket there was a hood attached...when I went to pick it up my hood was gone. The wife tried to tell me I didn't bring it, first she wasn't there when I dropped it off, so I told her to shut up...I dealt with her husband who took the jacket...still trying to understand why they would even separate the two....I felt insulted that she kept trying to argue with me about a hood that I KNOW was attached to my jacket, then had the nerve to say it would cost $25 dollars...NOPE! Not paying for a service in which you lost part of my item...I politely picked up my jacket and credit card I proceeded to leave...NEVER WILL I EVER TAKE MY CLOTHES HERE AGAIN!!! read more

I brought my husband's shirt in to be cleaned. There were specific cleaning instructions on the tag inside. The owner completely ignored the instructions on the tag, and instead spot cleaned the shirt with chemicals That removed the color from the shirt completely in those spots. The owner tried to disclaim any responsibility so I took her to small claims court. after hearing both of our testimonies and looking at the evidence, I was awarded judgment against the owner. She strung out repayment for months but I eventually got the entire award. DO NOT use White front cleaners! I know accidents happen, but the owner showed her true colors when she refused to take responsibility for the damage she caused. read more

I've been coming to White Front Cleaners for about 3 years now, and this place always delivers great service. Before coming to White Front Cleaners I was taking my suits to another cleaners that was a little bit closer to me, but the owners weren't very friendly, so I switched. Azat, the owner at White Front is a very sweet lady, and her daughter, who also works there, is very friendly as well. They always greet me with a smile, and my clothes are always cleaned, pressed, and delivered on time. The fact that they appreciate their customers is important to me. As long as I live in Canoga Park, they will be my cleaners of choice. read more

After this place lost my 400$ jacket I was told to not return. The owner was incredibly rude. She told me I lost my jacket even though she wrote it down on the receipt. I would not recommend this place and if you still decide to go, do not bring more than 3 items. I attached a photo of receipt that shows the jacket they said was never left. read more

This lady ruined my wool jacket. It was nice and soft and now it feels like sand paper. She was suppose to clean them and they stink like old clothes. Compete waste of money and time. I brought a white dress here for dry cleaning and they did an absolutely good job, they left it almost brand new. All the stains that were on it were off and spotless! I recently discovered White Front and I am very happy with the service. Azad, the owner, is a very nice lady and knows everything about cleaning clothes. I always ask about the history of a business when I get to talk to the owner and I found that the place has been there is 1985! Pro: down the street from my apartment (until I move in 2 weeks). Con: dropped off a dress on Monday asking for it to be done by Thursday...I called Thursday at noon, and was told it would be ready at 1. Ok, but why did it take 3 days to clean one dress? And why did I have to call you? Con: $12 for one dress to be cleaned. Now I don't get my clothes dry-cleaned often, but this was a bridesmaid dress that I didn't want to ruin in the machine. Meh, a little disappointed. I dropped my blazer (w/beer stains) and my peacoat off on march 20th, 2013. The lady at the front couldn't really give me any information about time frame or price. She said she would have to keep it for at least a week and promised to call me back when it was finished. it's may 27th, 2013 and I still haven't received a call. I know I should have been on top of it and called a month ago but definitely calling tomorrow to see what's up! All in all though I think I would give them another chance. Stitch Perfect Alterations! I was cleaning out the closet of old, outdated slacks, but I thought about altering to bring them back to life. I found White Front Cleaners on Yelp to test them on a few pants and shirts. I just got them back and they all fit perfectly! It's as if I just got home from shopping for new clothes but for the fraction of the price! Azat was amazing. Her fit suggestions were on point. She tapered a couple of pants for that slim fit look and I never realized they can look that good! Wow and many other superlatives! I do all of my dry cleaning services here. The service and quality are great. They do great alterations too. I'm 5' short, and all of my pants always need alterations. She does a very clean job. My daughter gave her prom dress to the cleaners for heming only the bottom part ,and when it was time to pick it up, they told us that it costs $55. She bought the dress for $60 by the way, this unthinkable, ridiculous price, why just because it's a prom dress? No sequence, no any other thing to do only the Hem.
